"Are You Kidding Me"
Chapter 1
"No Jeanette I am sooo not still interested in that JERK Alvin," Brittney said harshly to her little sister Jeanette.
"Well gosh I asked a simple freakin' question no need to start in on me with all your animosity towards Alvin. It wasn't your fault he dumped you on the day of prom without any explanation as to why," Jeanette said as kindly as possible to her older sister. Her and her sisters all promised not to argue over what happened in their relationships with their boyfriends, but she was just dying to know if her sister still had feelings for her boyfriend's brother.
"Hey girls quit with all the drama this is supposed to be our girls' night in. Please Jean just drop it, and Britt stop being so mean to Jean she was just asking," said Eleanor the baby of the Chipettes in her usual mother like tone.
What they all weren't saying was they knew why Brittany didn't want to talk about it, but none of them were bold enough to say it out loud. Brittney's reason was for the simple fact that it hurt her to much to talk about it. Jeanette and Eleanor just didn't wanna feel all awkward talkin' abut Brittney's situation. No matter what they all knew it was eventually gonna have to be talked about.
Well I guess now is as good a time as any to tell the girls what happened with Alvin and I. They're gonna find out eventually anyway what difference does it make if they find out now. Thought Brittney to her-self.
"Well actually I know why he dumped me on prom night, um we actually got into an argument because I caught him with that skank Ciera."
"WHAT," yelled Jeanette and Eleanor at the same time.
"Yup, and when I asked him about he said she was easy and if I wasn't gonna give it up to him that night it was over. So I told he wasn't gonna blackmail me into staying in that relationship so I told him it was straight up over, and if that's how he felt we didn't need to be a couple," said Brittney while tearing up.
"You're kidding right. I mean me and Teddy don't have that problem because we've both decided to be abstinent. Clearly that important lesson didn't rub off on Alvin 'cause he was being a JERK," said Eleanor
"I'm glad even though you're the oldest you learned something from me and Simon's situation," said Jeanette. "I mean look at me I'm a freakin cow. Why were me and Si so stupid. At least there's no chance of you getting pregnant like me."
"That's true and everything, but Jeanette I lost the love of my life. I really think I shoulda Just slept with him and got it over.'
" Look at me Britt now look at my stomach. Don't you ever let me hear you say that you shoulda slept with Alvin."
"But Jeanette I really think I should've slept with him, he was everything I wanted in a guy."
"Not if he was cheating on you Britt," said Eleanor
"If I woulda just slept with him he wouldn't have ever went to Ciera. I hate them both!"
"Don't get mad Britt get even. That's the only thing you can do."
"You know what Jeanette? That's one of the smartest things you've said all night."
"What do you expect I'm a genius. Whoa I just peed n myself. Darn kid has me making a fool of myself. Owwwww what the freak my back just started hurting all of a sudden."
"No Jean I think your water just broke. That kid is ready to come out now," said Brittney in a nervous tone.
