Pallet Town 2XXX
"What's going on?" asked Daisy, to her younger brother and Red, as she looked between them at the small green area Blue had set up near the beach next to Pallet Town, with the outlines of it carefully lined out with white paint.
"Hello, Daisy," blushed Red at the sight of Blue's older sister, and his crush, looking radiant in her usual light green dress, receiving an unamused look from Blue.
"Hi, Red," laughed Daisy, smiling like a proud older sister, "How's the little champion doing?"
"Good," stuttered Red, reaching a hand behind his head and rubbing it in embarrassment.
"Can you two stop the flirting for just one measly second?" Blue almost screamed, frustrated about what was going on between his sister and Red, instead of getting to the point of why they were here.
"Oh, what's the matter?" Daisy said, walking up to her little brother and ruffling his hair, before continuing in a voice like how she would probably talk to a toddler, "Is my little brother worried I'm stealing his boyfriend?"
"He's not my boyfriend!" shouted Blue, really starting to lose it, "Just forget it!"
"Ok, ok!" laughed Daisy, deciding it was best to leave her brother alone before asking her starting question again.
"Blue and I are going to have a battle," replied Red, "He wins; he gets my title."
"Sounds like my brother," she said, smiling at Blue, before making a perplexed look at Red, "But what happens if you win, Red?"
"If he wins, he gets a date with you," interrupted Blue.
"A date?!" asked a surprised Daisy.
"Yes, sis, DATE!" said Blue, smirking a tiny bit.
"Well…" she replied to the comment, pausing before continuing with a sigh, "OK."
At this comment Red fist pumped, earning a disapproving glare and smile from Daisy and a "let's-get-on-with-it" glare from Blue. After Blue's glare, Red walked to one side of the area and Blue copied him, walking over to the opposite side of the area, while Daisy sat at the edge of the centre of the area, paying close attention to both of them.
"You ready Blue?" shouted Red.
"Ready to kick your ass!" laughed Blue.
"And Daisy," shouted Red, turning his attention to Blue's sister, "You better be ready for our date!"
At this Daisy rolled her eyes, laughed and muttered something about "Boys" before Blue interrupted him.
"Are we going to do this or what?" he impatiently asked.
"Ok, Blue," said Red, his good of aura turning to one of determination, throwing his Poke Ball and catching it in his hand, "Let's do this".
With this, their battle started, both throwing their first Poke Balls into the middle of the area, with Blue sending out Arcanine and Red sending out a Pikachu.
"All right, Arcanine, burn him up!" commanded Blue, with Arcanine obeying his command, sending a giant breathe of fire straight towards Pikachu.
"Pikachu, dodge it!" countered Red, with the Pikachu speeding to the side, trying to avoid the flames, and just barely doing so.
"All right, Pikachu!" screamed Red, joyously, "Now shock him!"
"Pika!" cried Pikachu, storing up its electricity around its body, before letting it out in a gigantic thunderbolt, which went straight towards Arcanine.
"Arcanine, move!"
But it was too late for Blue to do anything as the Thunderbolt connected, making Arcanine howl in pain.
"Arcanine!" shouted Blue, making the Pokémon retreat back inside its Poke Ball, before pulling out another one, "Go, Rydon!"
With this command Rydon jumped out of his Poke Ball, letting out a massive roar.
"Rydon, show him what that horn's for!"
With this, Rydon's horn began spinning up for its Horn Drill attack.
When it was at its spinning's full speed, it lunged directly at Red's Pikachu.
"Pikachu, dodge it!" ordered Red.
Pikachu, trying to obey its trainer's command, jumped to its side, but was still caught in Rydon's path, sending him flying to the ground, fainted.
"Pikachu! You ok?" asked a concerned Red, before outstretching his arm, holding Pikachu's Poke Ball, making the Pokémon return to its "home". Then Red picked a new Poke Ball off his belt and threw it, revealing his Espeon.
"Espeon, Psychic!" shouted Red, with Espeon focusing its psychic energy around Rydon, lifting the heavy Pokémon up, before slamming it back into the ground, face first, causing it to faint.
"Damn it!" shouted Blue, holding out his Poke Ball, returning Rydon back to its inside. He then picked another Poke Ball out from his belt and threw it onto the ground in front of him, an Alakazam popping out in a matter of seconds.
With the other psychic Pokémon now on the field, Blue wasted no time in ordering it to use Psychic on Espeon, sending the Pokémon sprawling to the ground, unconscious.
Deciding to switch up strategies, Red sent out Lapras, who he commanded to use Hydro Pump, which was easily blocked by Alakazam, but Red could tell it still did some damage.
"Now Alakazam!" ordered Blue, confidently, "Heal yourself!"
