Q is for Queue

This is dedicated to my friend Megan since she came up with the idea for the story.

Gio walked around the fair, slightly bored. His sister had dragged him to her school fair but had ditched him as soon as a "Cute" boy as she had put it, came along.

For about three hours now Gio had dragged himself around the fair. He stopped to look at every other stall until one finally caught his attention.

He walked up to it and joined the queue. It was long. The longest he had seen all day. He was intrigued by what was at the head of it. He had seen the bright colours but nothing else. The queue slowly moved.

Gio was second in the queue now and decided he would look to see what he was actually queuing for. "You have to be joking me!" he exclaimed as he caught sight of something metallic.

"Suarez, what's this?" Gio asked as he approached the table. She smiled at him flashing the metallic. He grimaced and turned to leave.

"Don't go," Betty said as she ran after him. She tugged on his arm after she caught him and he turned to face her. She then covered his mouth slowly with his. As soon as her mouth had touched his, he pushed her away.

"What are you thinking?" Gio shouted.

Betty smirked, "You asked what I was doing so I showed you. I set up a kissing booth with Hilda."

"Oooh, okay. You are that much of a Loser now that you need to kiss randomers for money. Nice one Suarez," Gio said as he turned and walked out of her life forever.
