It's one of the first mornings after the whole Lauren and Arizona affair that Callie had needed a night to herself meaning Arizona had Sofia for the night and was dropping her off that morning at daycare when Sofia was holding Arizona's hand outside the daycare.
"Ready to go and play with Zola and all your friends baby girl?"
"Noo Mama." Sofia says hugging Arizona's left leg
"Ahh sweetie careful."
"I know Mama is going to miss you soo much too big girl."
"No go Mama."
Arizona sighs "Sofia, Mama has to go she has to get to work and you have to go to daycare but Mama will come and see you after she takes care of some sick kids okay?"
"NO GO!" Sofia cries and starts to get louder and starts throwing a tantrum outside the daycare
Arizona sighs and gets some stares from some passing nurses.
"No Go!" Sofia voices her opionion again
"Sofia Robbin Sloan Torres, you stop throwing a tantrum right now in one, two, thre.."
"NO GO MAMA!" Sofia wails with a scream cry
"Sofia." Arizona warns
"Sofia, baby, none of the other kids are throwing a tantrum."
"Mama no go!" Sofia cries clinging to her
"Sofia don't make me call your mother!"
"Too late her Mother is already here."
"Callie."
"What's going on here?"
"She is throwing a tantrum because she barley got any sleep last night and is over tired because this whole thing with us is disrupting her sleeping arrangements and I have a busy morning and this is just going to bring me down that she is soo upset, because I'm forcing her to go to daycare and that I won't be able to concentrate in surgery because I'm going to think I'm a bad mother for leaving her so upset in daycare because I couldn't comfort her first."
"Well maybe you shouldn't of slept with Lauren Arizona, then none of this would be happening, her sleeping schedule wouldn't be so messed up, she wouldn't be over tired and throwing a tantrum like this and everything would be fine!"
Callie holds out her hand "Come on Sof say bye to Mama and lets go into daycare."
"No Mama, Mama!" She just cries for Arizona's attention and screams
Arizona just sighs and Callie looks at her frightened because she's never seen or heard Sofia like this before.
Callie just looks at Arizona "Just go Arizona, I got this this."
"Okay bye Sof, Mama will come see you later." She kisses Sofia's head and walks away
"MAMA!" Sofia screams a blood curling scream reaching for Arizona whose already down the hall and almost out of sight with tears streaming down her face "Mama!" She keeps crying
"Sofia Torres!" Callie bends down to her level and starts ranting in Spanish with words that Sofia understands and counts to three before Sofia slowly starts to calm down before Callie takes her by the hand into daycare.
