Title: Her Type

Rating: K+

Disclaimer: I don't own Veronica Mars, the characters and everything in the show belong to Rob Thomas.

Summary: Everyone has a type, everyone has a group they fit into. What was hers?... VeronicaCentric.

Hey, this is my first attempt at a Veronica Mars fic, ( I mainly write in the ER section) so please be nice. I love the show and curse CW for cancelling it but anyway I hope you like this little random one-shot idea that popped into my head last night.

Her Type

What was her type?

It had all started when she, Mac and Parker were in their dorm room. Parker was complaining about how some girl had called her a slut and she defensively put in that she wasn't that type of girl and she hated how people always judged her by just looking at her.

At about that time she had started throwing inanimate objects that were close to her around. Mac had quickly put in, in an attempt to stop her that everyone got judged, like how people always assumed that she was the 'computer geek'. Then she had turned to Veronica. "And people always judge Veronica about -" she had stopped short and then a stunned look had come to her face as if she was at loss for words.

At that point Veronica had decided to intervene. "Sure well, where to start? I've also been called a slut but then there was those also those other times; outcast, loner, loser, girl who likes to have rich boyfriends, skank, whore, girl who's mother was a drunk. Ah sweet memories…shall I continue?" she had asked stopping as she took in the different looks on Parker and Mac's faces.

--------------

Now as she lay in bed the question was still nagging in her mind. Did she really even have a type that she fit into? A category that she could be labelled under? She wasn't the type of girl that hid behind friends, she wasn't the type of girl that followed a group, she wasn't the type of girl who felt scared to say what she thought was right and what was wrong, she wasn't the type of girl who stabbed people behind the back she would just confront them straight out. She wasn't the type of girl whose main goal in life was to be a slut, she- actually there was no point in this. She could go on all night about what type of girl she wasn't.

Because the fact in the matter was she wasn't any type of girl. She was Veronica Mars.

And she was one of a kind.
