Here's chapter 2 of 'Things that happen late at night (Rin & Len fanfic)'. NOTE: in this chapter (any many more to come), Rin and Len are childhood friends, NOT twins.

CHAPTER 2: ADOLESCENCE
Rin and Len had been best friends ever since they were born in the same hospital. They looked so similar, some people mistook them for twins. They did everything together. Play, dance, comb each other's hair, and when they were really young, they even sleep together in the same bed.
The two swore they would never leave each other. This ended when Rin's body began to change.
Once, Rin saw herself in the mirror, then smashed it because she didn't look like Len any more.
One night, Len's parents were hosting a party. Rin's parents went, but Rin didn't want Len to see her crying from pure happiness. After he asked where Rin was, Len walked over to Rin's house and up to her room.
When Len opened the door, Rin said "go away, I want to be alone." Len didn't listen to her. Instead, he turned on the light. Rin slowly sat up and looked towards him. "If you don't feel well, I can come back later." He turned around and was about to leave, but then he felt tugging at the bottom of his shirt.
Len looked down, to see Rin grabbing the bottom of his shirt with tears in her eyes.
"D-don't leave." She stuttered
"Why not?"
"Because… I am scared of ghosts."
"Scared of ghosts? You're such a baby, Rin."
"I am not a b-"
Rin was cut off by Len kissing her, and hugging her as if trying to synchronize their heart beats. They both prayed it would never end.
