Because her wisdom is greater than most,
The price is often freighter
Amy's smart, she knows it
She already published a novel
But the second she is finished,
She's expected to published three sequels
Competition isn't for her
Though it's always in the air
Amy prefers to stay away from the crowd
Yet still yearning to make her mother proud
Amy's wishes are unimportant
After all why please yourself?
Amy wishes she could be braver,
And for once stand up for herself.
Amy's got a different flaw
From all the other girls.
It isn't pride or vanity,
But rather it's to keep heart
When the world expects too much of you,
You really shouldn't take it.
Push yourself to the limit,
But trust me, never break it
Please yourself, but never others,
Is not what Amy believes,
It's good to have that state of mind,
But it's better to never leave yourself behind.
