I was busy working on my new book about Area 51 when my phone rang it was Jenna my girlfriend and hopefully at the end of the week fiancé. I answered and I could already tel she was panicking. Before I could even say anything she started talking about a fight at school involving Liam but I still couldn't understand. "Jen calm down and say that all again slower" I say as she breathes deeply and starts talking "Liam's been in a fight at school and they want me to come in, but I'm meant to be giving a presentation in 15 minutes, I need you to go in my place" she says and I sigh deeply I've never been good at parenting Liam, he'll always compare me to his war hero dad who died 6 years ago. "Okay I'll go but you owe me Jenna" I say smiling as I hear her laughing "I'll make you dinner tonight" she says and I'm sold.
I turn my computer off, then jump in my Ferrari and start driving to the school, this isn't the first time Liam's been in trouble but it's the first times he's been in a fight. I park and I can already see students stare at my car, I just hope I won't come back and find it trashed. I eventually find the principles office and sigh when I see Liam and another boy both injured and bleeding. "Mr Williams I assume?" a man says who I assume is the principle, I open my mouth to correct him but Liam beats me to it "he's my moms boyfriend Riley" he says and the principle nods. "Jenna did want to be here but she had a meeting" I tell the principle and he nods "well take a seat and I'll explain why you're here" he says and I slowly sit down. "Liam was at lunch with Adam here and according to all the students just out of the blue attacked Adam" he says but Liam stood up angrily "you know that's not true, you're just saying that because he's your son" he shouts and I pull him back in his seat "I want to hear Liam story if I could?" I say and Liam wipes some blood from his nose "yeah I did start the fight but only because he was making fun of Annabelles dad" he says and I look confused "who's Annabelle?" I say and Adam laughs "just some stupid girl who's dad is getting out of jail today" he says and I have to hold Liam back. "I think a weeks suspension will be enough for Liam to calm down" the principle says and I say it's fine before Liam can complain. I stand up and he walks out behind me. I'm about to speak but a girl hugs him tightly obviously worried.
