A/N: It's been awhile, but I've finally added this new chapter. I'd actually had this chapter edited months ago, but only until now did I post it up.

Thanks to all you readers who've been patient.

Hope you all enjoy this latest chapter=)

In the doorway stood a five foot female around the age of fifteen. She had curly, light lavender-colored hair that faded to a light blue on the end, and her lighthearted golden eyes matched her sunflower yellow short dress.

"Reira," Sekiya began, mildly miffed. "You don't have to—"

"Se-ki-ya!" Reira interrupted as she glomped Sekiya.

Reira: "IjustcamebackfromamissionandhadcheckedinatLady-Ts uande's officeandandoverheardherandLeeandTenTentalkingandh owsomeoneattackedyou!"

When Reira released Sekiya, Sekiya prepared to speak herself, only to be interrupted by Reira's rapid speech once again.

"SoIcametocheckuponyouimmediatelytoseeifyouwereok. "

Finally, she then paused to give Sekiya a chance to take things in.

Again, before Sekiya could get a word in, Reira suddently continued, "ButIseeyou'reokaysonoworries."

When a few more seconds passed by and Reira didn't utter a word, Neji took the time to ask, "Why didn't Lee and TenTen return with you?"

It appeared Reira was finally done with her rapid talk, and after taking a seat on Sekiya's bed, the girl answered normally, "Oh. Well, I left as soon as I'd heard Lee and TenTen telling Lady-Tsunade that Sekiya was attacked. I didn't stick around for the rest of the details."

She then gave Neji and Sekiya a sheepish grin before she asked, "But I am curious. I'm assuming Team Guy rescued one of my besties from the enemy nin?"

But instead of answering, Sekiya gave Reira a question of her own to answer. "How did your mission go?"

"I want to hear the details of your little adventure that'd happened first," Reira said in an almost whiny voice, accompanied by her pouty face.

"You answered your own question," replied Sekiya. "Neji, Lee, and TenTen arrived to take down the trespassing Rain Nin. So let's hear how your mission went."

"But that's such a loooong story," Reira whined before she plopped backwards on Sekiya's bed.

"And one that I don't need to hear—right now," Neji added after Reira shot him a glare. But as soon as he'd implied he'd hear her story later, even if Sekiya knew it was unlikely he would, that he'd said so satisfied Reira.

"Now that you're here, Reira, I can rest easy knowing that Sekiya will be safe," Neji stated before he added, "So I'll rejoin my squad now."

But before he headed out, the brother of Hinata paused at the doorway and faced Sekiya. "Please consider what I said." And with that, Neji departed.

After he left, Reira appeared to gain a rather broad grin on her face.

"What did he say?" inquired the serenading ninja, as she sat on the bed now, her interest perked.

"Y-you never told me how your mission went." Sekiya tried to steer Reira from the topic.

Much to Sekiya's dismay, her attempt failed as Reira responded with an almost gleeful smile, saying, "This is waaaay more important. Did you finally—?"

"Sorry!" Sekiya forewarned in apology, before hastily making a handsign, using her wind ninjutsu to hurriedly fly her out of her shared bedroom with Naruto, and lock the door behind of her.

"Sekiya!" Reira yelled before she went up to the door. "Open the door pleaseies."

Sekiya didn't reply and started backing away from the door.

When the door didn't unlock and open instantly, Reira yelled, "Sekiya! You meanie! You know I hate locks! Please open the door!"

"Learn how to open it yourself," Sekiya hollered back as she began walking towards the front door, trying not to smile too widely.

After a few seconds, the doorknob jiggled, but the door itself remained closed.

"Sekiya!" Reira shouted pleadingly as she pounded the door twice.

"Call it practice!" Sekiya responded as she proceeded onwards.

The bedroom doorknob wiggled some more, but the door still remained shut.

"Stupid locked door," Reira mumbled after giving the unyielding door a firm kick. "Why can't they be like the traditional sliding doors?"

