Chapter 9

A Week had gone by since the guild had returned to Normal, Natsu had gone back to being his usual annoying talkative self, he had gotten over the shock that Lucy and Kane was wolf slayer's and wanting to fight Kane to see who was stronger, but he quickly gave that up after Kane had said Lucy kicked Natsu's arse and that Lucy was stronger than Kane even though she was 3 years younger than him. Natsu had figured out that the guy was fun to hang around with when he wasn't snogging Mira's face off.

The pink haired salamander had also noticed that Lucy was hanging around Laxus a lot more, he remembered the point where she was scared to even talk to him, but now it looked almost like they was best friends which upset Natsu greatly as he was her best friend, which meant he had competition.

At the moment he was sitting at a table near the bar, tapping his finger on it impatiently, he was waiting for Team silver star to get back from a mission so he could go out on one with Lucy, just him and her like old times, Laxus hadn't gone with them for this one for some reason, but every time the pinkette went to the stellar's house, Laxus was there chilling on the sofa like he owned the place.

Lisanna walked over to the table placing a fire coffee in front of the boy, "Natsu, they took a two week long mission, they wont finish it up within a week you know," Natsu groaned and hit his head on the table, "but… I want to go on a job with Lucy!"

He was suddenly grabbed by the neck, and he turned only to cower seeing Erza standing there, " you need to stop acting spoilt Natsu, Lucy has a new team now and she can go on a job with them or if she decides, to come on a job with us"

He gave a slight nod understanding until Cana walked in holding a small brown parcel, "Cana what you got there?" Asked Lisanna curious, once one member of fairy tail had there hands on something like a parcel or anything new, the whole guild wanted to know, "I'm not too sure, it was on the door step to the guild, and it's addressed to Lucy, so I was going to hold on to it until she gets ba- HEY GET YOUR HANDS OFF NATSU!" Natsu had tried to grab the parcel as he wanted to open it.

A small lightening bolt came and hit Natsu in the butt, Laxus went over to Cana and held his hand out, "I'll go and place this in her apartment later," the brunette nodded not wanting to mess with Laxus and she wanted to start her drinking already. Laxus took the box and studied it, raising an eye brow, he was just as curious as the rest of the guild, who would sent the blonde stellar mage a package with no return address or note stating who it was from?

In a small town named clover, the team of 4, silver star was wandering round, they had plenty of time on their hands and decided to relax as they had just finished up their job of helping save some endangered wyverns. It hadn't taken long to contain them and place them in the containers, and it was an especially well paid job, 2 million jewels, so that was 500k for each of them.

As they walked, one of the silver haired siblings spotted something, "Oh… Kane! I want to go in there!" she pointed to a place called 'Love Ink' Kane shivered a little bit, "Are you sure? That place is a ta- guess so! Lucy! Elfman!" the two remaining members of the team turned to see Mirajane dragging Kane towards a tattoo parlor, Lucy couldn't help but laugh a little bit, as they followed them inside.

"Mira? Are you wanting a tattoo?" the blonde asked gently as possible, but in a sureful voice as if to say 'are you making the right choice?' Mira gave a slight nod and held up a drawing, she had gotten rather good at them since being with Kane, "Yeah, I want this! To symbolise our friendship and team!" the picture was of a silver star that the edging went off a little sharp on each point it was coloured in with a silver and gold pen, and at the bottom said, "silver star!" Elfman nodded in approval, "that's amazing nee-chan!"

Kane paled a little more, "A..are you wanting us all to get it?" his soul mate nodded, not seeing anything wrong with having a needle jabbed in the skin, Lucy thought about it, "Not to be awful but are you sure your wanting us to get that?" "Yes Lucy, I've never been on a team before that's felt so like home, up until the last month I've never been able to go out on missions like this, to have fun, to meet someone like Kane, to be able to understand you more," Mira spoke it full of passion, and Lucy knew it was from her heart, the girl nodded "Alright I'm up for it, Kane might be more of a baby, he hates needles."

Kane gave his younger sister a death glare, "I do not! I'll have you know I can handle a small little prick!" Lucy grinned "Alright then your going first, where is everyone getting theirs? I'm going for left side of my neck" Elfman wanted it on the other side of his fairy tail guild on his neck too, which turned out they all chose the left side of their necks, and as Kane was a big man not wanting to chicken out about going first he did, but he did cry like a little baby.

Mira was next, Elfman and then finally Lucy, they all paid for the after care treatment and still had loads of money left. So now they was just sat in an Italian restaurant. Kane was still whimpering a little with his neck, "oh stop crying, it didn't hurt that much" spoke his baby sister, "Oh yeah? Can you explain to me what's worse than having a needle jabbed into your neck for 30 minutes?" He then noticed something, her eye's went slightly dull and sad, as if he could see fear in them, and she looked away from the table, "By losing everything you loved." She whispered but Kane heard her. Loud and clear, he wondered if she meant her parents, or if there was something else that she was hiding, after all since he hadn't seen her since their mothers death, often, he doesn't really know about what happened in the past to her.

As Lucy's mind wandered, she didn't hear what everyone else was saying, until she felt someone nudge her shoulder, turned slightly, hissing a little from the slight stinging in her neck, "Sorry Elfman, what did you say?" Elfman pointed to the waiter, and she gave an apologetic smile, "I'll have 2 t-bone steaks, 16oz, Rare chips, veg, for starters 2 portions of mozerella sticks, and come back to me later for dessert please and thank you!" in the end her own mouth was beginning to water.

