Carly and Freddie agreed that it was time to do iCarly but Sam wanted to trick Lewbert into giving her 5$. The next day when Carly went down to check the mail Sam's mom was getting a tattoo in the lobby. Carly went up stairs to her apartment and Freddie was there. He told Carly that his mom and Spencer were dating and that he was not aloud to go into his house when Spencer was there because she did not want him to make fun of her.
