I do not own Kim Possible. There are a few swears in this chapter and brief mentions of nudity.

Hallways of Worlds-Kim

Kim glanced down at her wrist and realized that a bracelet was attached to her arm and she had a body again. Clothes were piled at her feet and she quickly put them on turning away from the other woman who was naked as the day she was born. Kim blushed and hurriedly turned away.

Hallway of Worlds-Shego

Shego realized that she could see herself again and had a strange device with eight slots attached to her wrist, one was already filled with a purple stone. She picked up some strange clothes and put them on.

Hallway of Worlds-?

"Congratulations! You have passed the first trial. As you can see you have been adorned with a bracelet which when filled with precious stones from your conquests will allow you to leave this place". The first spirit has requested that I accompany you on the rest of your journey.

Hallway of Worlds-Kim

Kim was looking for the voice when she saw a light on the dark-haired woman's shoulder. The woman before her was different than she imagined. She was quite a bit taller than her, had a green tone to her skin, and vibrant green eyes.

Those eyes could capture hearts, she was sure of it. Although she had seen glimpses of her before through her half-baked memories, to be in front of her was a much different experience. She was beautiful and what was she doing again? Oh right, the little thing on her shoulder.

Kim moved near the dark-haired woman's neck in order to figure out what this thing was. The little flame rippled and turned to face Kim, who jumped back startled. There was a blue-flame creature with googly eyes that stared at her. What was it? Is this the thing with such a loud voice?

Hallway of Worlds-Shego

Some random voice started talking which has become tiresome. "Blah, blah, blah," he says. Apparently he's going to be a little guide. Whatever… So we come back to our bodies….naked. And the princess starts staring at me. Now I know I look good, but this wasn't the time or place. Well…that might not be entirely true… Anyway

All of a sudden, Kimmie comes up behind me and starts breathing on my neck. It tickles a bit and I wish she would move her mouth a little closer. Then I realize there's some blue flame on my shoulder which she is gazing intently at. I look at the thing and it has some really crazy eyes and turns around to face Kimmie.

The flame is going to talk again, so I tell it: "Be quiet. I need to talk to the princess."

"Kimmie, you have been out of sorts this whole time are you ok?" I say this already knowing the answer.

The princess gives me a blank stare. I try to read her, but she doesn't give any indication of answering.

Hallway of Worlds-Kim

What was she supposed to say to that woman? Was she supposed to say she lost her memory and didn't know the woman or who she was? Well, there were worse things.

"Miss, I'm not quite sure who I am or where I am right now, but could you perhaps tell me your name?"

Hallway of Worlds-Shego

I looked back at Kim oddly. I was not sure how I felt about her asking my name. Was she completely gone? I mean I thought it was weird when she kept on calling me Miss. Wait!

"Why'd you save me if you didn't even know who I am?"

Kimmie stared at me mixed emotions across her face, but I knew she did not know the answer. I continued.

"Even if you knew who I was, I'm not sure that you would have saved me. Once upon a time you almost killed me, Cupcake."

Kimmie looks horrified.

Hallway of Worlds-Kim

I'm in shock. I almost killed her. This must be a good reason, right? Why would I want to hurt anyone? Am I a killer? How could I intend to kill this beautiful, mesmerizing woman? Who the hell was she? And who am I?

Hallway of Worlds

Shego looked at her nails and then with a smirk gave the princess her name.

"I'm Shego. Nice to meet you. And you are Kim Possible, a teenage crime fighter who is studying to be an archeologist. That's the gist of it. Oh! And I'm not really a good guy. In fact, most people would label me a villain. Is that good enough for ya, sweet cheeks?

Hallway of Worlds-Kim

Kim looked at the woman again, "Shego". Shego was her name. It was unique, but very familiar and made her feel warm inside. Yet, this person, this beauty before her was a villain? How was that possible?

It could not be…

She felt such a connection to her and yet she almost killed her. Was she out of her mind?

Kim's face went through a variety of emotions.

Hallway of Worlds

Shego spoke to the little blue flame, "So buddy, how the hell do we get out of this fricken place? There's a stupid maze of doors. Kimmie is in la la land, and I'm trapped because I followed her into this forsaken place and nobody has given me a clue what the fuck is going on".

