One evening, Daisy was watching the news.
It was her birthday and all she wanted to do was eat ice cream!
But then, Luigi came in with a big box!
Daisy really didn't want visitors today, but it was a pretty big box do she thought "alright" and got up.
It was wrapped with pretty gold and orange wrapping paper!
And Daisy was surprised at what she heard coming from the box!
She thought she had heard a slight little "Meow" coming from it, but then she thought it was just her imagination.
After that, Luigi said "Go ahead! Open it Daisy! Your going to love it!"
So Daisy pulled off the paper and a kitten came waddling out and said "Meow" a couple of times!
Daisy freaked out! It was her very own kitten!
"Oh thank you, thank you, thank you so much! How can I ever repay you?!"
"Oh shucks!..." Said Luigi blushing.
When Luigi left, Daisy fed, watered, and petted the kitty!
Daisy also named it, she named it "Rascal".
Now, it had now been a year or so, and Rascal was grown up.
So one day, Daisy could not find the kitty!
She searched everywhere!
But still no hope.
Until finally, she hears about 5 little meows from the pantry!
Daisy quick opened it, and found 5 little kittens laying with Rascal!
"Aw! Rascal isn't a boy! She's a girl!." Daisy laughed.
So Daisy took the cat and the kittens into the living room and all took a nap together!
