Chapter 14: What Happens Now?
There was complete silence in the room. No one did not every spoke or say anything… yet. The Bride of the Conquering Storm made her way towards her beloved and kisses Sonic on the lips passionately and holding onto him having Sonic wrap his hand around Storm's hips.
Still there was complete silence but that moment when Sally broke the silence across the room.
"Sonic… You're seeing the Bride of the Conquering Storm this whole time lately?" Sally asked
"Yes Sally, she's the one I've been seeing" Sonic responded confirm
"I do not understand you and the Conquering Storm! How did you guys…" Vector stuttered
"She invited me to the Iron Fortress and we've been hanging out and spending time together all this time and that day she confessed her feelings to me and I always fall in love with her too. We've been in a secret relationship together for the past six months and that's why I haven't told you guys or let you all know about us"
"Wow Sonic we all do not know what to say really" Sally said
"I was a little afraid that you guys would not accept her and that's why I kept myself quiet"
"Sonic… We accept, we all accept her and we understand"
"Wait what"
"If it makes you happy then we are all happy" Tails informed
"You guys mean all of that?"
"Of course, we're friends and we'll always be there for you Sonic"
"Thank you guys, that's meant a lot to me"
"Also Storm if you hurt Sonic, you will deal with all of us if you ever break his heart" Sally assured
"Do not worry; I will not hurt Sonic here. He is my beloved after all"
"Good to know"
"Storm come on, let's go and see my parents" Sonic commanded
"Of course lead the way beloved" Storm responded
Sonic and Conquering Storm left the HQ with smiles on their faces and meeting with Sonic's parents.
Meanwhile, the Hedgehog residence…
Bernie waters her plants while her husband Jules reading a newspaper and Chuck watching TV until they hear a knock on the door. Chuck went to go answer the door and sees Sonic standing in front of him with a smile on his face. Chuck also sees a lynx standing next to Sonic holding his hand.
"Sonny boy, hey how are you doing and who's this beautiful lady here? (Causing Conquering Storm to smile and blushing)" Chuck asked
"Uncle Chuck, this is my girlfriend: Storm" Sonic introduced
"Girlfriend, Sonic has a girlfriend"
Chuck turned around seeing Bernie coming towards the door.
"Hey mom" Sonic greeted
"Hey there sweetie, are you going to introduce me to your beautiful girlfriend?" Bernie asked
"Of course, Storm this is my mother"
"It's a pleasure to meet you" Storm greeted politely
"You too and my aren't you so polite. Sonic why don't you and your girlfriend here stay for dinner, I would love to know a little more about your girlfriend"
"Yes ma'am I love to"
"Good come on in you two beautiful couples, Jules wants to meet you two Storm"
Storm smile happily and followed Sonic inside the house spending time with Sonic's family.
