Chapter 9: Dragon vs Bird and a well-deserved reward
Back with Sky getting ready for The Battle.
"Alright if my powers mess up." Sky said, getting one of his weapons and cocking it. "Always bring your Laser Pistol."
With Roselein getting ready
Roselein looked at herself and then checked herself to see if everything was good and it was.
"I am relatively beautiful, my holdout short sword is in its concealed area. I should be good to go."
Ajuka's voice could then be heard announcing, "The match between Roselein Phenex and Sky Akashiya will commence soon. Both participants are to enter the teleport circles to the arena area so that the match may begin in earnest. An additional rule for this match is that if a weapon is dropped by either side, it will automatically be teleported out of the Rating Game field."
"Let's pr- nope I remember that now." Sky said, stepping in the circle.
Sky arrived in a field surrounded by rocks, sand and some trees. "This reminds me of when I Traveled to the Mojave once, and it was wow." Sky said.
Roselein focused her eyes on Sky and thought, 'He's got to have a weapon or two that I need to watch out for.'
"BEGIN!" Ajuka yelled, making Sky run at her using his gauntlets to try to slash her and punch her.
Roselein managed to dodge the slashes and punches from Sky and proceeded to unleash a few fireballs that were the size of baseballs in his direction.
Sky takes out his metal baseball bat with sawblades and barbed wire on it. "BATTER UP!" Sky yelled, hitting the fireballs back at her.
Two fiery baseball mitts appeared over Roselein's hands as she caught her own fireballs and threw them back at him.
"Man, Riser wasn't kidding about the fireballs of your guy's clan, because I respect him and Ravel more than anyone in your clan...CHICKEN NUGGET!" Sky yelled successfully hitting her and gave her a scar on her face.
Roselein laughed and said, "That's the spirit, Akashiya!"
She then wreaths herself in flames that then leapt onto Sky and attached themselves to his gauntlets.
"ABSORB!" Sky's Gauntlets and Wings glowed. "DIVIDE, DIVIDE."
The flames on Sky's gauntlets drew smaller and smaller until fading into them, at which point the one on his left arm began to glow red. Roselein jumped away from Sky as the gauntlet let out an explosion that covered him in ash but otherwise did not hurt him.
Sky then looks at his shoulder and dusts it off a bit. "My turn." He said, clashing his hands together, turning into a long range sniper with no scope.

Roselein looked nervous, but then she created a short sword out of her fire and as Sky fired a bullet at her, proceeded to cut the bullet in half vertically, splitting it into two half bullets that veered off to either side of her and missed completely.
The split bullet exploded behind her making her fly to Sky then he proceeded to punch her hard enough to Knock her out and make her hit a rock. "Oh...did I hit her too hard." Sky said feeling uneasy.
Riselein got up and managed to slice off one of Sky's arms, making him yell out as he also dropped the sniper rifle. Both the gun and the severed arm were teleported out of the field.
"FUCK!" Sky yelled, making her smirk. "Oh now I'm Pissed!" Sky yelled, making him regenerate his lost arm and proceeded to grab her neck and punch her in the face before ripping her arms off, making her scream. "DIVIDE, DIVIDE, DIVIDE!" Dragia yelled, making Roselein feel weak.
Sky narrows his eyes then brings out his Laser pistol then shoots where her heart then her head.
"Like I care." Sky said. "And the only thing I care about is my new Family and Friends...and if you didn't know I was raised in a Wasteland fending myself off against its inhabitants." Then he grabs her neck. "And I be damned if I lose them!" He plunges his gauntlet where her heart is and proceeds to twist it.
"Good." Roselein said before a pillar of fire erupted where she and Sky were and she disappeared into it before another pillar of fire appeared farther away from him where Roselein reappeared. She then said, "Normally that would kill even a strong Devil, but us Phenex laugh at that." She then unleashed a set of 43 fireballs, but these ones were the size of dice.
'Dragia.' Sky asked.
'Do it.' She replied.
"I, who am about to awaken" Sky said, making everyone who widened their eyes know what was gonna happen.
"I'm the Heavenly Dragon who"
Wings busted out of Sky's back resembling Albions. "Mock The White Dragon and The Red Dragon"
Sky's hands become Issei's gauntlets while his teeth sharpen. "I embrace the Dream and pay homage to the Infinite""
Sky's head becomes something that resembles a monster. (Look up chainsaw man's head without the chainsaw part)
Prepare your fate" Sky slowly gets up. "Juggernaut Overdrive!" as he roared.
