Harvey walked into the offices of Pearson Specter Litt, he needed more caffeine as it was going to be a very busy day! With depositions that he was going to do with Mike as Logan Sanders was messing around with their case and he wasn't budging with their deal and Harvey wasn't having any of it! Donna was busy preparing administrative work for the firm as it was her 6th month as COO, Alex went back to school after his little bug that he had the other day and Ella was extremely happy that something exciting was happening and she knew that something on the news because they were electing a new Mayor of New York City and her daddy was being nominated to be one of them to be elected. Ella was going to school to tell all of her friends that her daddy was on the news and that she was going to all sorts of places with him while he could be making speeches to get all votes from all over the country even though he is the best closer in New York City still.

"Bonjour Madam." As Harvey smiled while he was working and smirked.

"Ah! speaking in French are we Harvey? I need to speak to you about something rather important." Jessica came into Harvey's office while Harvey was typing a document on his laptop as he looked up as his mentor and good friend.

"Ella is learning French in school believe it or not? They do start incredibly young." Thinking of his daughter and how proud he is of her.

"Don't they just." Jessica sat down in the plush chair opposite him as she got comfortable and got down to business.

"What do I owe this honour? I have deposition in 20 minutes with Logan Sanders." Harvey stopped working and leaned back in his chair and folded his legs.

"Well, I just got off the phone to the City Council, and they want to elect you for becoming Mayor of New York City." Jessica smiled at her colleague and friend and Harvey just sat there in shock and didn't know what to say he was extremely speechless.

"I'm...I'm sorry wha...what did you just say to me?" Harvey didn't know what to say as he stood up and went over to his decanter to retrieve some scotch which was the Macallan 18 his most favourite scotch of all time!

As Harvey downed his scotch and Jessica just looked at him, he couldn't believe that what he just heard he was going to be elected Mayor of New York City! Why was he chosen to be elected? Why him? What did he do for him to be elected who bought his name forward? Who could do this to him? Was he being punished he thought? He sat down on his plush expensive couch in the office he had to think this over and had to speak to Donna about this. He put his hands on his face and he couldn't think straight he had 2 young kids and a wife to think about too.

"Harvey, Harvey you can just think this over and speak to Donna about this you don't have to take the job or the election, your name was bought forward, because your best closer and lawyer in the city and everyone thinks that you could be the best Mayor." Jessica came and sat down next to him on the sofa and gave him another drink to settle his nerves.

"Thank you, What do you think I should do?" Harvey looked at her, his mentor.

"As your mentor and your close friend, I'd say kick their asses because your one hell of a lawyer and one damn best closer this firm has ever seen and also the city, and I think you'll make this city proud!" Jessica smiled at her friend as Harvey downed his scotch and made his way to Donna's office.

"I'm going to speak to Donna and tell her and then I'm going to this Deposition and going home to collect my kids, thank you for everything Jessica I really appreciate everything." Harvey looked at Jessica and hugged his friend and colleague.

"Go and kick their assess Harvey Specter." Jessica smiled at him.

Donna was in her office busy doing some paperwork, when Harvey looked over the glass window and gently opened the door not to scare his wife, she looked so content on what she was doing. Donna was working on the contracts for the firm and approving them so the clients can have them once the deal was sealed and done and HR can have their contracts too. She was also busy working on deals which was sealed from the day before and making sure that there was no mistakes for the partners.

"Babe... can I talk to you? It's rather important." Harvey came in and sat down in front of her.

"Harvey what's going on it's looked like you've seen a ghost what's going on?" As Donna closed her laptop and stood up.

"No, no it's good news, like really, really good news actually you might want to sit down for this one." Harvey told her as she sat down in her chair, as Donna stared at her husband not knowing what the news if it was big or small.

"Jessica came into my office and told me to run for Mayor, apparently someone put my name forward and put me in the ballot because they think I will be good at running the city." Harvey looked at Donna and didn't know what to say.

"Do you know who put your name forward?" Donna asked shocked as she couldn't believe that Harvey was telling her this news, it was the most biggest news since she was pregnant with Ella and Alex and Harvey proposing to her.