The blue flame spoke, "Well you see, this is a type of purgatory. Normally you go here when you're dead or stuck between the living and the dead, but in your case touching the gem in the temple is the same as risking your soul. That's as much as I know."

Shego looked at the blue flame with a wtf are you talking about look, then grabbed Kim by the arm and asked, "How do we return her memory?"

The blue flame replied, "I'm not really sure. People don't usually lose their memory. Maybe she'll get it on the way. And to get out of here you need to challenge the eight spirits of this purgatory and then be judged by the ancient one. That's the only way out. Sorry, I'm kind of new at this."

Kim looked at the flame and tried to touch it. It did not burn her like she thought it would.

"Hey flame, what's your name?" Kim asked.

"It's Doug, now it's your turn to pick a door." The little blue flame announced.

"Shego," Kim exasperated grabbing the dark-haired woman's hand. "Let's go!"

And so they went through the second door.

Ocean Realm

"Splash!" They were surrounded by water in the middle of the ocean. How were they supposed to survive?

Shego, Kim, and Doug managed to find a floating piece of wood and held on to it. The two women huddled closely together while holding on the wood to conserve body heat. Shego asked Doug to look for any island or boat so that they could survive.

Doug obliged and looked around. Shego and Kim were getting increasingly cold as the temperature in the water dropped. Shego saw Kim's chattering teeth and wrapped her body around her while still trying to hold onto the wood. Shego would have activated her powers, but she had difficultly using them in water and did not want to hurt Kim in the process.

Doug came back and said, "There's a boat a fair bit away in the opposite direction that the water is traveling."

The two women went against the current and found a ship. A small lifeboat was already thrown for them, as two men moved to get them on board. Once on the ship, two swords were pointed at both their throats.

A gravelly voice spoke, "So what bring you fine ladies out here, eh? Looking for me gold or you lost like we all are? Har har har."

Shego decided that right now might be the best time to fight. She kicked the sword out of one of the men's hands and punched him in the stomach. The other man moved closer to Kim, so she pushed Kim down picked up the sword that fell and blocked the man's attack.

The gravelly voice said, "Enough! Looks like we have some fine warriors on our hands. And ye look to be on a journey same as the souls on our ship."

Doug appeared at Shego's shoulder.

"Oh and seems like you've been blessed by the dark lady. Har Har Har. Makes it all the more important you fight with us."

Shego looked to Kim. The girl had been lost in her thoughts ever since she had told her their identities. Maybe she felt like she was missing a part of herself? She didn't really get it. Whatever it was, hopefully she got out of it soon.

Shego spoke, "So what's the next beast/spirit thing we have to face?"

Shego noticed that each of the crewmates, a small crew around five, had various gems that adorned them. A necklace was on the captain seven gems full, two gems were on the belts of each of the hired hands, seven gems on the cook and four on the navigator. The end of this beast they seek, could possibly be the end to some of these men's journey for the next chapter of their lives.

The captain laughed and bellowed. His gravelly voice spoke,

"Well we be lookin' for a kraken. We is. And we've been searching high n' low for nigh some time and we've lost mighty a crew along the way. Swallowed into the sea they is and a soul lost here will never return. They be lost in Davey Jone's Locker for eternity. Poor fellows will never know or see their wife's and children's faces in the next life."

Another crew member continued,

"The kraken only comes on the blackest of night on a full moon. Lucky for you lasses, it's tomorrow night. Best be prepared for anything!"

The women were led by the captain to a bunk room. The dust had settled in and it did not look like this bunk room had been used for quite some time. Shego spoke aloud, "This must be where the lost crewman lived"

Kim followed her silently.

"Shego" she said, "I'm sorry for what I did to you."

Shego looked back at her with guarded warmth.

"Kimmie, I forgave you a long time ago. Even if you're not yourself, I'm glad that you still want me here." Shego smiled.

Tears falling down her face, Kim hugged Shego. Her world seemed to be changing all around her and she barely knew what was happening, but at least in this woman's embrace she felt a sense of familiarity and peace.

"Shego" Kim shyly asked. "Could you sleep with me? I'm afraid of being alone. My head has been floating with memories just beyond my grasp and my mind won't calm down."

Shego opened one eye from her bunk and opened her arms.

"Sure thing, Kimmie." She said. "I just hope you don't kick me in the middle of the night."
