Hey, sorry it's been so long! College is crazy, and the amount of coursework you have to do is insane. But though it was about time that I updated this fic so I found some time. Sorry if i'm a bit rusty, been a while :P
Hope you enjoy! :D
John looked out of the window frustrated at how long it was taking to get to the hotel. "We have been driving for ages, was there not a hotel closer," he said staring at the taxi driver like his eyes could burn right through him.
The taxi driver shook his head, "Sorry, there aren't many around here for some reason, but were almost there."
John groaned and leant back in to his seat, he couldn't wait to get to the hotel and be able to lie in a soft bed.
...
"Ok," Blaine heard Kurt talking to the police over the phone; he watched the frown on his face indicating that it wasn't going to be good news.
Kurt hung up the phone and turned so he was facing him fully. "They said that there was no way they can track him, and even if they could there isn't any evidence to prove that he has done anything yet," Blaine sighed and slumped onto the bed as Kurt carried on. "But they did say that they would keep an eye out for him and bring him in for questioning if they did find him, that's something I guess."
"What are we going to do now?" Blaine said getting up from the bed and walking to the window looking out into the car park.
Kurt walked over to Blaine wrapping his arms around his waist and resting his chin on his shoulder. "I don't know, maybe we should sleep on it and think about it in the morning," he suggested and Blaine turned in Kurt's arms and pulled him into a hug.
"Yeah," he said pushing Kurt slowly backwards towards the bed.
They fell backwards onto the mattress, not moving they held each other tighter and drifted to sleep.
...
John's taxi pulled into the Felix Hotel, 'finally' he thought as the taxi came to a stop. He handed the taxi driver the cash and jumped out of the car and started to jog towards the entrance.
John used his fake credit card and got the key to room 25, he took the lift up to his floor it was quiet but he expected it as it was starting to get late.
I didn't take him long to find his room and before long he was settled in thinking about how he was going to do to get Blaine back.
...
Blaine opened his eyes, Kurt had moved to the other side of the bed and it was still dark outside. He slowly shuffled off of the bed and walked towards the door of the room. He stepped out into the hallway and goose bumps formed on his arms from the eerie cold that lingered in the night air.
He knew that he wouldn't be able to sleep for a while and he didn't want to wake Kurt just yet, so he thought that a walk was the appropriate thing to do.
He walked down the corridor and past the lift towards the stairs, slowing when he the ding of the lift stopping on their floor. He looked over his shoulder still walking towards the stairs just reaching them when he saw the man step out of the lift.
He threw himself behind a wall, hiding, his heart jumping into his mouth as he saw the man that he despised walking fortunately in the other direction. Blaine didn't know what to do so he froze, waiting until John stopped outside a room at the far end of the corridor and disappeared inside.
He took his chance and ran as fast as he could back to the room, throwing the door opening instantly waking Kurt.
"Are you ok?" he asked sitting up sleepily.
"No, we have to get out of here. Now!" Blaine ran over grabbing Kurt by the arm and started to drag him towards the door. "Whoa, wait, what's the matter Blaine?" Kurt said stopping Blaine just before they got to the door to their room.
"He's here," Blaine said clearly holding back tears and Kurt's eyes immediately widened. "Are you sure?" he replied and Blaine nodded.
"I saw him," Blaine said and Kurt took control and started to pull Blaine out of the hotel room and towards the stairs to the lobby.
"How did he know we were here?" Kurt said as they entered the car park, walking quickly towards their car. "I don't think he does, he just went in to a room, I think this is the nearest hotel in miles he probably just wanted to stay somewhere," Blaine replied as they reached the car Kurt climbing back into the driving seat.
"Damn it, I should have known!" Kurt said turning on the car and putting it into gear before pulling out of the parking stop and back onto the main road.
"You weren't to know Kurt this isn't your fault, let's just keep driving I'm sure we can find somewhere else," he said resting his hand on Kurt's leg.
...
John watched through the window as the two boys ran quickly walked through the car park, a huge smile on his face. At least this meant that they hadn't gotten very far and will be easily found; John thought watching the car pull out of the parking stop and started towards the main road.
He turned and walked towards the door to his room, walking out in to the corridor taking the stairs that the boys had taken down to the lobby of the hotel. He walked slowly out into the corridor trying not to look suspicious.
Walking as far back into the parking lot as he could he picked a grey Peugeot and broke in, quickly disarming the alarm, he climbed inside and started to hotwire the car. Within five minutes he had the car started and on the road after Blaine and Kurt.
