Hey Deathicated!

So, this is a one-shot that I've been working on, and it's based off of the beautiful song called I Don't Love You by My Chemical Romance. I'm still kinda sad that the band broke up, but I'll always love them.

Anyways, here's my one-shot! I really hope you like it!

Well, when you go
Don't ever think I'll make you try to stay
And maybe when you get back
I'll be off to find another way

Oscar was tired of this. And he was pretty sure Natara was too. All they would do was fight about the most stupidest things. And they never spent time together anymore. It was always, "You never have time for us anymore" or ''I feel like we're totally different people now''.

And after all the time that you still owe
You're still the good-for-nothing I don't know
So take your gloves and get out
Better get out
While you can

"Oscar, I'm leaving." Natara announced one day when she got home from work.

"Okay." Oscar said, excepting this sooner or later. He decided to just come to terms with it, knowing that couldn't convince Natara out of her decision.

"Oh... alright." Natara mumbled, walking off to collect her things.

When you go
Would you even turn to say
"I don't love you
Like I did
Yesterday"

Once Natara had all of her stuff packed up, she walked to the door of the apartment. Oscar was still sitting on the sofa, but now looking at the wall. Natara sighed. She turned around as if she were going to say something to Oscar, but didn't, and quickly walked out.

Oscar flinched as he heard the door slam shut.

Sometimes I cry so hard from pleading
So sick and tired of all the needless beating
But baby when they knock you
Down and out
It's where you oughta stay

The next few days were hard on Oscar. He regretted not stopping Natara from leaving. Which is why he left voicemail after voicemail for her, until it said her voicemail box was full.

The next few days after that were even harder. Oscar then often felt angry at Natara, and sometimes he wished that when she got knocked out by the killing lunatics she chased every day, she would stay knocked out. He always knew it was wrong to think that, but it was how he felt.

And after all the blood that you still owe
Another dollar's just another blow
So fix your eyes and get up
Better get up
While you can

A month later, Natara called Oscar back. He asked if they could get back together. She agreed, and moved back into Oscar's apartment.

Natara felt happy, getting back together with Oscar. But she often wondered if it was the right thing.

When you go
Would you only turn to say
"I don't love you
Like I did
Yesterday"

Only a few months later, history repeated itself, and Natara found herself packing her bags again to leave for the second and final time.

When you go
Would you have the guts to say
"I don't love you
Like I loved you
Yesterday"

I don't love you
Liked I loved you
Yesterday

Natara stood at the door of Oscar's door again, and sighed. She turned around and faced Oscar, who was sitting on the sofa, staring at her now. In his eyes, Natara could see sadness, trying it's best to best to be hidden.

"Oscar?" Natara called out, about to leave.

"Yes?" Oscar replied, secretly wishing that she would stay.

"I know this isn't what you want to hear, but I don't love you, like I loved you, yesterday." Natara smiled sadly at him and left his apartment.

Oscar didn't flinch at the door slamming this time.

Because he knew it was for the best.

I don't love you
Like I loved you
Yesterday
