The characters of the Harry Potter universe belong to Ms. Rowlings, and I'm borrowing them for my own imagination.
Scorpius/Albus
June 2027
"Are you ready?" Albus asked as they stood togther greeting the guests as they arrived at The Burrows for the wedding.
"I'm ready for it to be over with and I'm on my honeymoon to the South of France." Scorpius said.
"No details please." Albus urged and Scorpius laughed. One thing about marrying your best mates relation is that certain topics were off limits.
"Ten years ago, would you have imagined that we would be standing here today, and I would be marrying into your family?" Scorpius asked.
"Never. When I had gone home for Christmas first year, I was sure my dad and uncles would have a melt down over me becoming friends with a Malfoy." Albus said.
"I was sure that you would come back and tell me you couldn't be my friend anymore." Scorpius said.
"It's time." The little wizard who would be performing the ceremony said.
Scorpius nodded to him the turned to Albus and said "You know, your friendship. It has meant the world to me. Thank you."
Albus seeing Scorpius becoming emotional, and knowing his bride would be very unforgiving of Albus if he let Scorpius get that way said in his ususal light-hearted fashion. "I know, and I love you, too." Then after a quick hug, he pushed Scorpius toward the altar to await his bride.