The fireballs exploded, not harming Sky, but Roselein knew that they were not meant to do that. The entire field was now ablaze, and then she chanted,
"When darkest is the time
"All creation will die and be reborn
"I grieve at life and mock death
"Let the power of the Firebird soar to new heights!
"PHENEX TURBO MODE!"
After Roselein stopped chanting and before Sky could attack, the flames all converged onto Roselein and covered her for a few seconds before a large bird made out of fire emerged from the conflagration.
"AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH!" Sky roared changing at her and bites her and ripping her apart non-stop making her screech in pain.
With Sona and her Peerage.
"SKY NO!" Sona yelled in fear
The firebird Roselein struggled and was able to break free before it could be torn in a vital area. It then started chirping a song that slowed Sky down.
Sky then looks up seeing a figure of Mettallus making him enraged and proceeds to rip her throat thinking it's Mettallus. "I'M NOT GONNA LET YOU TAKE THEM METELLUS!" Sky said in a deep demonic voice scaring everyone.
The firebird's throat regenerated before it sang again, slowing him again and weakening Sky.
"How in the nine circles is she able to draw up so much power? Even Ruval and my father aren't able to attain the Phenex Turbo Mode!" Ravel wondered while sitting with Sona.
"RRRRRAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!" Sky roared. "DIVIDE, DIVIDE, DIVIDE, DIVIDE!" Dragia yelled weakening the Phenex making her turn back to normal.
"Oh shit" Roselein said.
A lightbulb turned on in Roselein's head before she proceeded to sing the song that she had been singing in her Phenex state, but this time it managed to snap Sky back to normal.
"Damn... even the Juggernaut Overdrive couldn't defeat you." Sky cursed.
"That dividing power is no joke either. I won't be able to use the Phenex Turbo Mode again, but at the same time, you also can't go into Juggernaut Drive again." Roselein replied.
Sky then punches her knocking her out. "Just resign please, I have to take Sona or Ravel on a date." Sky asked.
Roselein wasn't moving. "Roselein lost consciousness, Winner Sky Akashiya!" Ajuka announced.
"That was easy, not really to be honest." Sky said, being teleported out of the area.
Upon teleporting back, Sky was approached by Sona and Ravel, the former who proceeded to slap him on the face before shouting, "Sky-Baka! I Don't want you to use that dreadful power again!"
"Yes dear." Sky said, making Sona and Ravel kiss him.
"And that's for winning." Sona said, making him chuckle.
Ravel then proceeded to kiss him again before asking, "Roselein really made you work for that victory, didn't she?"
"Yea, and you weren't kidding about the regeneration of Phenex." Sky said.
"Even amongst us, Roselein is exceptional in how powerful and how fast her regeneration kicks in despite being from a branch family of the Phenex Clan. Add in her ability to teleport through fire alongside her large reserves of demonic power and she is definitely someone that is closer to becoming a Super Devil than even my older brothers."
"Yea, and I don't care if I become one, as long as I'm with you two." Sky said then Riser came in rushing at Sky picking him up in a hug.
"THAT WAS FUCKING BADDASS SKY!" Riser said.
"Indeed." Sirzechs's voice could be heard speaking before everyone turned to see him standing there.
"Is something the matter?" Sona asked.
"The first round has ended. Zephyrdor withdrew after he and his peerage were completely smashed by Sairaorg and his peerage. Sona, you already know how your match against Rias went and how you lost despite taking Issei out. And finally, Latia Astaroth won against Seekvaira Agareas. It was a close match between them though." He stated.
"Damn, so who am I up against next?" Sky asked
"Hopefully not Sairaorg yet." Ravel said.
"Actually, Sky will be facing him next, Ravel. Latia will be facing Rias next while Sona, Seekvaira, and Roselein will face off against each other in a free-for-all consolation match." Sirzechs stated.
"Alright." Sky said leaving with Sona and Ravel.
"That is her Son...so polite...it's a shame she's gone...Rest in Peace old Friend." Sirzechs said.
Meanwhile with Issei and Asia.
"Issei kun I'm nervous..." Asia said.
