Last night I had the same dream. It was weird I had this dream since I was a little kid and I don't know why I always have it.
There was a little girl in my dreams ,she was vaguely familiar' she had short blond hair and big blue eyes. She looked about eight years old and for some reason she was crying. I wanted to comfort her but I couldn't. Suddenly my parents appear and my mother scream and came by the little girl side my mother began to cry too. My sister Lenka is in the background and she asked my father " Daddy is he going to be OK?" She asked holding his hand tightly. My father replied "I don't know honey." His eyes were glassy. Like always the scene goes black and that when I wake usually to my alarm clock. Today it was Rin shaking me together up for breakfast.
"Len-kun wake up." She said softly.
"OK give me five more minutes." I cried
"That what you said five minutes ago." She replied as she got up and open my blinds to let in the morning light. The light burn my eyeballs. I pulled of my blankets and rub my eyes. I rose up out of my bed and stretched forgetting that I sleep in my under wear. Rin looked at me blushing madly,she turned away and walked out embarrassed before I could even cover myself or say a word. Jeez Lenka usual wakes me why did they send her. I walked over to my closet and pulled out a pair of jeans and a shirt. I then went to bathroom to take a piss and brush my teeth. When I finally got to the kitchen everyone was looking at me.
"Len care to explain why Rin came downstairs redder than a fully ripened tomato. What did you do her?" Lenka said stuffing her fat face.
" I didn't do anything she saw me in my underwear." I told her as I sat down.
"Jeez Len first you leave her out in the cold and now you exposing yourself to her. What going on in your head." She said shaking her head. My twin sister is so annoying.
"It's OK it's my fault for agreeing to waking him up." Rin said to my sister
"No it's my fault I should just woke him up and not told you to do it." Lenka said smiling at Rin like she was her best friend.
"Whatever,where is the cereal." I said bluntly as I got up and search in the cabinets from my Cheerios.
"They are right here Len." Rin told pointing to the yellow box.
"Oh right thanks." I replied blushing because I probably looked stupid.
"Rin I would love to come with you but I have track practice today." Lenka said "But that will give you and Len time to get to know each other." She winked at me I just rolled my eyes.
"Umm yeah." Was my reply
Rin looked at me and smiled then said " I really want to get to know the people in this town I meant some of them yesterday." She said happily.
After my parents finally came to breakfast, I finish my cereal and asked. "So Rin ummmm, where do you want to go first?"
Rin put her finger on her chin and begin tapping on it she looked really cute. She finally answered "I think I want to meet your friend Miku, Lenka told me all about her,she seem nice." I froze she wants to meet Miku. Why her of all people.
"Ummmmm I don't know." I said to her while shooting Lenka and disturbed look.
"Please." She plead with puppy eyes.
"Come on Len it be nice for Rin to make friends with the guys from school." Lenka said giving me a smirk.
"Fine." I said. Rin smiled brightly at me.
POV Rin
I so excited to meet everyone in town. This place is so refreshing compared to city life. I tried to keep up with Len but he was walking fast muttering to himself. So I decide to make up a little small talk.
"So Len what Miku like?" I questioned
He turn his head to me and replied "She pretty nice, she makes it her resolve to be friends with everyone." Len blushed as he spoke about her so she must be someone special to him. My heart drop at little.
"We might get around a lot fast if we didn't have to walk." He stated
"Yeah but I can't ride a bike." I said a little embarrassed. For the rest of the walk was silent. When we finally got to Miku house, Len told me to wait on the step as he rang to door bell. A pretty girl with teal pigtails came out the house her teal eyes sparkled when she saw Len at the door. Len face got brighter. I was jealous I want to have what they have.
Miku then looked over Len shoulder and smiled at me.
"You must be Rin" She said to me. I smiled back at her a nodded. She then ran down the step and gave me a big old bear hug. When she finally released me I said to her "Hi it nice to meet you Len told me alot."
"Oh really did he?" she said a grin.
"Rin going to be in the same homeroom with us." Len stated.
"Great we can all be in class together." Miku said cheerily.
"Miku come in for breakfast." said someone inside.
"Well I got to go ok, so you guys around." She said turning around and walking toward her front door.
"Bye." Len and I said.
"She was nice." I told Len as we walked again down the dirt road.
"Yeah she great." Len replied in a daze. "So where to next?" he asked me.
"Umm why don't we go to the diner so I can thank that nice lady and the boy." I replied.
"Sure." He replied softly
When we arrived at the diner, Lily smiled at me and Len then asked in we want a piece of pie. I nodded yes.
When she brought the plate to me I instantly dug in.
After we ate Lily made Len promise to be nice to me. Then Rei came out and a smiled at me Len.
There rested of the day Len show me around the town. Most of the people were nice to me. Some of them were creepy like Len best friend Katio who tried kiss my hand.
When we finally got home I was tried but decided to help Len's mom in the kitchen because I love to cook. I think today Len and me really bonded when talked a little and I learn new things about him. I can't wait to start my new school. Life here doesn't seem so bad.
