It's the early 1900's. Little Abby Scuito was left out alone on the streets after her parents died. Hungry and looking for a change from the streets of the city, she wandered out to the countryside. There she met Gibbs, whom she instantly took a liking to. He was kind and when he realized that she was alone in the world, he brought her home with him, to his wife and his four kids.