"Don't worry I'm here." He said holding her hand.
"Issei...after everything we've been through...I'm happy I'm going to be a mother with your child." Asia said placing a hand on her belly.
"And I'm happy that I'll be a father. My parents will finally get their wish of having grandkids to spoil too." Issei replied with a slight chuckle.
Then a bright green slash appeared. "OWWWWW! That Hurts!" A Voice said.
"Please don't tell me it's a..." Asia tried to say.
"That is not the baby inside you. We have a visitor." Issei replied as the flash died down to reveal Le Fay.
"Le Fay!? What are you doing here?" Issei asked.
"I came here to see you Issei-kun and maybe the Akashiya boy as well." Le Fay said.
"Why, and Sky is resting right now after his Battle against Roselein." Asia said.
Le Fay pulled out several sealed letters and a document. Issei was given one of them and then said, "Holy shit... the late Astaroth heir, Diodora Astaroth, was the Devil that Asia was excommunicated for healing!?"
"But why would he do that?" Asia asked, scared.
"Because he thinks he can do that and also his whole peerage are nuns." Le Fay stated.
"Did Diodora have some fetish for nuns?" Issei asked.
Le Fay nodded in agreement and then said, "And after he died, his peerage scattered throughout the Underworld. That bastard had a tendency to break the spirits of the nuns he preyed on before raping them and then murdering them after he got bored of using them to slake his lust. He had been after Asia and hired Raynare and her team of Fallen to take Twilight Healing for themselves and leave Asia's corpse behind so that he could revive her as his slave."
"But that last bit never came to pass because of your interference, Red Dragon Emperor." a feminine voice spoke. Everyone then turned to see that a blue-haired Fallen Angel wearing revealing maroon clothing was present along with a blonde-haired one wearing a gothic lolita outfit. Both Fallen had strange collars on their necks
"We actually figured out what Raynare was up to and ditched her before faking our deaths. It was sheer bad luck that we ran into the Asmodeus descendant and then he forced these things onto us. If you want our names, I am Mittelt and the other one is Kalawarna." the blonde fallen spoke.
"A pleasure, I'm Issei and current lover of the amazing Asia Argento." Issei said making her hug him and kiss him.
"We know and we've heard you've been gone for quite some time." Mittelt said.
"In any case, do you mind if you try removing these damn collars?" Kalawarna asked.
Issei remained silent but nodded in agreement as he touched their arms before raising a fist and shouting, "Dress Break!"
Two magic circles then appeared before their clothes were destroyed along with the collars.
Kalawarna blushed and then said, "That's certainly a bold way of going about it." as she covered her privates with her arms.
"Let's get you two some clothes then." Issei stated.
-time skip-
Issei was currently getting clothes for the two girls to get dress.
"Here you go." Issei said handing them the clothes.
"Thank you Red Dragon Emperor." Kalawarna said.
"Please call me Issei." Making them smile and blush a bit.
"You're definitely not like previous Red Dragon Emperors, Issei. Most of them were battle maniacs." Mittelt spoke, now dressed in a white shirt and blue shorts.
"Well Issei-kun is different...in a amazing ways." Asia said blushing really red.
"Asia!" Issei said blushing at that.
Akeno then arrived and looked shocked. "What the... didn't Rias and I kill you both!? She even had feathers from you just before killing Raynare!"
"What?!" Asia yelled.
Then there was a knock on the door. "Hey Issei you here? I wanted to know if you wanted to go to the arcade, and it's me Sky." Sky said from the other side of the door.
"We explained it to Issei and Asia earlier, but we faked our deaths, Akeno." Kalawarna replied as Issei went to the door and said, "Sure thing, Sky."
"Let's roll." Sky said leaving with Issei.
Akeno turned to the Fallen. "Explain."
Two hours later with Issei and Sky at the Arcade. Sky was doing a dancing game getting it on.
"Wow Sky your a master despite being in our universe for a little while." Issei stated.
"It's not that hard it's like Dodgeing bullets from Raiders, Super Mutants and Other things!" Sky said excited.
"And the funny thing is, those things are only really dangerous if you don't have any nifty powers or good weaponry. They'd get slaughtered here by the supernatural." Le Fay replied while she was playing a Light Gun zombie shooter.
"And its strange that you just followed me and Issei." Sky said getting off the game with the highest score.
