Fulfilled Promise
I couldn't believe he was back. It felt like a dream, like it wasn't happening. But it was. "You're home."
Kairi's POV-
I was shocked to see two figures falling from the sky. At first I thought they were some kind of strange falling stars, but then I realized it was something greater. I watched, curious, as two heads emerged from the water. The first had long, silver hair. The second figure's was a dark brown, and was in a spiky mess. Then the realization hit me.
"Sora, Riku!", I called, a grin on my face. When they turned to see me, I could tell they were truly happy. Sora laughed, swimming as fast as he could towards the shore. Riku followed. I could feel my hearts swell with joy, and I felt as if my chest might burst. I laughed quietly, fighting back tears of joy.
Sora's POV-
"W-we're back," I gasped, still standing in the water. I could feel my face heat up as Kairi took my hand.
"You're home." I glanced back to see Riku smiling, and the three of us walked away from the shore. We paused for a moment, and before I knew it, Kairi had wrapped her arms around me.
"K-Kairi…." I murmured, returning the gesture.
"You're came back to me, just like you promised."
I know it's VERY short, but it's my first Fanfic, and I put it together in 5 minutes.
