"Caitlyn, you know I hate surprises." I said annoyed.

"I know but you love me and I love surprises so in a way you love them too." She stopped and looked at my face then added,

"Come on, please." She pulled a pouty face and I couldn't resist.

"Fine." I sighed.

"Yay, now close your eyes." I obliged and immediately felt a soft pair of lips on my own.

"I like that kind of surprise." I said with a smile.

"That wasn't it. You were just too cute to not kiss but keep still your eyes closed." I heard a wonderful voice reply where I could hear a smile on her lips. I felt a small familiar hand slip between my own.

"Do you trust me?" I heard her whisper.

"With my life." I replied with full honesty.

"Considering you are mine that works out." She said before stopping me and whispering in my ear, "You know I love you right?"

"Caitlyn, of course I do. I love you too now can I open my eyes?" I asked slightly impatient.

"Come on I'm trying to be serious. Keep them closed but can you tell me what today is?" I felt my mind trying to remember 'June 20thd what's significant about June 20th?'

"I'm sorry Caitlyn but I don't know." I replied sheepishly feeling ashamed.

"Three years ago I was sitting here and I noticed the most beautiful girl. Little did I know that that very girl would become the most important thing in my life." I smiled as I felt a tear threaten to fall from my eye.

"Does that give you a clue what today is?" I heard my love ask. I nodded and replied,

"It's the day we met and I'm guessing this is the stage too." I walked forward still keeping my eyes closed feeling my way toward the girl I love. After a few short seconds I felt petite arms wrap around my waist and relaxed into the arms I had grown accustomed to sleeping in.

"You're right we are at the stage and I'm glad you remember the day. I have one more question." Before she could ask I beat her by asking,

"Can I open my eyes?"

"After you answer my question."

"Fine, what's your question?"

"Can I have this dance?"

"There's no music." I said laughing.

"Not yet." She said before yelling, "Nate, turn it on please." I suddenly heard the soft sounds of music coming from about five feet away. I felt Caitlyn sway around me and I felt myself being lulled into her comfortable arms. I rested my head on her shoulder as I listening to her calming breath and the music. After a few moments in silence I heard Caitlyn say,

"Mitchie you can open your eyes." I lifted my head and opened my eyes to stare into dark brown eyes masked with love.

"I love you." I said quietly.

"I love you, too." She paused to look at me and smiling asked, "will you move in with me?"

"What?" I asked confused.

"When I get my own place, when camp is over, will you move in with me?" I smiled as I pictured coming home from work to Caitlyn for the rest of my life.

"Of course I will." I replied before kissing her passionately on the lips.
