Hey, sorry for such a delay, I don't have a computer and it's been hard to get on my mums, on top of that we've moved house and lost internet.

For those who guessed my puppies name, it is Chloe :) and she's a Pugalia :) cute as pie

Won't get into reviews, just gonna jump into it. :)

I wanted to run, to scream and hide, but my feet stayed planted firmly in place, all I could do was stare and internally scream at what was unfolding in front of me, Beca, this girl that I was slowly growing close to, is the ver spawn of the evil thats plagued my dreams for the last 4 and half years, I couldn't move, couldn't speak. All I could do was stand there with a stunned expression. Why? Why wasn't I moving, trying to run? my body shut down on me, and as Iust wait for what I know is coming next, as Fenton becomes closer and closer, is he actually moving in slow motion? Or is my brain doing that, trying to slow down the inevitable, is it trying to give me a chance to actually react? Before I can even blink though, time has caught up and he's in front of us, I glance over at Beca hoping this is another of her jokes, but how could it be? Why would she joke about such an awful thing? Unless she's as bad as he? She looks back at me confusion evident on her face, her lips move, telling me something…

"Wait, what?'' ''Chloe, this is my Dad'' I don't speak, I know who he is, theres no need for introductions

''uh, Dad, this is Chloe'' I see movement in my peripheral vision, his hand reaching out toward me, I let out a scream and move back, finally finding my voice, startled he moves back

''Im so sorry'' He says, I look up, thats not Fenton's voice, He's taken the hat off, It's not Fenton, ''I'm Warren, Beca's Dad, I teach comparative literature here at Barden, its nice to meet you''

I look between him and Beca ''hi, sorry, its nice to meet you, sorry, I thought you were someone else, I.. sorry''

I look at Beca, she looks at her dad ''what are you doing here?''

''I came to talk to you, I saw your performance in the pool, its really good to see you participating and joining in, looked like you could have even been having fun'' Beca rolled her eyes at the last part

''okay, well we're gonna go, bye'' Beca took my hand in hers, this time I didn't flinch, squeezing it tighter ever so slightly, I turned around o see her dad putting his hat back on and walking into the alley, he might not be Fenton but he is creepy.

We walk into a quaint little restaurant and a waitress seats us, hands us a menu and rushes off to the kitchen, i chuckle slightly as I look around and see we're the only people there, no wonder she was happy we walked in, before I can look at the menu she's back with a pitcher of water and two glasses"give me a shout when you want to order" she smiles and walks back into the kitchen.

I look over the Menu and glance up to see Beca doing the same, she looks up and smirks "i'm gonna get the burger with lot, what about you?" she asks, I quickly glance at my menu again "the chicken burger" I smile at her and she waves the waitress over, repeating our order to her and handing her our menus, the waitress walks away, leaving us to chat whilst we wait

"so have you been here before?" I ask, trying to make conversation that hopefully doesn't lead to what happened outside.

"nah, but i've walked passed a few times and thought it would be good" she smiles at me "about my dad, i'm sorry he scared you, I don't even know why he thought following us would be a smart idea"

"no it's fine, its my fault, I freaked out for no reason" I look down, not wanting to meet her eyes, for fear of seeing judgment

"hey, its my fault I lead you into an alley with no explanation and have a creepy ass dad that followed us"

"the dad part isn't your fault, but now that you mention it you should have just asked me to dinner with you rather than just steal me away" I chuckle slightly to let her know i'm not all serious, or upset.

She looks down "I know, sorry, i'm just not good at social norms, and I was nervous about asking you so I figured if i get you to the restaurant you wouldn't be able to refuse" I smile at her, she's kind of cute when she's nervous about something,

"its okay, but for future reference, I wont say 'no' so you can ask me" suddenly I cant see her as the waitress returns with our food and places it in front of us, her body blocking my view to Beca, which may be a good thing as I felt a blush creeping up.

We eat in a comfortable silence, mostly because Beca's burger was so big it was hard for her to talk, I help up a slight end to the conversation, asking her yes or no questions so all she has to do is nod, which I like because the conversation can't go to the events of earlier, though i'm surprised Beca never asked why I freaked out, for which i'm grateful.

We each finish our burgers and Beca goes over to the counter, pays for the food and comes back over to me, she offers me her arm like a gentlemen would for a lady, I accept and loop my arm through hers, we walk out, both smiling. "that was a great burger" Beca says, as she rubs her tummy with her free hand, definitely going back there"

"let me know when you want to, I'll come with you" figuring if I invite myself she can't be nervous about asking me

"really? that'd be great, how about saturday?"

"sure, it's a date" I see her blush slightly as she loos down for a moment.

We head back to Barden and go our seperate ways once we get on campus to go to our own dorms, when I walk into my room the first thing I see is Aubrey's sleeping figure, I'm curious as to why she wasn't as freaked as last time, considering I had forgotten to send her regular check in texts, I shrug and flop on my bed as my phone buzzes, I check it and see one new text from Beca 'Goodnight, sleep tight'

I smile as I type a reply and set my phone down, getting under the covers, too tired to change as I roll onto my side and look at my phone, the screen still lit up on my text, I hit send and finally close my eyes, ready for sleep.

'Night Becs xx Can't wait for Saturday :)'

Okay, I know its probably shorter than usual but my only chance to update regularly is if they are smaller, as I don't get the computer for a long enough time to write for too long, and I can't save any progress. but anyways, any updates good right?

Anyways, I hope you enjoyed and I'll hopefully update in a few days :)

Also, I'm curious as to how you find the lay out of my chapters, if you like how its all edited? or find it annoying with how its set? i don't want to annoy anyone D:
