Hey guys!
This is a note just to say thank you so much for all of the great feedback on this story! If you are interested in more stuff like this, I have begun several oneshots inspired by this, the first of which is called Stormcaller. Essentially they take place in a reality where everyone has a Talent that they are born with and develop over the course of their lives. There are many, many Talents, and everyone's differ in the way their Talent works, and in the strength of their Talent.
