At a world meeting America and Russia get into a fight (as usual), and Canada tries to get in the middle of it to break it up. After things take a turn for the worst, russia is forced to come face to face with his feelings for the invisible canadian, and make Canada see that he's not the ghost everyone seems to see him as.