"Well, it certainly beats going back to England or being around Vali. He's still grumpy and over in England, the magicians there are embroiled in a shitstorm because of my brother and I running away." Le Fay replied.
"I've gotten used to weird things happening, so you being around is kinda refreshing, Le Fay." Issei added, making her blush.
"Like when Saji stole a Deathclaw egg and it took Snappy to convince that horde of Deathclaws to forgive us? Or when you accidentally groped a female cultist?" Sky said smirking making him widen his eyes and blush at that.
"To be fair, that cultist was actually trying to kill us, Sky. I had tried to crush her throat and wound up touching her boobs instead." Issei replied.
"Still got you aroused." Sky said.
"Shut up." Issei said making him Laugh.
"So tell me about a Certain Red head being you know." Sky asked smirking.
"Rias is well... she's been moody lately. In fact, all of my girls have been moody recently with the exception of Koneko." Issei answered as he walked with Sky and Le Fay.
"Let me guess, their pregnant?" Sky asked.
"Yep. And apparently, Asia is the first one who will give birth to a child. She's already decided that it will be named Aria if the child is a girl."
"I would like to get to know you better before thinking of having kids, Issei-kun. At the same time, making a pact with a magician can prove beneficial to you. Would you like to have me on as your Contract Magician?" Le Fay offered.
"That sounds good, but I would like some time to think it over." Issei replied.
"That is alright, Issei-kun."
"I wonder if Sona or Ravel are pregnant." Sky said.
With the Two.
"Ravel, are you ok?" Sina asked in concern, reason Ravel was puking in the toilet.
"I...dont...know." Ravel replied.
"We better call-" Sona was interrupted by the urge to use the bathroom after Ravel.
Serafall then teleported in with two pregnancy tests. She was not wearing her magical girl outfit and instead was clad in a dark blue suit.
"What do we have for this unexpected visit, sister?" Sona asked.
"The pregnancy tests, silly Sona." Serafall replied as she gave the tests to both girls.
They both rush to the bathroom to take the tests.
'If my sister is pregnant, I'm either gonna kill Sky-Baka or Thank him for doing this for my Sister and making me a aunt.' Serafall thought.
Ravel emerged first after a few minutes and said, "It came out positive all three times for me."
Sona then came out and said, "I got a false positive the first time. It was negative the subsequent two times. It probably helped that I insist on Sky using protection when he and I would do 'it'" pointed put.
"Awww So-tan I wanted to be an Aunty." Serafall pounted.
"That will probably only start happening once I start college, sis." Sona spoke.
"Alright, but you better have kids with that boy, he's so sweet and nice." Serafall said.
"Yea I know." Sona said blushing and remembering all the dates he took her and Ravel on during there time in the Wasteland.
"GOOD IDEA! Thank you Sona!" Serafall said leaving after hugging her sister.
Meanwhile with Issei, he was now at the gates of Kuoh Academy, where Tsubaki was waiting for him along with Asia and Latia Astaroth.
"Greetings, Hyoudou Issei. I am Latia Astaroth. Once school starts up for the second Semester, I will be joining you in your studies." Latia said before bowing to him.
"I see well I hope we get along." Issei said bowing to her.
Sky takes a bite out of his pizza then see Isseis old friends coming up to them.
"Oh boy..." Sky said.
A feminine figure wearing a knight-ish helmet proceeded to whack both Matsuda and Motohama with a shinai, prompting them to scream as they were beaten down. She then raised the visor of her helmet, revealing a girl with light blue hair and red eyes.
"Now that those two are away, I can introduce myself. I am Reiko Nobunaga, knight of Latia Astaroth." the girl spoke.
Sky knocks them both out then picks them up. "I'll be right back and don't use that." Sky said taking the unconscious duo outside.
"What?" Reiko said.
"He means don't reveal out Devil nature to humans." Issei said.
"Um... oops. Then again, the only other place here in the human world I've been to is the American town of South Park in Colorado and the people there all know about the supernatural, so Latia and I generally were able to discuss Devil stuff there out in the open without anyone raising an eyebrow." Reiko replied.
"*Yawns* we better get going it's almost late and I need to rest with my fiancés" issei said.
"See you around." both Latia and Reiko replied as he left along with Asia and Tsubaki.
