"Ok Abs work your magic" Tony said "Oh crap"

"Tony what's going on?" Gibbs asked

"He's stopped. He's coming around I'm taking my ear wig out I will put it back in when I'm safe" He whispered before taking it out.

"Gibbs what are we going to do?" I cried

"Where going to catch this son of a bitch no one takes my family!" he yelled before storming out

Tony's POV

"Hi Mauher" I smiled

"Ummm hi?" he said confusedly

"What do you want?" I questioned

"Abby! That all I have ever wanted. I want to love her and care for her and keep her safe" He replies

"You really think this is making her happy?" I ask "You kidnapped her brother, her little sister and me?"

"No, I won't but the less people in her life the more chance I have of having her back" he says

"Been taking you meds?" I say concerningly

"No!" he shouts

"Hey keep it down she's sleeping" I say pointing at Layla

"What she's sleeping? Is she not scared of this?" he asked scratching his head

"Yes, she is scared but not of you but of what's happened to her brother, and what you're going to do with Abby she's 13 going on 25 she's probably more grown up than you think!" I say with a little giggle at the end

"We will see about that!" he said slamming the doors in temper

Layla woke with a little gasp as the doors slam shut.

"morning sleepy head" I smiled

"Hi, what's his problem?" she said tiredly

"You" I said

"What!" she cried

"Hey calm down it's because you're not scared of him" I said

"Really?" she questioned

"really!" I replied

I reached into my pocket and got my earwig back out. I put it in my ear and called out ot see if anyone was there.

"Hey Abby you there?" I said

"Tony!" she yelled back

"hey Layla's awake" I said

"Oh, good put her on" Abby replied

I carefully took the ear piece and put it into Layla's ear.

Layla's P.O.V

"Abby?" I said nervously

"Hey Layla are you ok? Are you hurt?" Abby cried

"I'm fine" I replied

"You sure?" Abby said

"Yes, I'm fine are you ok?" I asked

"yeah just worried about you guys" she replied

I paused for a moment before

"Abby?" I said

"Yes Layla?"

"Do you need a car registration?"

"Do you know it!" She cried

"Yes I do! Its C24 WR2"

"Got it!" she screamed with happiness "Let me get Gibbs"
