A/N: I really liked the fact that (for once) people were being nice to Sweets and actually thinking about how he was doing (he's kind of grown on me). So I wanted to do something about a little moment between him and Booth during the episode that I thought was kind of nice :)

Both men knew that the words weren't true, but neither man was less grateful that Sweets had gotten through…whatever it was he had to get through.
Granted, Booth wasn't entirely sure what the younger man had gone through, but it had bothered him more than he would care to admit.
Sure, Sweets rubbed him up the wrong way and he loved nothing more than to put him back in his place. But at the same time he was…well, Sweets and if anyone was going to mess with his head, it would be him.
And everyone else had better back off and leave his 'Baby Duck' alone.
