Hi all.
For those of you who are still following this story/account, I'm extremely sorry if I got any of your hopes up, had you received any notification and thought I may had revived this story. And I'm equally sorry to tell you that there is unfortunately a 0% chance that I will be doing so.
I only recently re-discovered this account when going through emails from a while ago, and was delighted to see that many people were still paying an interest in this story by following/favouriting it; perhaps even clinging on to the hope that I may complete it someday. Sadly, I must at last come to the realisation that that will not be happening. I started this story back when I was 12/13, when Pokémon meant ever so much to me. Yet 5 years have passed since I last touched this story, and 4 years have passed since I even held any interest in the series. With this in mind, it would be extremely difficult for me to re-visit a topic which I no longer have any passion or knowledge about. No one will be more bummed out than I am by the fact that I am unable to complete this story, but at this point there is no point in trying to hold on to the idea that someday I will.
On the contrary, there is absolutely no reason to suggest that those who have enjoyed this story are incapable of writing something even better. As ironic as this may sound coming from myself, I would actively encourage anyone with the slightest temptation to write a fanfiction of their own to do so; for it was something which filled me with fulfilment at the peak of my interest in the Pokémon series.
I would like to thank anybody who has ever read/favourited/followed/reviewed any of my stories over the years; even 5 years later I couldn't help but find the viewing figures rather heart-warming, while reading some of the reviews I received certainly put a smile on my face. Both of these factors were enough to convince me to not delete the two stories I currently still have, which was no mean feet given how much they made me cringe looking back (though I cannot promise you they will stay here forever). I hope you are all well, and are continuing to pursue whatever fills you with joy the most. I shall leave you with one final...
