Chapter 4 The lock complex./ The doctor is in.

I remember everything the time war and the worst part is I remember (I should start calling him that, again) My Dad's future. I think I should see if I can get to the other dimension to see if I can get my brother back. I wonder if i should tell him... So many 'I wonders'. So, in the end I asked.

"If I know how and when you regenerate and so does that mean it would be a good idea to leave until you do?" He looked at Jen and I with wide sad eyes. "Well, Maybe but only is I drop you off and you tell me one small detail you remember last about my future and I will get you after that has happened." Jen and I glanced at each other and then I pulled dad into a hug.

Time skip...

The last time I saw dad was that day in the TARDIS, when he dropped us off. Its been 3 months and still no sign. I know time travel is hard but, not that hard. Today is a Sunday and we know he doesn't like Sundays, they are 'boring'. Jen and I live in a flat, 221B Baker street, to be in fact. In the other universe the BBC used 187 Gower street to film Sherlock, but here Sherlock is real and we live in the flat with him and John. Before leaving the TARDIS, we ended up going under cover at a bunch of colleges. I ended up with a medical degree, so, now I am a doctor at St. Barts. Jen, ended up with a degree in law, and is currently working for a privet firm.

"Sherlock!" I yell, "Where have you put my stethoscope?!". John yells back "I found it, it was on my desk under all this stuff". I start to run down the stairs and end up tripping on a case file of Jen's, leading me to fall down the stairs and end up at on my back at the bottom. I think one of my hearts stopped, crud. Only Sherlock knows I am time lord. The last thing I know is when I start to black out Sherlock pulled my stethoscope out of John's hands. I hope John doesn't call an ambulance...

I slowly start to regain consciousnesses, only to see Sherlock with a somewhat worried face. "I called the hospital said you were sick, and sleeping. John left an hour ago, so did Jennifer. Oh and one of your hearts stopped I had to restart it." I looked at him with a shocked face and realised that I was in my room and sat up. "So, since I now have a sick day do you want to help me work on my vortex manipulator " I almost never let him help, even tho he is a brilliant human and his brother helps me get the parts. "I have a case and Lestrade just texted me the location, do you want to come with?" I nod yes and ask for 3 minutes.

After me taking, new record, 2 minutes 22 seconds. We were off to go and see the case. When we got to the block marked off my police tape, Lestrade walked up to us and said "Good thing you brought Meggan, Sherlock, I was about to call her and ask her to come." Sherlock flagged it off as a compliment for being brilliant. "We got reports of strange sounds coming from the building and when we showed up we found a man dead in a pool of his own blood. I fingered you would want the case." Sherlock nodded and walked on in to the room that held the dead man.

After we were walking back to baker street after solving the case, the man's sister killed him, I saw a police box TARDIS, I think Sherlock saw it, also. We continued to the flat with the take out we got after solving the case. I unlock the door and start into the flat only to see Jen and John, passed out on the sofa. They had the case file that I tripped on, I hope it has bent pages. We take the takeout into the kitchen and start to eat it around the sciency stuff, as 10 would call it. We finished the take out and I was working on my vortex manipulator, when there was a knock on the door. Sherlock started saying all of his deductions. "3 short knocks, possibly from a man, not eargent but could be interesting." I went down to get the door and when I opened the door saw two people, a tall lanky man (with a tweed jacket and red matching bowtie) and a young woman in her mid 20's at least. The man was staring at the building and the woman saw me and smiled. The girl nudged him and he looked at me, also. That man was my dad, the 11th doctor, and the woman was his companion, Clara the Impossible girl

I ran back in, after talking for a bit and Sherlock yelled "Meggan, where is the fire extinguisher!" Clara and the doctor ran in after me, closing the door the the outside world. I quickly found and used the extinguisher, it was my project that was on fire.

Great, my vortex manipulator was on fire. Great.

During the fire problem, Jen and John got up. Then, Sherlock got a text from DI Lestrade and John when with him to solve a case that was at least a 8.5(he wouldn't leave for anything less than a 7). Leaving Jen, Clara, Dad and myself left at baker street. (And then there were four)

We sat in silence, drinking our tea in a silence, a comfortable silence yet awkward silence. There would be attempts to start a conversation every so often. There was a knock on the door, no one moved, we just sat there staring at each other. Mrs. Hutson got the door, and lead Mycroft up. We could hear her trying to make small talk with Mycroft -to no appeal- and getting to the door of the flat.

When Mycroft came up, I got up and took his coat and umbrella and when to get him a cuppa. "Anyone need anything, I'm up," Dad started to open his mouth to ask if we had any jammie dodgers "and yes we do have them." He settled back into his spot on the sofa, next to Clara and Mycroft. The Doctor and Mycroft started taking about politics and Clara and Jen started talking about their lives aboard the TARDIS.

Then, it hit me -I dropped the mug of tea I was holding- where in the timeline was the doctor, he could after the 50th anniversary or he could be after the explanation of Clara. The next thing -as Jen later told me- everyone stopped talking and came into the kitchen, and saw me frozen in by the table of experiments. I was too deep in my newly made mind palace to realize it. Soon, even though I was in my mind palace, I could hear dad's sonic buzzing around my face. Then, he was talking to me, telling me what he was going to do, he was going to come into my mind, could not be the best plan but, hey, he would be proud- my mind palace was the TARDIS.

"You got organized" he stated, as was sat in the console room, where memories of him were stored. "Yeah Sherlock taught me, how to make a mind palace, that is." He looked around and said "the desktop keeps changing between all the TARDIS desktops." I nodded, and we fell back into silence before I asked "What does 'No more' mean to you?" He looked at me and smiled sadly. "I saw ten, he put on the fez, and I was at his wedding, too -great woman Liz the 1st- " he said. (So after the 50th, but pre the christmas special I never saw- thanks universe.) "We're still standing in the kitchen aren't we?" The answer I got was a simple "Yup" and he popped the p like 10 did.
