Colonel Roy Mustang walked inside the military building in Central very slowly and awkwardly as he eyed his fellow soldiers. They glared at him in shock and then burst out laughing. Thankfully his superior officers were not around to see this. Or so he thought. He was wearing a skirt, after losing a fight with Edward.

They had a ridiculous argument after Roy commented how Edward was short for his age and then Edward told him to stop calling him short. Roy made Edward a bet, if he won the fighting contest the Colonel would stop calling him short and wear a mini skirt for a whole day as well as wear make-up too. And if Ed lost, he'd be Roy's slave for life. That bet did not end too well… and it ended in laughter. Roy's make up almost like a woman who puts on way too much make up.

"I've never been so humiliated in my life…" Roy muttered in anger.

Then he heard a voice coming down the hall that sounded a lot like King Bradley's. Roy freaked out and hid in the closest room he could find, which did him no good for he saw his fellow officers: Mae Hughes, Alex Louis Armstrong, Jean Havoc, and Heymans Breda. Roy went completely white and almost wanted to explain what was going on.

Hughes covered his mouth when he saw Roy. "So it's true, the Colonel is in ladies wear!" Hughes said.

"Wow, he sure is a ladies man as people say!" Havoc teased and the whole room burst out in laughter.

"WHY YOU--- WAIT UNTIL I GET MY HANDS ON YOU ALL! YOU'LL ALL BE DEMOTED!" Roy shouted. Of all people, his friends were even making fun of him.

"Ma'am, I think you need to calm down!" Breda added.

The room erupted in even more laughter and it got worse when Roy tried to explain what was going on.

"WILL YOU ALL BE QUIET!!!!" Roy yelled. "IF HAWKEYE SEES ME LIKE THIS… THEN.." The door suddenly opened wide as soon as he had said that.

Roy jumped.

Riza Hawkeye stood at the door. She closed it, then glared at everyone else in the room. She was quite surprised to see the Colonel in a skirt, but what's more was that he lost. She was not there to see the fight between him and Ed, so she had no idea what happened.

"AHH! RIZA! WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!"

"I work here, sir," Riza replied calmly. "I forgot something… but if you don't mind me asking, Colonel, how did you lose?"

Roy sighed. He blushed a dark red and shook his head. "It started to rain… I wasn't paying attention and Ed knocked me out of the designated area of the fight which technically means it's out of bounds… Please don't make fun of me, Hawkeye. These guys are bad enough…"

"I won't…." Riza said, taking some files from her desk. Then walked away towards the door but stopped and took a look at Roy. "But sir, with all due respect, that lipstick is not your colour."
