Oz stood up and stretched. "This is weird. I woke up at seven and now it's eight at night and I haven't seen Gil all-day. I wonder where he is." Oz began to search around for Gilbert. He ended up running into him. Literally.

Gilbert caught Oz as he stumbled back. "Oz? Are you okay?"

Oz moved back and removed his hands. "I'm fine. Where were you today? Alice and I were all over the place today and neither of us saw you."

"Other than the hour I had to go shopping, I was here. Didn't you notice I made dinner?"

Oz frowned. He should have known. "No."

"Alright. Now that you know where I've been, go have some fun." He went to his room when Oz said nothing else. "Break's right. I'm afraid of him moving on without me. He's leaving me behind for the stupid rabbit. I'm such an idiot."

Oz suddenly started pounding on Gilbert's door. "Gil! Gil, open the door! Open the door!"

Gilbert opened the door, ready to panic. "Is something wrong? Did something happen to you? Are you hurt?"

Oz smiled. "I only want to come in."

"Oh. You could've just knocked."

"I know. I wanted you to move faster." Oz walked over and sat on Gilbert's bed. "Sit by me."

Gilbert looked him over before sitting down. "Is something wrong?"

"I didn't notice you all-day."

"I'm aware."

"I'm supposed to be your friend and I totally ignored you."

Gilbert looked at his hands. "If you want to have fun with the rabbit, have fun."

"That's not what I'm talking about."

"What are you talking about?"

"Do you think I've replaced you?"

Gilbert started ringing his hands. "N-no… I haven't."

"You're still a bad liar."

Gilbert stared at the floor.

"Tell me what's wrong, Gil."

"I'm afraid you'll forget about me. I feel so stupid and selfish. I shouldn't think that way."

Oz turned and hugged him. "I'll never forget about you."

Gilbert awkwardly hugged him back. "Thank you."

"I'm not convinced you believe me."

"I... have some doubts."

"How do you want me to prove it?"

"I don't- mmph." Gilbert was cut off as he was pulled into a kiss.

Oz pulled back and smiled. "I know you're going to protest all of this because of age and because you're a servant. But think about this whenever you feel replaced. I'll do it whenever you need reassurance."

"Are you sure about this? I don't want to make you do anything you don't want."

"I want to do this, Gil." Oz held their hands together. "I want you to know I'll never replace you. I could only do this with you."

"I don't-"

"No protesting. No denying. Gil will never be replaced. Do you understand?"

Gilbert smiled. "I understand. Thank you, Oz."

"Anything for you."