Once everyone had ordered, Kane cleared his throat, "I've been thinking, Silver why don't we find a bigger apartment? Or buy a house? Money's not an issue, and use 4 spend more or less 24 hours with each other, and then there's Laxus that doesn't want to leave your apartment, it's too small for 5 people…" Lucy sat back on her chair crossing her arms, she was wearing a plain black tee, with some blue dark washed jeans, that held a rip in the knee, along with her yellow star belt that stood out on the clothing, " the only reason why I got that apartment was because well I was living there on my own, rent was cheaper then Fairy hills… but you are right what about you Mira? Elfman?"

"It's a Man to live together with his team!" Mira just snuggled up into Kane's arms, "I can't say no to that, I'm basically living at your place now Luce, so I don't see why not, it's good to have another girl around that can cook, although you do need to learn that not everyone likes Raw meat." Lucy couldn't help but grin at that part, "I keep forgetting that not everyone has wolf instincts like me and Kane, alright when we get back to Magnolia, we will go house hunting, at least a 5 bedroom house I'm sure we can all pull our money's together where it wont cost too much a month, and at least 2 bathrooms! One for the girls and one for the men."

They all agreed on that, so when the food came they all dug in, after they all decided to head back to Magnolia as they was all too excited about the house hunt.

Back at Lucy's place, when Laxus had gotten there, he cleaned up a little bit on what mess he had made, stocked up on her fridge as his team mates had decided to eat everything from it, since they now made it their new home or at least meeting place, so he didn't want to feel the rage of Lucy when she got home and her fridge was empty, from the month he had spent with her, he knew she loved her meat, especially steaks and bacon.

Sitting down at the table with a full steaming cup of coffee, he looked down at the brown parcel, he didn't want to invade on the girls privacy, where he had started to come to the terms where he was getting feelings for the girl, he couldn't deny it, Laxus thought the stellar mage was strong, passonate, beautiful and damn right sexy. So this small package worried him.

Picking it up, he decided to revert to his dragon slayer senses, and sniffed around the edging, his nose picked up a mix of scents, who ever had sent it stunk of B.O, Aka Sweat, very bad breath, and super glue, that last smell confused him. Why would the person need super glue to seal a parcel unless they was afraid that the parcel would be opened by someone other than Lucy?...

He placed it back on the table, and stood up pacing the floor, his nerves was getting on the edge, finally when he convinced himself that he could convince Lucy that Natsu opened it up, he went to reach for it when his ears picked up noise outside, "Silver! THAT FREAKING HURT! YOU KNOW MY NECKS SENSITIVE AT THE MOMENT!" Laxus shivered, not really wanting to know about the platinum blondes sex life with Mira, who was like a little sister to him.

"Kane! All our necks are sensitive at the moment! Your just a big baby cause you couldn't take it! We all agreed to do it together!" Lucy spoke, Laxus paled… "do… it…together?" he whispered, trying not to have dirty thought's of Lucy and her brother having a groupie with Mira and Elfman… that was some serious incest… until his thought's was broken when Lucy opened the door and walked into the kitchen, "Laxus? You're here early."

He let out a deep breath, and eye's wandered to the 4 necks, they all had tattoo's! So it wasn't incest! Giving out a sigh he held out the parcel, "Someone left this on the doorstep of the guild for you, we don't know who it's just no return address or name"

Lucy took the parcel and immediately her face paled a little, as her nose wrinkled up, "Silver? You ok?" they all noticed on how her energetic movements basically came to a halt. Elfman leaned over to look at the brown pacel, "It's been badly wrapped, now that's not a man at all! If someone sends a package it's got to be neatly wrapped!" Lucy just shoved it back into Laxus arms, " you open it… please… if what's in there what I think it is… then I don't want to see it."

The blonde lightening slayer was confused, but he obeyed and opened it up, finally letting out his box of curiousity, when he opened it, and looked inside, there was nothing in there apart from a small pocket size tube of super glue, and a note. He took both of them out and read the note,

"Hello my little wolf,

It's been how many years?

I want to play with you again….

So I've sent you one of my favourite toys…

I've been watching you for a while…

Remember how much fun we had?

Your still as sexy as ever…

And remember your MINE!

They all turned to Lucy who seemed to be having a panic attack, she had stepped back gripped onto Kane's hand, "Silver? Are you alright? Do you know what this message means?"

Her mouth was moving slightly but, no words was coming out no sound, a hand went to her head "NO! HE CAN'T BE BACK!" and bam! After she had screamed them words, she collapsed to the ground, if it wasn't for her brother, she would have hit her head on the table HARD!, everyone looked to each other as Laxus held the note tightly in his hand, "what does this mean?" Mira spoke, from knowing Lucy, she had never seen the girl so scared, not even threw the phantom lord attack and that was sent by her own father!

"IT means, Blondie is being stalked… and she knows who it is, and they know everything about her,.. I'm going to go report this to gramps, you three watch over her, once she wakes up Mira she gets a bath, Kane make sure she eats, and Elfman make sure she does NOT! Leave this apartment!" they all nodded and with that Laxus left the apartment in a streak of lightening holding the note and tube of super glue.

There we go! New chapter of silver wolf slayer is up! Sorry it's taken me so long to update the story but I've now only just been haing even better idea's for it! What happened in Lucy's unknown past that Kane doesn't even know about? Who is stalking Lucy?

And why did she faint at the sight of super glue?