If I say Open Sesame, would it open then? Nnoo. Open Sesame's too easy a password… It must be… "Open!"

The door didn't move as requested.

Reira frowned. What about… "Open, plleeeeeaasse? … … …Do I really have to beg to get this—?"

"Still having trouble?" Sekiya couldn't resist throwing a jeer at hearing Reira's exchange with the inanimate door.

I'd already be laughing by now if I wasn't so use to seeing her struggle so hard to just twist the lock open, she thought.

Finally, at her wits end, Reira shouted to Sekiya, "If you don't let me out I'm not responsible for what happens to this door!"

"Hey!" Sekiya bellowed as she halted from opening the front door. She turned around and yelled, "I already have to replace a window, and I don't want to replace a door as well!"

Preparing herself, the singing ninja said, "If you don't let me out if five seconds, my water ninjutsu will not only have the door, but the surrounding walls and floor in need of replacement as well! One...two...th—"

Quickly making another handsign, Sekiya once again used her wind ninjutsu to instantly get her back in front of her bedroom door.

And though it was locked from the inside, Sekiya simply took a senbon from her holster, stuck the senbon into the lock, and fiddled with it for a second.

"Water Style: Water Colliding Waves!" Reira yelled as she unleashed a water jutsu.

At the same time as the door opened from Sekiya's end.

Eyes widening at the twisting whirlpool of water, Sekiya exclaimed, "Wait—!"

Though it was drastically small in comparison to the Second Hokage's technique, it was still as large as a carriage, and had strength, in estimate, that could be enough to bruise her.

With a flick of Reira's hand, a tidal wave collided at Sekiya, causing her to scream.

But a nanosecond later, Reira made another hand motion, and the miniature tsunami halted before rapidly receding and vaporizing.

Drenched, a coughing and on her hands and knees Sekiya thought, That's the second time today that I was caught off guard by water-style jutsus. Even though, if given the chance, my wind-style jutsus could've likely countered both attacks.

"Looks like I'm not the only one who needs some practice," Reira lightly teased as she strolled towards Sekiya.

Slowly standing up, Sekiya replied with a mildly challenging tone, "Then why don't I get some now? Sparring practice, I mean."

Reira opened her mouth to respond, only to have Kakashi-sensei appear in between the two kunoichi.

"Otosan!" Reira exclaimed at her adopted father before leaping onto his back. "Gimme a piggyback-ride!"

"Sure," Kakashi-sensei replied, acting as though he had no choice but to comply.

"Heheh," Naruto began as he strolled into the front door after he'd opened it. His arms clasped behind his head. "Kakashi-sensei won't listen to us when we ask for something, but he sure listens to Reira."

"Because I'm his one and only musume (even if I'm adopted)," Reira said as she warmly embraced her father.

Before she ordered him. "Now piggyback-ride all the way home pleaseies. But you have to go fast. Okays?"

"Whatever you say," Kakashi-sensei said in the same compliant tone.

But his small smile indicated that he likes pleasing his daughter.

"WHHHEEEEEEEEE!" Reira exclaimed, holding on tight, as Kakashi-sensei zoomed out of Naruto and Sekiya's shared apartment and headed towards their own place.

...There goes the possibility of a training session for the evening, Sekiya said to herself in disappointment as Sakura, who'd arrived with Naruto, waved goodbye to both him and Sekiya before Sakura departed to her own place for the night.

"Whoa," Naruto began as he finally noticed the soaked hallway and the dripping bedroom door—the aftermath of Reira's jutsu. "What happened here? And to you?"

"It's a long story, so I'll tell you tomorrow," Sekiya said before she added, "Right now, I need to get some dinner."

"I'll come with," Naruto said. Patting his belly, he added, "All that training with Kakashi-sensei and Sakura made me hungry again."

Sekiya did couple of handsigns to create just enough wind jutsu to air-dry herself.

Meanwhile, Naruto asked, "Want to go back to the Ichiraku?"

Shaking her head, Sekiya answered, "Not tonight. Let's go to..."