With this Alakazam began to heal itself. Leaving itself wide open to an attack from Lapras.
"Lapras, squash him!"
After hearing this cry from Red, Lapras flew into the air and landed on the still recharging Alakazam, knocking it out.
"For Arceus' Sake!" screamed Blue, making another one of his Pokémon retreat back into his Poke Ball.
"Gonna give up, Blue?" asked Red, panting but jokingly.
"You wish, asshat!" replied Blue, in an angry tone but still with a bit of the same joking tone as Red, before they continued their battle.
10 minutes later, both trainers only had 1 Pokémon left, Red with his Charzaird, Blue with his Pidgeot. With even Daisy enthralled by the intensity of this battle, no one noticed a dark, shaggy haired figure watching from the shadows of the trees with devilish red eyes.
"You still not going to give up, Blue?" asked a panting Red, letting out a tiny laugh.
"Could ask you the same question, Red!" grumbled Blue, but with the tiniest trace of a smile.
"Ha, yeah that's true, but don't think count me out just yet!"
"Same with me!"
And with these words of confidence, they set out to finish their battle.
"Alright, Pidgeot! Take to the skies with Wing Attack!" shouted Blue, sending Pidgeot flying towards his rival's Chairzard, the Pokémon using its wing as a weapon.
"Chairzard, counter his Pidgeot's attack with Flare Blitz!" countered Red, with a great, booming voice.
With these new orders, Chairzard unleashed a giant amount of fireballs from his mouth.
As Pidgeot speeding through the air towards his opponent, he managed to dodge most of the fireballs that were coming out from Chaizard's mouth until a final one hit him, causing him to faint but not before hitting him with his Wing Attack, taking the Chaizard down with him.
With both trainers making their Pokémon return to their Poke Balls, they both agreed that their battle was a draw.
"So," Red sighed, "Guess I'm not getting that date with Daisy, eh?"
"Looks like it, loser," replied Blue, smug that ,even though he was upset he'd not won, at least Red didn't get what he wanted.
"Aw, don't say that Red," replied Daisy, feeling a small trace of sympathy for the younger boy, "I'll still have lunch with you."
"Really?!" asked an extremely eager Red, his eyes glimmering with hope and promise.
"Yeah," she chuckled, "You've earned it."
"What do I get for my effort, then?!" butted in an angry Blue.
"Ermm…" thought Daisy, before coming up with something, "You can come with us! You'll like it since I'm guessing Red's going to pay for it since he's such a chivalrous, nice young man"
"Err, sure," replied Red, since he could hardly turn it down since his crush had complimented him so highly.
"Well," grumbled Blue, "I suppose that's something."
"Great, then me and Blue will go ahead to Viridian City while Red gets his piggybank," laughed Daisy, "I guess this could be fun. I haven't been on a date since…"
It was then that a Daisy's usual happy-go-lucky face changed to one of great sadness and Red could swear he'd seen a small tear run down her cheek. Even Blue was concerned by this.
"Something wrong, sis?" asked a concerned Blue. Well, as concerned as Blue could be.
"No," Daisy said, returning to a fairly happy face, "I'm fine, I swear."
"Ok then," replied Red, still a bit concerned but deciding to not ask about it right now since she could tell by how she brushed it off she wouldn't want to talk about it right now, "I'll go get some money and you two can go ahead."
With this Red walked off towards his house while Daisy and Blue began walking towards Viridian Forest. After the 3 had all gone off, the red eyed shadowy figure stepped out of shadows of the trees.
"Well," said Steven's distorted voice, "That was quite…entertaining…"
He then turned towards the direction of where Blue and Daisy had gone.
"It's been a long time Daisy…But I don't think I'm exactly interested in you in my plans…"
With this, he began to walk back into the tree filled area.
"Little Blue's gonna be my main tool in my revenge…After all, he'll do anything to get back at Red…especially for his poor Pokémon's death…"
Viridian City, 2XXX
In the small restaurant which Blue and Daisy had waited for Red at, the three had just begun digging into their pasta.
"So," said Blue, shoving a bit of lasagne in his mouth before continuing, "What did you mean back there?"
"Mean what?" Daisy asked, stopping as she was about to put a piece of risotto in her mouth.
"He means when you said you hadn't had a date since…" Red said, reminding her of what she had said at least 30 minutes ago.
"Oh, yeah," she replied, looking down sadly, "Yeah, um, is it ok if I don't have to talk about it?"
"Oh' c'mon, sis," responded Blue, too quickly for Red to tell her it was ok, "It's not going to hurt to talk about your ex"
"What he means to say is its ok," responded Red.
