Scary Stories Re-Told
The Appointment
One fine day in a small town…
"Dude! You finished all the flipping chips!"
"Say what! You ate them all!"
"No I didn't!"
"Did to"
"Did not!"
"Did too!"
Etc. So after about ten minutes of that…
"Fine then, tic tack toe…who ever loses has to go buy some more!"
"Fine! You better get to the door cuz I'm the tic tack toe king!"
And after many…many…seconds of intense X and O making…
"Ha I win Gar!"
"Hey no fair you cheated.
"Did not…Go before we start again…"
"FINE THEN I'LL GO!"
"Hah…sucker…"
"I heard that!"
And so he went to the store and…
"What do you mean 2.50?"
"The sum of the price of that soda and bag of chips is 2.50…"
"Soda! What soda? How can one bag of chips cost…"
"Will you just pay for the damn soda boy?"
"What soda?
"The one that's in your hand!"
"Oh…right…my bad…"
On his way back home, he saw death. He pointed at him. And he ran the rest of the way home.
"Hey! Here are the friken chips…and a Pepsi! You can have them!"
"Oh thanks…hey what's wrong why are you all sweaty?"
"Death. Wants to Kill Me. Ran. Raining outside!"
"Oh really ?"
"Yeah, can I borrow your car?"
"Umm…okay why?"
"I'm going to go to the city for a couple of days until death leaves!"
"Okay then…be careful…"
Five minutes passed and Victor decided that he was going to have a word with death.
"Hey why did you scare my friend? And he's to young to die so…"
"Oh I'm sorry… I didn't mean to scare him… I was just surprised to see him here…you see… I have an appointment with him in one minute…"
