Minato ended up marrying Mikoto after he made a mistake and impregnated her. A heart broken Kushina decided to take a mission away from Konoha and became the village's ambassador in Sunagakure. 4 years later she returned to Konoha pregnant with a child. What no one knows is that her child's father is the Kazekage himself after one drunken night.
How would this effect Naruto with him being raised by a single mother and with his father and half-siblings that he almost knows nothing about in another village?
1- Alive Minato and Kushina and she still the jinshiruki.
2- Naruto's father is the Fourth Kazekage Rasa, so Naruto is the half brother to Temari, Gaara and Kankurō.
3- Naruto inherits a powerful version of Rasa's Magnet Release (similar to Magneto's power)
4- Naruto learns Fūinjutsu and the Kongō Fūsa from Kushina. You can even make him use the Hiraishin after he master Fūinjutsu.
5- Other than Kushina no one knows about the identity of Naruto's father, even the Kazekage himself, until they discovers his Magnet release.
6- Naruto x Uchiha Izumi (Or a Female!Itachi)
