Now this is officially the start of the 'revised version'. I would be uploading 2 new chapters (This one and Chapter 4) since Chapter 3 is a bit short :D Hope you'll like this version better than the old one.

"Hello?"

"Sorry to wake you up, Haru"

"Tsuna-san? Is something wrong?"

"… I'm sorry"

"Huh? Sorry for what?"

"I-I'm… I'm sorry Haru"

"Ne, are you feeling okay? You're starting to worry me"

"I'm sorry but I don't want to hurt you any further, I don't want to be in a relationship when my heart is still with someone else,"

"What… what do you mean?"

"You deserve someone better, Haru. Someone who really loves you, and is capable of protecting you…"

"Haru doesn't need protection, Haru is fine—"

"Haru, Let's break-up"

Tsuna took another sip of the liquor from his glass. He couldn't erase the image of her reaction when she saw him earlier. How her eyes widened at him as if he was someone she was afraid of seeing. And though she smiled at him, he it was obvious that it was forced. He'd memorized her true smile by heart to recognize whether it was out of will or not.

Her real smile was bright, yet not so much that it would blind you rendering you incapable of seeing what is around you. It was just enough to be noticed and admired. It was pure and filled with so much happiness that one would find it very attracting.

But the smile she had shown him was trembling. He reckoned she wanted to scream, throw out all the anger and frustrations that she had been keeping to herself all these years. Haru probably wanted to know the reason, why he left without a proper goodbye.

"Good day Sawada-san"

He finished his remaining drink in one gulp. His face scrunching at the bitter aftertaste.

"I thought you disliked the taste of alcohol?"

Tsuna quickly spun around to see his tutor sitting on his black leather chair. "Reborn," he acknowledge his tutor's presence.

Reborn took slow steps towards Tsuna. "I heard you went out to see Haru," he voiced, his hands clamped behind his back. "How did it go?" he asks.

Tsuna sullenly walked past his tutor and sat on his chair. He glanced at the files scattered at his desk along with Haru and their son's pictures. "She still hasn't forgiven me," Tsuna utters He took a picture of Haru in his hands and stared intently at it. Seeing her smile at the picture made him want to pay her another visit, hoping to see it face to face. Hoping that this time, he wouldn't be pushed away.

"I wouldn't be surprised, you left her without a word" Reborn reminded him. He walked towards his former student's table.

Reborn's remark made him frown and he placed the picture down along with the others. "You know why I did that," he says, turning his chair around to face the balcony.

"But she doesn't" Reborn pointed out.

"I'll explain everything to her," Tsuna declares. "I didn't know about our child,"

"And if you did know? Would you change your mind about leaving?"

Tsuna chose to remain silent.

Reborn diverted his attention to the folders scattered on Tsuna's desk and took the file under the name Haru Miura. He skimmed through her profile, ignoring the parts that were somewhat irrelevant. Her file was incomplete, and was missing a couple more important details.

Age: 26

Status: Alive

Current Location(s): Kusakabe

Affiliation(s):

Kenji Miura (Father); Reiko Miura (Mother) : Deceased; Date: December 24.; Cause of death: car accident.

Sora (son): born on December 1st, 9:42pm in a local hospital in Kusakabe.

Other(s): Left Namimori on December 29, 11: 24am.

A particular information caught his eyes. Unlike the others, it wasn't printed. It was scribbled sluggishly in red ink with a handwriting that he recognizes as Tsuna's.

"Married?" Reborn asks. Reborn grabbed the pictures that came along with her profile and inspected them closely.

Tsuna sighed heavily and staring up at the ceiling. "When I spoke to her earlier she told me that she was married" he replies. His tone made it clear that he wasn't delighted about the fact.

"Did she say to whom?" Reborn asks.

"No,"

Before he could block the sudden attack, Reborn had Tsuna squirming on the floor from being kicked forcefully in the head. "What was that for?!" He scowls.

"After all these years you still are Dame-Tsuna!" Reborn threw a picture at him. "I assume you've been staring at these photos ever since you got them, and yet you didn't notice"

"What?"

"Look closely at the picture, Dame-Tsuna!" Reborn scolded, smacking the picture on his face.

"That hurts!" Tsuna cries. Rubbing his now reddening nose he slowly inspected the picture. It was a shot taken from outside Haru's house. Through the window he could see Haru smiling brightly at their child who was standing across her with a toy car in his hands. He was about to look back at the arcobaleno, until all of the sudden, something caught his eye.

And then he finally saw it.

Perhaps he had been too focused on observing Haru and his son that he didn't notice the familiar lock of silver hair hidden behind the pink curtains.

"If what Haru's saying is true," he trails off.

When Tsuna's face grew sullen, Reborn knew that Tsuna finally understood what he meant. The arcobaleno partially covered his face with his black fedora. "Then it seems that one of your guardian's been keeping a secret from you for quite a long time"
