I am so sorry I haven't updated in like two months! I've been so busy and I completely forgot. I also did write this chapter but I read it over and I was like "Hellll no" so I rewrote it.

Claire POV
I couldn't be bothered to put up a fight; the amount of heartbeats I could hear was terrifying. They were really coming for us. The porch door was down; they had one more barrier to go through.
"Claire remember they don't know about what happened." Michael reminded me and peeked through the blinds.
"I know." I snorted and stood up.
"What are you doing?" Eve hissed at me.
"We have to hide somewhere don't we?" I shrugged and pulled Myrnin towards me.
Michael stood up and sighed. "She's right." Myrnin said simply and leaned against the wall, inspecting his hands.
"I was gonna say that you were sounding sane. But seeming as your inspecting yourself as if this is a minor situation, then you're still bloody psycho!" Eve screeched at Myrnin.
Myrnin rolled his eyes at her. "Calm down Eve." I said and stood by him.
"Anyway where the fuck is Shane and Kim?" Eve questioned.
"I bet fifty dollars they're out there." Myrnin said nodding to the window.
"I can smell him." I spat, I could hear the banging on the door. It was getting louder.
"You can what!" Eve shouted.
"No time to explain, we need to find somewhere to hide." Michael said.
Myrnin moved from my side and left the room. "Where the fuck are you going?" I called after him.
"I want blood." He laughed and went into the kitchen. Jesus he was still fucking crazy.
"The portal won't work down here, there's too much of a presence." I stated - all I could smell was human. It was everywhere.
"The attic is the most powerful; you were able to open that portal when you were bleeding out." Michael said pointing upstairs.
"What are we waiting for?" Eve said and ran out the room.
"Carry her Michael, Myrnin come on." I said grabbing Myrnin's hand, the back door knocked down.
"Shit." I cursed under my breath and ran behind Myrnin. I watched as some guy was thrown across the room. I patted the wall of the house, it was protecting us.
Myrnin was opening the hatch for the attic, I watch as he lifted Eve up there then Michael followed. I knew my eyes were red.
Myrnin jumped up as I was about to grab his hand I felt something go into my side. I felt myself being thrown over the banister.
"Claire!"
Michael POV
"Myrnin no! We have to get her." I roared at him as he closed the hatch. Eve was silently sobbing.
"Like it or not Michael. You know going after her would kill us all." He snapped and opened the portal.
"Yeah but we would die trying." I argued back at him.
"I want to get her, but we need to get to Amelie first." He said and stepped through the portal.
"Come on Michael." Eve whispered and pulled me through the portal.
Amelie POV
I had no idea what to do. I kept pacing up and down the room, the silk gown trailing on the floor.
I was standing in the centre of the city hall. Many vampires and you could say humans of importance around me.
"Ma'am I think we should do something." Jason said standing up.
"Shh." I said sternly, I could hear another heartbeat.
"Oliver, with me." I ordered and stormed out the room, I broke into a run to the office.
I slammed the door opened. There was only three of them.
"Where's Claire." I said, my voice broke a little.
"She got caught, and then this bastard decided that we should see you instead of going after her. Because apparently they won't do anything." Michael shouted and pointed to Myrnin.
"Listen, we have a big problem. Sebastian knows about Claire, we're through. It's nearly sunlight and we can't go out." I spat.
"What!" Michael roared.
"We'll leave at night; it's likely they won't kill her." Oliver interrupted before leading Eve out of the room.
"We are going to have to wait. It's not what I want to do; Claire is my only hope for Morganville. I need her alive." I admitted and left them standing there.
Claire POV
The pain in my side was like hell. They had stabbed me.
I had little energy and I was being carried. I opened my eyes a little, my vision was blurred but I could hear clearly.
I felt myself being placed on my feet and tied to something. I opened my eyes fully, and there was the bitch himself.
"Hey Claire, you're finally awake." He smiled sarcastically.
"Shut the fuck up." I grumbled and attempted to close my eyes. I felt nausea run amongst my body.
I felt him grab my face. "Bitch, we all know what you are and now you're gonna die." He smirked and moved. I could see a load of humans standing there. I could see Shane.
"You know what they say. Karma's a bitch." I giggled.
"See you in hell, with all you're other bitches." He laughed and slapped me across the face.
"We're gonna get the rest of them at city hall!" He shouted before jumping into a car. Everyone began to follow.
My hands were tied with sliver above my head to a pole. He thought I would die from sunlight. What a stupid prick.
I looked to my side where a bulky man stood, his head was shaved and he was wearing leather. Sebastian probably ordered him to watch me die.
I let the remainder of the riot move on; no way could I escape with them in my way. My side hurt. I knew it had healed, but it killed like a bitch. Blood covered my shirt. It was a white shirt as well.
I looked at my wrists which were tightly sealed with sliver. I put pressure on the metal and watched in snapped. The guy was facing the other way, I crept slowly towards him.
The sunlight began to rise. Before he could turn I grabbed the sides of his head and twisted so his neck snapped. His body fell limp to the ground. I was angry, too angry. I threw the remains of the sliver and ran to the Glass House.
So it's done. I wanted to leave a bit of a cliffy. Sorry for not updating again, I'll try to update this week. I also want to thank for the continued support!
