xShine: I really wondered how Tsuna broke the news to his wife, or girlfriend. Don't expect this to have good grammar and stuff because I did this at like 1:20 pm and finished in around 10 minutes. I don't know if I should make this a series. You know like, 14 year old Tsuna meets his 24 year old wife and how she would react? Well, you be the judge of it. :)
Oneshot: I'll Wait For You.
"Tsuna. Don't do this."
"Amaya, I've told you, this is part of the plan, didn't I?" Tsuna said, facing me with sympathetic eyes.
"NO! You're being reckless!" Amaya says, tears dripping down her beautiful face.
"Honey. It's okay. H-honey...," Tsuna comforts, hugging Amaya while stroking her golden locks, "we'll win this thing. You trust me in this, right?"
"Y-yeah..." Amaya slowly nods.
Hesitating, Gokudera reaches you both's line of sight. "J-juudaime, I'm sorry to break you guys' moment but we have to go now."
Tsuna nods at his right hand man and turns to Amaya, "I have to go now. See you in a bit okay?"
"Yeah. I... I love you." Amaya whispers.
"I love you too Ama-chan," Tsuna says, leaning to kiss her forehead then grinning, "don't forget to always smile okay?"
"Yeah." Amaya says, being grateful for the lightness of the atmosphere around them.
After their departure, Amaya would always spend her day next to the window, waiting for her husband's car to arrive. She did this same routine day, after day, after day until she saw them come back hoping that maybe they defeated the Millefiore boss and there was no need to sacrifice her beloved Tsuna. Excited and nervous at the same time, she ran to the gates of Vongola Mansion to greet them until she gets stopped in her tracks. She sees Gokudera carrying a coffin with an "X".
"N-ne Gokudera.. That's empty right?" Amaya says, forcing a smile.
"A-Amaya. I'm sorry. We couldn't protect him." Gokudera says, not even attempting to put on a smile.
"NO! You're kidding right? This is all a horrible nightmare that I'll wake up to soon, then I'll have Tsuna by my side!" Amaya shouts, tears starting to form under her eyes once again. How much has she cried this week?
"Gomenasai, Amaya-chan, he... he was too strong." Yamamoto says, smiling yet his eyes showed his sadness and despair.
"M-may I see his b-body?"
"Okay. I guess he'd like that.." Gokudera mumbled to himself, Amaya barely being able to hear him.
"Thanks." She said, getting closer to the coffin as Gokudera starts to open it.
I first saw him wearing a suit, face very pale and closed eyes. Oh my god. H-he's really dead. Remember when we promised each other we'd die together? TSUNA! N-no. You'll come back soon right? Yes! You promised me! You told me you guys will win. I... I'll wait. I'll wait for our victory and being able to hold you in my arms, your eyes holding warmth, once again.
"Amaya, if it turns out I have to die, well, think of it as me sleeping, okay? I'll wake up feeling all better once our younger selves win. It'll all be temporary. Assist them, okay?"
"Sure, Tsuna..." Amaya says.
Wasn't there another way? No, of course not. If there was, they wouldn't have done this. Right?
Yamamato cringed, sad and hurt as he sees his boss' beloved wife crying, holding his lifeless body. 'We'll definitely win. We'll get you back, okay, Tsuna?' Yamamoto whispered to himself.
