Any who, I noticed no body else noticed why I was gonna update on October 15. It was my B-day. Oh well. My fault any ways. Now, To the story!

ZIVA'S P.O.V

As the Car hit the water, I struggled to undo the Seat belt. I tried to open the door, But When the car hit the side, It Dented it, making it stick. I tried to get to the other door. It wouldn't budge either.

"Ok, Plan C."

I started searching for my Phone. I searched my pockets.

"Crap! I must have left it at home!"

I pulled my Gun out and whacked the window. Bad mistake. When it shattered, Water filled the inside of the car. I had forgotten to take a breath of air. I climbed out the window and kicked my way to the surface as fast as possible, My lungs burning. Not fast enough. I blacked out.

TONY'S P.O.V

I dragged the last guy up off the ground, Then walked back to where Gibbs and McGee where standing with the other two.

"Wonder why Ziva isn't back yet."

"Even if she didn't find them, Its been a good 30 minutes. She would have headed back by now."

"I'll try calling her."

I pulled my phone out. It went straight to Voice mail.

"She isn't answering Boss."

"McGee, What is that thing in the car?"

"What thing, Boss?"

"Ya know, the thing that gives you directions?"

"A GPS?"

"Yeah, That thing. Can you track it?"

"I think so. Just a Sec."

McGee pulled out his phone.

"That can't be right."

"What, McGoo?"

I looked at him, My stomach Tightening in fear.

"It says the car is in the creek down the Road."

"Hold him!"

I tossed the other guy at McGee and take off in a sprint down the road. About a block down the road, I saw a group of people Standing by the creek. A car with a smashed up front end was pushed of to the side. I ran up to the group.

"Federal Agent! Can anyone tell me what happened here?"

A man walked up to me.

"I was late for work, and I was in a hurry! I was about to turn the corner! I looked both ways, I swear to God I looked both ways! She came out of nowhere!"

"Who came out of Nowhere?"

"A Blue-ish Black car Came down the road. I hit it and it feel into the creek. There was Woman in the car."

"Can you describe her?"

"Um… Petite, Dark hair, Foreign Maybe…"

That was all I needed to hear. I took my Off my Jacket, Gun, and Badge, then jumped into the creek. I swam down into the bottom where the car was. I looked inside. The window was broken, But there was no one inside. I swam back up for a breath of air, then dove back down. I searched around the car then spread out farther. I found her about 10 feet away from the car. I grabbed her then swam towards the surface. I drug her back to the street, and with some help from the bystanders, got her up. I climbed up and then knelt by her side.

"Come on. Wake up… Wake up."

I pushed on her chest a few times.

"Come on!"

After ten minutes , Someone walked up behind me and put their hand on my shoulder.

"Tony, Its to late."

I looked up at Gibbs.

"No! Its not!"

"Tony…"

Before he could continue, Ziva Sputtered and Started coughing up water.

"Ziva!"

Her eyes remained closed. That's when I noticed she was bleeding from the back of her head.

"Ziva!"

I picked her up and cradled her in my lap until the Ambulance arrived.
