After all the positive feedback from the "Nightmares" short story, I thought you might want some more. I realize that this is very short, but that is just how I write. One should be able to read my work in one sitting, so please, do not complain about the length. I hope you enjoy the story.

Annabeth laid her head on Percy's shoulder. She couldn't stand to carry her own body wait anymore. She was too tired. Naturally, Percy was there to rest on when she needed him.
"What just happened?" Percy asked drearily.
"Is that a rhetorical question?" Annabeth said with the small smirk she could manage. "If not, how far back do you want me to go, and should I skip the bad parts when I tell you?"
Percy leaned back onto the bed they were sitting on, causing Annabeth to go back with him, "Go as far back as you want, and only include your favorite parts."
"Well," Annabeth sighed, "It all stared when we were twelve." She laughed a little. Had it really been that long ago? "All dark-haired boy was passed out on the porch of the Big House. He drooled in his sleep. We went on some adventures, fought some monsters, and somewhere — somehow, along the way, we fell in love…
"Of course, it wasn't easy. we lost some friends," Leo… Annabeth started to choke up, but she kept on talking, "but we also gained some new ones, and we didn't lose each other, so I guess we'll be okay…" She couldn't speak through the tears anymore. Annabeth buried her face into Percy's shoulder. Her kissed her head; Percy tried to keep it together, but Annabeth could tell he was crying.
