I woke up in the middle of the night of the second day and groaned inwardly. I guess things like sleep didn't actually work like the game in Minecraft if I could wake up in the middle of the night while the others were sleeping. I glanced outside where the sky was just beginning to lighten. I wished I had a clock to see the exact time of the Minecraft day, but of course we only found enough gold for one.

The mobs outside were making all different types of noises, but avoided the torchlight. This was good, but I was worried about Herobrine. We hadn't seen him since the morning, but who knows when he'll show his ugly face. I sat on the ground, another thing you couldn't do while actually playing the game. The torches flickered.

I wonder where's Minty, I thought. She was probably spawned in some place like that jungle, but we had sent search parties without luck. I stared in frustration at a block of gravel on the ground. I missed the old texture-the one in the Lite edition of Mcpe.

Why was I thinking about the gravel texture? I looked out the cave as the sun began to rise. The mobs looked pink, and they cast a shadow depending on the sun's position, proving that it was PE and not some random version that we had been teleported into. I poked at Flare.

"Hey," I whispered. "Wake up. The mobs are burning up." She just rolled over and mumbled gibberish to herself. I sighed. Inayat was never easy to wake up in the first place, so of course her Minecraft character wouldn't. I was actually a bit confused about Minecraft people personality. Was it the same as real life, or just the Minecraft people? Since I woke up in the middle of the night, I think it was us people turned into Minecraft people, only with all the things and the name.

"Hey, Sofia. What time is it?" a sleepy voice mumbled. I saw Flare getting off the bed.

I rolled my eyes. "The mobs are done burning." I replied, nodding at the direction of the cave mouth. Flare stood up.

"WHAT?! Really? But that means we don't have much time to find Minty!" she gasped. "Come on, help me wake the others up."

After we woke everyone up, we began to get ready. Gladly, hunger hadn't been implemented yet, so we didn't have to worry. We set off into the opposite direction of yesterday, calling for Rehmat. We couldn't find her, but Inayat tamed a dog. Avnoor did, too, and luckily we had passed through a flower forest on the way so Avnoor was able to make some light gray dye for the collar, while Inayat was perfectly fine with red.

"Yay dogs!" she said happily. She fed hers a pork chop. "I'm naming it Daisy until I get a better name."

"Mine will be Darkness." Shadow said, holding a bone. I had my mind set on a cat, so I gave them all my bones just to empty my inventory.
