(Intro plays)
Now I'm running round so fast it's amazing
My head burning fiercely, it's blazing
I'm so damn mad that my vision's hazy
Damnit, Ronnie Anne, you've made me crazy
I got dressed and headed out my room and
Passed Lynn because I was zoomin
Luna's stereos boomin
My thoughts inhuman
Lynn yelled, "Hey man! What the hell are you doing?"
I ate quickly then headed out my place
My uncontrolled anger scars my face
Got my bike and pedaled at a fast pace
My girl cheating on me? What a disgrace
I hurried through my neighborhood
Everyone just stared and stood
I raced down the sidewalk
That was littered with chalk
Millions of thoughts crossed my mind
What other secrets does she hide behind?
Which guys did she let take her from behind?
All these thoughts tortured my mind
All this time I never knew
What exactly would I do
If I found her all up on another man
Nothing's changed, I don't understand
I got tired of thinking
What was this girl drinking?
In my mind her eyes are twinkling
It was a ruse and my heart's sinking
Now back at the house, Lynn started to ask around
She was silenced by some loud sounds
She had enough so she walked right in
Luna turned around
"Oh, what's up, Lynn?"
"Luna, do you know why Lincoln's acting strange?"
Luna said, "No, but that little cunt is deranged."
Lynn asked, "What did he do, sis?"
"He called me a dyke," Luna hissed
"Aren't you though?"
Luna asked, "...So?!"
Lynn said, "Look, Linc ran off real fast."
"I'll bet that it won't be his last."
Lynn asked, "Will you stop the sass?"
Luna ignored Lynn and played
Lynn sighed and just walked away
She walked downstairs and ate her meal
She asked Lori, "What is Lincoln's deal?"
Lori replied, "You mean him running out the door?"
"Yes!"
"Well, say no more. Get ready for the gossip, Lynn. Oh man, where should I begin?"
Then Lori started telling Lynn what was happening
A lot of it was simple, some a little confusing
Lynn asked, "Lori, how do you know this?"
"Keep a secret and I'll tell you, sis."
Lynn told her that she'd never tell
"Well, I've been eavesdropping a little on Lincoln."
Lynn asked, "What the hell?"
"I know. Privacy and all that, but it was too good not to."
Lynn said, "Lori, that doesn't excuse you."
Lori smirked and said, "That's not the worst of it."
"There's more?! Tell me, tell me, tell me!"
"Ok, shit."
Lynn waited for what was next in anticipation
What she heard next made her talk with hesitation
"Are you serious, Lori?!"
"Yep. That's the story."
Lynn was getting a little angry
So after she had ate with her family
She walked outside, hopped on her bike and choked the handles
Her target was clear and she was ready to manhandle
Now back to me
I'm still angry
Going to my baby
Will there be violence? Maybe
I reached her house, dressed in my usual attire
I saw Clyde's bike, which had a hole in the tire
Probably because his guilt is heavy
Oh my god, this shit is insanity
Her front door was slightly open
I decided to let myself in
On the inside, I was weeping
On the outside, I'm just creeping
I broke into her house, what was I thinking?
I stopped as I heard something creaking
My footsteps became louder and louder
Accepting the truth became harder and harder
I got real quiet, as quiet as a mouse
I flung a door open
Ronnie Anne on her bed
Looked my way
Then she asked, "What are you doing in my house?!"
I asked her, "Who have you been doing in your house?!"
She asked, "What're talking about, Linc?"
I asked, "What do you think?"
"Why did you barge into my house uninvited?"
"Ronnie Anne, stop! Don't you even try to hide it."
Confused, she asked, "Exactly what am I hiding?"
I laughed at this chick's time that she's biding
"Well, Ronnie Anne. You can start by telling me how it all began."
She said, "Lincoln, just what are ya saying? Please, just quit playing."
I told her, "You're cheating on me. Unbelievably. You're dating Clyde, something you can no longer hide."
She paused and then burst out laughing
"Come on, Linc. What are you thinking?"
She stood up and kissed me on the cheek.
She said, "You're crazy," but that isn't what I seek.
I said, "Listen up, baby. And don't ya lie to me. I know Clyde's the one you're really dating."
She asked, "Do you hear what you're saying?"
She laughed and asked, "Why would you think I'm with Clyde?"
I said, "Maybe because his bike's still outside!"
"He didn't say?"
"No, he didn't say!"
She said, "Odd, but ok."
This was taking all day
She told me what Clyde's desire
"He needed me to fix his flat tire"
Oh
.
All I could say was "oh"
And so
She asked, "Is there more?"
I said, "Yeah, there's more shit."
"Let me hear it."
"Ok. When I called, why did Clyde pick up your phone?"
She raised an eyebrow and pulled out her phone
She said, "I don't see any calls from today."
No calls?! What?! Really?! No way!
She asked, "Did you even check to see who was calling?"
I told her, "Well, no," as my anger started falling.
"And you accuse me of cheating?"
Embarrassment was seeping
"Ronnie Anne, I'm sorry."
She blocked off my apology
"It's alright, Linc. Mistakes happen."
I'm surprised that my face wasn't slapped in
I gave her an affectionate hug
She gave back a similar hug
She pushed me off quick
"Ok, you can stop it."
I said, "I just want you to know that I'm happy you understand."
"It's no biggie. No need to try to make guilty amends."
I started to kiss her and she kissed right back
For a second, then said, "Seriously, enough of that."
I said, "See you later," and started leaving
Then I stopped when I heard beeping
It wasn't her phone
What's going on?
It's not my phone
I left it at home
It got louder and louder
Accepting truth became harder and harder
I looked at my innocent baby
She looked guilty as could be
Our entire relationship, ready for deposit
All because Clyde fell out of the closet
Closet
Closet..
Closet...
Closet...
