Disclaimer: I don't own Charmed.

Thank you so much, you are the ones keeping this fic going. Love yas. :-)

Patricia took a deep breath as she walked through the over flowing halls of magic school, she rolled her eyes at the typical powerful queen-bee, and the male pranksters who had used a charm to glue a less powerful, nerdy, kid to the wall. She shook her head, poor kid, probably a bright 'know-it-all', those were the ones that always got pranked and picked-on. 'Overall it's magical appeal and enchanting decor, magic school, was just like any other high school', Patricia though as a potion exploded in a class room nearby and a kid elevated above her to get to class, 'well not like every school', she corrected herself.

She took a sharp turn to the left, catching a few students off guard, causing them to trip over each other, but she just continued on her rout to the library, for she had her last potions exam next week and she was planning on acing it, her aunt Piper had offered to help her, but she figured with the wedding planning and all that she was busy enough as it was.

Once she pushed open one of the heavy but surprisingly silent, library doors she made her way to the potions books section, pulled out a few carefully selected books, off of the shelf and then sat herself at a desk in the back, trying hard to concentrate on the content on the pages in front of her.

She couldn't seem to get Stephan out of her head, but she was determined to trust him, after all he did mean so much to her, but he also kept too much from her.

She sighed heavily as she closed the potions boo, she wasn't going to memorize anything with this on her mind, she placed the books neatly in a pile on her desk, before pulling out of her backpack the diary that Steph had given her, last year, for her birthday. It was very beautiful, with a vintage style, the hard cover was black, with a small fake stone in the center in an opal color, with gold and silver beads and painted on patterns decorating the four edges. Her finger traced the patterns briefly; she hadn't made many entries, for she mostly wrote in it during times of sadness and confusion, when she couldn't find any other way to get her worries off of her mind, kind of like the way she felt now.

She opened the diary by whispering the small opening enchantment. Once opened she flipped through the pages, brifly stopping to skim over some of her entries until she came to a blank badge page, where she started pouring out her heart to the pages, quickly and neatly in blue ink.

With Mel, Pay, Dee

After talking to Leo the girls selected a few important classes, carefully chosen for each of their abilities. All three girl decided to start with only four classes and to add more next year, since they were already in the last term of school, though they could always go to summer classes the school provided, like Leo stated, none of them seemed pleased with the idea. They agree on taking Charms/ Spells and Potions together, while Mel chose Premonitions& Magical signals, and levitation, Dee chose Whitlighter 101, and Self-defense lessons, and Peyton tele-transportation, and advanced Charms to her list of classes. All girl where satisfied with their choices, and happily left Leo's office, outside along with Aaron was another boy waiting. The two boys were talking with one another, neither noticing the three girls approaching them.

"We're back" Called Dee, as they reached the boys.

"Good, we can finish the tour" Stated Aaron, smiling at Mel, who returned one back, with a light blush forming on her cheeks, Aaron then turn to start introducing the girls to his friend when the secretary cut him off.

"Ben, the headmaster will see you now." She stated, giving the group a small smile, before going back to the paperwork on her desk.

"Well, girls, as you heard, this is Ben. Ben, these are my friends Mel, Melody and Peyton." Aaron stated, quickly introducing everyone.

"Well ladies, I'd love to stay and chat, even help show you around, but I can't leave the headmaster waiting." Ben stated with a small amount of sarcasm, he then winked at Peyton. "See you girls around."

After Ben had entered Leo's office Dee let out a low whistle, "Boy was he hawt! And I think he has a thing for you, Pay!" She exclaimed, excitedly.

"A wink he probably gives every girl, that just happened to be directed to me, makes you think that?" Pay added, to witch Dee nodded energetically. "No Dee, you can't be into someone, when you barely even exchanged a word with them." Pay stated matter-of-factly.

"Let's change subject." Mel stated calmly, before Dee could reply. "Besides we've only been in the school for a little over an hour, and you already want to organize Pays love life, imagine when the week ends. You'll be organizing a wedding that would put Sophie's and Wyatt's to shame." Mel laughed.

"Fine, I'll stay out of Pay's love life." Dee stated as the group started to walk down another hall. "I'll just have to content myself with yours and Aarons'." She stated low so only Payton who was walking besides her could hear.

"See, all's well then." Aaron stated, referring to the two girls disagreement ending.

"Right." Both girls agreed laughing.

"What did we miss?" Aaron asked Mel, who just shook her head in reply.

"With us Aaron, you'll learn that sometimes you are better off just not knowing." She stated calmly as they kept on walking to finish their tour.

Back to Patricia

Patricia had been in magic school for about an hour and a half now, she was glad she didn't have any classes today, she doubted she could have paid any attention to them if she did. She really didn't have a lot of classes at magic school, compared to her cousin Henry, because she had taken most of her classes when she was in the 10th grade, to have less in the 11th and nearly none in the 12th, to have more time to study for her high school classes.

Now she only had four classes at Magic School, which consisted of advanced Potions, Shape-shifting and Self-defense; and these classes only occupied three of her school days afternoons.

Today being Thursday she didn't have any classes, but she really wanted to brush up for her potions exam, which now was going to have to wait for another afternoon, due to her overthinking head and trusting heart.

Patricia put away her diary in her bag, and leaving said bag on the table she was sitting at she took the potions books she had removed on a book cart, with a small sigh escaping her lips she traced her finger over the bind of several big leather covered books, barely taking in the title of any of them as she slowly traveled along the shelf. But then she paused when on book caught her attention, to the contrary of all the other books on the shelf, this one didn't have a title on its bind only an odd row of symbols, she couldn't decipher. They didn't seem like anything she had studied in her History of Magic or Magical Objects and Symbols last year nor did they look like any of the symbols she had read about in the Halliwell's Book of Shadows. But for some strange reason the third symbol of the row seemed to be calling out to her; she dragged her finger over the row of seven symbols, five smaller ones that were placed between two bigger ones, she searched through all the information in her brain trying resiliently to remember any information she could have had on them, but nothing came to her, she was about to pull the book off of the shelf, when her cell buzzed in the pocket of her sweater.

Her finger dropped from the top of the book as if she had just realized what she was doing. She took a step back from the shelf and headed back to her table there she sat and took her cell out of her pocket, hiding it behind her bag cautiously from the librarian. She unblocked her cellphone and noticed it was a text from Stephan, she had been so hooked on the book, that he had slipped her mind for those brief minutes. The text simply said 'Meet me at our spot' simple and to the point like most of his texts were, a smile spread on her lips as she grabbed her bag and made her way out of the library and quickly walking down the halls.

A/N: Thanks for reading, and please review telling me what you thought :) All reviews will be appreciated. And I know that this chapter basically revolved around Patricia (and Stephan), but most of the Powers&Secrets chapters will, because of the plot line, but don't worry action will come soon.
