Clawing at the coffin, clawing at the wood, splinters digging deep in my hands, blood no longer warm runs down my dirt covered hands.

No need to breathe, no longer alive I push my way up through the soil past worms and beetles they all scurry from my hungry gaze for they know what I am but only one thing will satisfy me now.

I break the earth, darkness and death envelops me in a cocoon of black satin.

I look around hungry for a pulse, my eyes sharp as needles I spot a stray little lamb all alone in the night, come to me little lamb, mommy has a special treat for you.

Ooohh, the pray knows it has been caught in my blackberry bush and the fear is intoxicating, assaulting my senses and willing me forward, this one is extra special, a creature of true innocence.

The beast within me must have her, must destroy her, feel the warm flesh under my skin and look into her eyes as the light fades away as I drain the life from her.

I drop her to the ground mangled and twisted I watch as the skin cools, the heartbeat fades and the whirling pit of despair takes her down, there is no light left, no innocence, no warmth, all that is left is a shell for the hungry spirits to inhabit and make their own, a vessel for evil deeds that enraptures my heart as the sweet sustenance that is my life now runs smoothly down my throat washing away the taste of dirt making me truly powerful, a dark creature of the night, a child of the darkness running free with the night and listening to the insane dark whispers that wreathe my head like a hell halo.

Ice picks dig into my spine convulsing my body in momentary shivers.

Elated I turn around and I see my dark lullaby glide towards me his body moving like the bottomless pits of the ocean all fluid and swishy-like with hungry gazes only for me.

I will gladly drown myself in his pools of obsidian fire for all eternity for I am his childe, his offspring, devoted to him I am completely, he says bite and I ask how hard, I will do anything for my dark prince who walks among the stars.