"I don't know who or what, but someone in council told Jessica called her up to say that I should run for election in the next few weeks, they want to interview me and see if I want to do it, what do you think honey should I go for it?" Harvey stood up and went to Donna's side and grabbed her softly and took her hands and rubbed them softly and kissed them.

"I think it's the most difficult decision that we have ever made, but I think you should go for it, because you might be the most amazing Mayor that New York City has ever gotten, but does that mean you have to give up being a lawyer? You love being a lawyer." Donna asked as she was worried for Harvey's future as she didn't know what to suggest but she said it anyways as a wife to support her husband and she did her best to be there for him.

"I don't know what to do honey, but it's a great opportunity. I would love to try it but I would miss being a lawyer so much!" Donna sighed and sat back in her chair at her desk she didn't know what to suggest as it was the most amazing opportunity for Harvey too and yet so excited for him.

"I have to go I have a deposition with Logan Sanders, wish me luck this could take a couple of hours." As Harvey kissed Donna on the lips and made his way to the conference room to set up for the deposition with Mike, Mike was already setting things up waiting for Logan to arrive.

A few hours later the deposition had finished and Logan was going to be found guilty of laundering money from one company to the next without permission from one account to the next, and Harvey knew it because he can see it on Logan's face right there and then. Donna thinks that Harvey should take the election because it could be a one time opportunity for him and it's special to the family and the firm, even though he can stay being a lawyer on the side at the same time. Ella and Alex don't know what is going on even though they are too young to know what exactly what being Mayor of New York City is all about but it was a special thing even though that Ella is a little older than Alex she could understand what being Mayor is all about.

As school was out the 2 kids came to the firm to see their parents as they were still working with their nanny Claudia, who had been looking after the 2 kids since Alex was born and had collected them from school and bought them to the office and left them their parents as she wasn't needed. Ella and Alex went to the library to play with some toys that Jessica had organised for them so they didn't have to run around the place and distract any of the partners for a while.

Donna heard squealing in the hallways of the offices and she knew that her kids were here and that school was finished and Claudia dropped them off, Harvey was finishing off with a client when he heard the squealing and the screaming of his kids. Claudia took them to the library to calm them down with toys and books as their parents were still working until they had finished work. Alex and Ella got so excited to see their uncle Louis and aunt Jessica as well as aunt Rachel and uncle Mike but their were also busy working.

"Ella, Alex stop shouting! People are working here, you can't scream and shout because people are in meetings." Claudia told the kids as they ran around the firm.

"I want to see mommy I can't remember where her office is Claudia help me find it." Alex took her hand as he became shy all of a sudden as he didn't know the people who was walking around in the hallway of the firm.

"I know, I know, I know where mommy's office is Alex come with me." As Ella ran ahead.

"Hey Ella don't run people are working don't get lost hun." Claudia shouted.

Donna came out of the office to find her kids coming towards her office and she smiled and bent down so she can hug her kids, then Ella and Alex ran towards their mom! Claudia smiled at the scene, she couldn't be happier!

"MOMMY!" Alex and Ella shouted as they went to hug Donna and she hugged her kids and kissed them on the head and smelt their strawberry scent of shampoo.

"Ooo my babies, did you have a good day at school?" Donna asked her kids as she stood up and took their hands and went into her office.

"I sat in the naughty corner because Randy hit me and I hit him back he annoyed me." Alex said in a sad tone.

"You sat in the naughty corner? Why did you hit Randy? I didn't even get a note or anything?" Donna said to her son as she questioned Alex.

Ella looked at her brother who was quite upset she felt sorry for her brother and didn't know what to do this time except to hug him and comfort him because it wasn't his fault. Alex knew that Randy had started the fight and that he wanted to annoy Alex and that he was going to retaliate, and then get into trouble. Donna knew that Alex had a bit of anger issues straight after Harvey because he did take after Harvey after all.

Harvey finished his deposition with Logan and Logan got annoyed that Harvey knew that he was the best closer and lawyer in the city and that he had a secret to keep because Jessica, knew that he was the most man in the firm that's why she wanted him to go for the Mayor of the city.
