"Ryou?" A deep tone rumbled into my ear. I took the pillow from under my head and pulled it tightly over my ears before curling up, hoping the guy would just go away. I gritted my teeth in response to the sharp pain in my back, but not letting it take over my control. I staid firmly curled up, even when an arm looped its way across my chest and pulled me into a body.

"Ryou, love, get up," Melvin's voice was erely close to my ear. I shook my head and pulled up the blanket father up. Melvin sighed and he pulled away from me. I noticed the lost of his warmth right away, and I sat up almost instantly.

"Don't you know when I pull back, you suppose to pull twice as hard in?" I glanced into his eyes. Melvin chuckled and caught my lips in a kiss. I kissed back, noticing the boards on the windows were covered up again. I split quickly, smiling at Melvin, who petted my hair.

"Whats your plans for today?" I whispered at him, not wanting to break the silence completely. Melvin kissed my forehead and got up.

"Well, for starters, I need to go and tell Seto that he needs to look up hunting permits when Seto goes to work today, and then I need Ishizu and Mai to try to work on making a nursery, Mai's pregnant so we'll need one, but other then hat, I think I'm free," I nodded and got up to, flinching at the pain in my back.

"Get dressed, I'll go get duke," Melvin said lovingly and started to leave, but a hand on his arm stopped him.

"Get Ishizu too, I need to talk to her about something," Melvin looked at me questionably before nodding and started to leave again, this time I didn't stop him. I just watched my mate leave.

It wasn't long before Duke and Ishizu entered. Duke went strait to healing Ryou, leaving as quickly as he came. Ishizu was a bit more slower when it came to her.

"Ishizu, can I ask you anything?" Ryou said, trying to cut the thick air that was result of how earlier in the week they confronted the didn't trust Ryou. Ishizu nodded and sat on the bed slowly. "Will you look in the future, and tell me, do you see a battle happening?" Ishizu nodded and touched her necklace, Peering into the future. Her eyes closed, her breathing almost stopped, she murmured words, before she gasped and her eyes shot open.

"Yes, there is a great battle on is way, but not because of you, well partly. It is Melvin who is the main cause, not you..." Ishizu whispered the last part before shakeing her head. "But that can't be true, our alpha would never put us in danger," Ishizu got up and hurried out of the house, causing Ryou to sigh and get up, painless now from Duke helping him. Today he was going to try to make better, no, real friendships with the others in the pack.

After getting dressed, Ryou walked outside, going to Marik first. Marik was on the porch of the new house, well, new nursery. He looked up with a smile and waved at me, I nodded my head in return before sitting next to him.

"Hey Ryou," Marik grinned and swung his legs in his chair, "Sorry about the other day, I let he mood of the pack effect mine," Marik said, still smiling at me. I nod before we sat in silence for a while, just watching the other people walk around and do their things.

"Who's the father of Mai's child?" Ryou asked to break the silence. Marik beamed again, playing with his own hair.

"Someone, she won't say who. But I know her mate is Ishizu, and Ishizu must know the male before letting Mai get pregnant," Marik covered his mouth to stop the forming rant from coming up. Ryou just giggled lightly and watched as Bakura stormed towards the nursery, Yami on his heels.

"Bakura! Listen to reason!" Yami shouted, making Bakura grunt and keep walking.

"Oh dear, we're up for a little fight," Marik mumbled.
