Chapter 1

New school, new life. Unfortunately Izuku already found himself in a familiar situation. A fluffy purple-haired kid was being pushed around and beaten by his classmates. A quick thought of 'at least it isn't me this time' flashed through his head before he was on his way to stop the kids from doing their "job". He grabbed the closest one by his shoulder and spun him around to punch him square in the nose. It erupted with blood and Izuku turned to the next wannabe hero and respected the act except this time there was a crunch and his nose broke from the punch. Finally turning to the last kid, who he assumed was the leader, he caught the kid's punch before flipping him over his shoulder and onto the hard concrete path knocking the air out of him.

"Are you done or are we actually going to fight?" Izuku asked as the kids picked themselves up and after taking one look into his eyes they ran off with their tails between their legs. He turned around to see the purple one staring up at him in poorly hidden amazement, before he noticed Izuku's attention was on him. Once that realization had been made the kids seemed to try and hide in his own shadow. It was actually impressive how well it worked.

"I'm Izuku and you are?" Izuku held out his hand for the kid to take it and he did so slowly and cautiously. In doing so his shirt rode up a little and Izkuk was able to see scares of pass abuse that couldn't have only come from school. 'This kid just can't get a break' Izuku thought.

"Hitoshi." The kid mumbled out as he let Izuku pull him up. Izuku wasn't going to question the lack of a family name. After all, he hadn't said this either.

"It's nice to meet you Hitoshi. It's my first day and I have no clue how to get to E-1. Could you help me?" That was a lie. Izuku had memories of the school map before he had left for his first day, but that seemed to be the only way to get the kid out of his shell.

The kid, Hitoshi, just nodded and started walking and Izuku followed him. They arrived at the classroom just in time for the bell and attendance to start. Attendance had only made it to the E's before the big bad bully group Izuku had helped a few minutes before walking into the classroom. The one who's nose he had broken wasn't with them so he assumed that he went home or to the hospital. The principle followed after them and Izuku could tell where this was going.

"Alright, I'm sorry to disrupt your class, but it seems that I have two students I need to take care of." The principal spoke to the class before the leader of the group pointed at Izuku and Hitoshi and loudly declared that they were the ones that had beaten them up. Izuku had but he couldn't understand how anyone could be able to say Hitoshi, that was built like a twig, had beaten them up with a straight face, but the principal simply shook his head and said, "Shinso, how many fights are you going to get into this year?" Now Izuku was convinced, not that he hadn't been before, that this place was just as quirkest as his last school. Raising future heroes his ass. "And you, you're new so I'll tell you not to hang out with Shinso, but you have to come with me as well." That felt weird. Now he was the one being told to stay away from the freak, not for being the freak.

Izuku calmly got up and followed Shinso and the principal down the hallway to his office. Along the way the principal started talking so Izuku pulled out his phone and started recording the entire thing.

"Now I must apologize for how Shinso acts. He always tried to pretend to be the victim, but he is destined to be the villain so he can't be a victim."

"Why do you say that?" Izuku asked the principal while gesturing at his phone to Hitoshi and making a quiet sign with his finger against his lips. Hitoshi nodded his head to show he understood and gave him a small smile before his face returned to the scared-neutral that it had started on. This kid was pretty good.

"Because he has a brainwashing quirk" The principal said like it explained everything. "He can take control of anyone anytime they talk to him and he does it all the time to get the other kids in trouble. He's pulled this same stunt since he gained his quirk almost everyday. Every new kid falls for it too, so don't worry Mr. we will get it sorted out. Here's my office, you come right in and Shinso you don't move." Shinso sat on the bench right outside of the door as Izuku was led inside. "Just give me a second to call Shinso's parents to inform them that he's up to his old tricks again and we can discuss why you shouldn't hang out with him, Mr…"

"Midoriya, Izuku Midoriya." The principal froze at his last name and looked him up and down. "Yes, Inko Midoriya is my mother and yes, she would love to hear about the quirkiest principal of this school. I can tell by the fact that the teacher made shire Hitoshi was okay before sending him to his seat that they don't care about his quirk, but you do so there is nothing they can do."

"You have to understand. That boy will become a villain, his parent's agree, and we need to keep him weak and afraid."

"Actually I do understand." Izuku stood up and slammed his hands on the desk in front of him before leveling his glare at the principal. "Listen here you piece of shit. I am going to call my mom and have her deal with you while I call Hitoshi's parents and deal with them. Once they let go of custody of him I'm going to ask a friend of my mother's to take custody of him so he doesn't have to go through a shitty life anymore. Then I'm going to destroy yours and their lives. Do you understand?"