"Thanks, Red," she replied, making a tiny small smile at the younger boy.
"Well, since you 2 seem to want to fuck," said Blue, in a less than charming manner, "I'm going to go outside for a bit of fresh air."
"We don't want to fuck!" stuttered a blushing Red, who turned even redder when he noticed that everyone else in the restaurant had heard him and was now looking at him.
Meanwhile, outside, in a nearby group of bushes, a white lab coated man in glasses was watching Blue exit the restaurant.
He had been told by Professor Oak that a long, black haired male trainer had been spotted around the area, and had sent him to watch over his grandchildren and Red, in case Steven tried to attack them.
He still remembered Steven from when he and his brother Mike first entered the lab, aged 13, and get their first Pokémon. He remembered them being so full of hope, determination and fun loving spirit and seeing how whenever he appeared in the papers, either for stopping a criminal syndicate or winning a tournament, Daisy would rush into the lab, beaming, to tell her grandfather.
He remembered when Mike and Steven used to help teach the youngsters, including Blue and Red, about Pokémon, letting them borrow their own ones to practice for their own journeys that they would inevitably go on.
He also remembered Miki's death and Steven's quick downwards spiral. He also remembered when they found Mike's body and Steven disappeared, never to be seen again.
And now he had reappeared, presumably to take his revenge on everything and everyone who he deemed responsible for what happened to him.
He knew they had to stop him, by any means necessary.
"Mr. Lab Assistant John…" said an animalistic voice from behind him, making his blood freeze in his veins.
Trying to turn around tod defend himself, he was stopped by some strong hands grabbing him by the neck, pushing him down to the ground and beginning to choke the life out of him.
He tried to ask for him to stop, but no sound came out accept chocking sounds and the hands tightened their grip even more, making even less of a sound come out.
"Oh no, John, YOU. ARE. NOT. Going to fuck this up for me!"
"Ste…I…S…rry" spluttered Lab Assistant John.
"What do you have to be sorry about?" questioned the red eyed Steven, with what could be considered a small, primeval laugh.
"I…"
And that was the last thing that Lab Assistant John ever said, or spluttered in his strangled state, before his vision began to black out, the last thing he saw being Steven's hell red eyes.
"Sweet dreams, John…" he said, before the Lab Assistant took his last breath and fell completely limp.
Dead.
Meanwhile, oblivious to what was going on, was thinking to himself.
"Why does sis always side with Red?" he asked himself, "Doesn't she know he's only trying to get into her pants?"
Then he seemed to darken, "Does she even know what he did to me? To Raticate…"
"You miss him…Don't you…" asked a wryly voice from a few metres away.
Surprised by the sudden interruption to what was a surprisingly quiet day in Viridian City, Blue turned to see a weird looking man, or thing, standing a few meters away.
He has a red, ripped sleeved jacket, similar to Red's, and had some torn trousers and trainers, also very similar to Red's. But what caught his attention the most was his eyes and hair. His hair was a big mound of black that almost reached completely to the ground and his eyes were ruby red.
"Who the hell are you, jackass?" asked a fairly pissed off Blue, "And what the hell are you talking about?"
"Your Raticate…" he replied, leaving Blue shaking, shocked and open mouthed.
"How the hell do you know about that?!" he stuttered angrily, to which the man responded with a small, dark, brooding laugh.
"That's not important at the moment," he replied, "What is important is I know how to bring back your Raticate AND get your revenge on Red. What do you say?"
At these words Blue began to shake with shock. Is it possible? Raticate was one of the first Pokémon he had caught and he had developed a fairly good relationship with it and when Red defeated his Raticate on the SS Anne, injuring it, he had tried desperately to find a person to heal him but, by the time he found someone who could, it was too late and he died in Blue's arms.
The opportunity to bring him back, as well as getting revenge on Red for publicly humiliating him at the Indigo Plateau AND his Raticate's death shocked him but also deeply interested him.
"So," said the man's animalistic voice, "What do you say?"
"I say…"
Blue thought about this for a moment. Could be really trust this weird looking man? But soon all thoughts of that were brushed away with the opportunity to get his revenge on Red for his humiliating defeat and his Raticate's death.
"Let's do it, hair guy."
At this, the man, unbeknownst to Blue, made a small smirk before lightly beckoning Blue to come with him,
"Then follow me, Blue Oak, and we will get your revenge…"
Yeah, this story will now be in incorporating the theory of Blue's Raticate being killed on the SS Anne by Red :)
I just thought to make the story more interesting could put in another Pokémon Creepypasta/theory.
I hope you enjoy this story and yes I will update sooner and again, I'm sorry this took so long. :)
Thanks for reading :D
Sincerely,