The man shrank back into his chair and gave a small nod at Izuku's question and he smiled. Oh how he loved to make asses feel small. He grabbed his phone and dialed his mother's number after sending her the voice recording of the principal's and his "conversation".

"Izuku, have you already fought someone?" His mother asked after picking up on the first ring.

"Yes and I think you will take great pleasure putting the cause of it in their place." He said as he walked out of the office and into the hallway where Hitoshi was sitting.

"Oh will I now?" She asked with a knowing tone in her voice.

"Oh yes, this place is infested with bugs that think a quirk defines a person and so I was hoping you would like to eradicate them?" He spoke to his mom while giving Hitoshi a thumbs up. He gave him a smile back and Izuku had to do a double take. Hitoshi's smile was so warm and inviting and all he wanted to do was never let it fall off his face again. Speaking of which, "Also I would like to open a child abuse case against the Shinso's…" He just barely caught Hitoshi's surprised face before tears started to form. Izuku looked at him for confirmation and he got him a nid of his head, "against their son Hitoshi because of his quirk." He could feel his mother's grin.

"Would he like the fast and painful version or the slow and legal route?" He looked over at Hitoshi and made his decision.

"How about both. Let them live in hell for a few months before they go missing or just couldn't take it anymore."

"I love you." His mother spoke and he could hear the pride in her voice.

"I learned for the best." was his response before he turned to Hitoshi. "Would you be willing to live with a friend of my mother's until this is all over?"

With a nod of his head Hitoshi had sealed his fate and Izuku grinded and asked the question. "Could Hisashi take in Hitoshi for a while?"

He could hear his mother's laugh as she responded, "I don't see why he would have a problem with that."

Izuku smiled at his mother's tone and looked over at Hitoshi and gave him another thumbs up. "Alright, thanks mom, I'm going to call the Shinsos and get them to give up guardianship of Hitoshi." Hitoshi looked up at that and stared at him again. Seems no one had cared for him at all in his life. Izuku could imagine a life where he was like that. A life where he still thought of pros as true heroes and not the greedy fake people they actually were. He would be hurt by Bakugo's words and had tried to do what was asked of him only to be stopped by All Might only to have his dreams crushed once again. Maybe he would be offered his quirk and even go into the heroics class to graduate and become a hero in order to prove that he could and piss off those who said they couldn't. What a weird life that would be. Hitoshi would still live in his poor heartfelt life and only meet him in school after some weird circumstances.

He shook his head and came back to the real world in time to hear his mother tell him how much she loves him and hang up. He quickly dialed the number he had gotten from the soon to be ex-principal and waited as the phone rang. The first time it went to voicemail and Izuku hing up to try again. This time the phone was answered on the third ring and he mentally prepared himself to try and not threaten the people on the other side of the line. He could anyway but he didn't want the police to have any leads when and if they found their bodies after his mother took care of them.

"What do you want?" came a voice that was from a very hard and long lasting chainsmoker. There was no doubt about it; he could smell the cigarettes through the phone.

"My name is Midoriya Izuku and I am calling for you permission to take Shinso Hitoshi from your custody." Might as well sound polite. He didn't need the other side knowing that he was a teenager. The person on the other end wasn't as kind.

"Why would you want that waste of space? The fucker can't even do what we ask him to do with his quirk. We ask him to rob the bank for us to get some money and he has the gall to tell us that we are in the wrong. The fuck is with that? I don't understand why anyone would want someone with such useless power."

Izuku took a second to breath before responding, "I'm sorry for your confusion, but I was hoping to train him to make the uses of his quirk multiply and have a tool to get people to do what I want." He shot Hitoshi an apologetic look as he told the person on the other end of the line lies. Hitoshi was too good right now to do anything like that and that made Izuku proud. The kid knew where his heart lied and Izuku wouldn't even try to change that. If after all of this was over and Hitsohi still wanted to be a hero Izuku would let him go. At the worst Hitoshi killed him and his family and at best he looked out for those who are ignored and abused by the masses. Hitoshi seemed to understand his look because he gave him a shaky smile and mouthed, "It's okay." to him.

"Oh, so the useless fuck will become a tool then? Better than he is known at least then he will be something. Sure I have no problem with it and it's one less mouth to feed. I wish you luck with getting an ounce of potential out of that thing." With that the other side of the line went dead and he texted his mother telling her that his parents that plan save-a-kid was a go.
