A/N: So I got a job! YAY! But that also means I will update less than I already am, oops. But it also means I can buy a laptop, and I can work on stories more. So sorry about the wait, but here it is!

"We would like to ask Aria Montgomery to the stand please." The timid brunette stood up and slowly walked to the seat next to the judge.

"Raise your right hand. Do you promise to tell the truth? The whole truth?"

"I do." The man nodded his hand and walked back to the table.

"So Miss. Montgomery, what relationship do you have with Thomas?"

Aria looked over at Tom. He sat there in his orange jumpsuit with a smirk on his face. Then she looked to the audience, everyone from Rosewood was there. All of Aria's old friends were there. Why were they there, Aria thought? A few of Aria's teachers were there too. Ezra was there. He was really the only person that Aria cared enough to want there. He smiled at her to reassure her that everything was okay and it would be okay.

"He is my step-dad. He is married to my mother."

"Is that correct? So when did your mother marry him?"

"Almost three years ago."

"Do you think they got married too fast?"

"Yes. They only dated for maybe six months before they got engaged, and then they waited three more months to get married."

"I see." The lawyer paused to look at his notes, "Before they got married, did Thomas ever approach you or do anything that could have foreseen this?"

"No. Before they got married, he was a picture perfect guy. He was the sweetest guy, and he was everything my mom could've hoped for."

"Alright," the lawyer stopped again to look at his notes once again, "How long after they got married did Thomas attack you?"

"I would say at least six months after they got married." Gasps floated around the court room. Aria looked at Ella and she had tears streaming down her face.

"How many times would you say Mr. Smith raped you?"

"It was at least three times a week. Most of the time, he wore a condom, but there was this one time when he didn't and I… Well, I got pregnant with Amelia."

Then Tom's lawyer stood up and said "Objection! This is a waste of my time! We have no evidence to support these claims."

"Actually, we do. Ms. Montgomery and Mr. Smith both submitted to a DNA test. The results came back about a week ago and it says that there is a 99.99% of Mr. Smith being Amelia's father."

The whole court room started whispering. "Order in the court! Order in the court!" The chubby judge yelled. Three more people were called to the stand within the next three hours. By the fourth hour, the jury came in and said their verdict.

"We find Thomas Smith guilty of rape of a minor."

Aria's lawyer jumped in the air and yelled "Case closed!"

Aria sat in her chair immobile. She couldn't believe that he was actually guilty. She had dreamed of this day forever, yet now that it was here it didn't feel surreal. Aria's lawyer snapped her out of her daze by running into her chair as he jumped up and down. The entire courtroom was in disarray. There were some people dancing and laughing at Thomas, while they were some people that were mad at Aria and sat there pouting. One of those people was Aria's mother.

Ezra stood up, walked toward Aria, and grabbed her hand. The couple walked out of the court room and straight to Aria's car. Ezra put Aria in the passenger seat, then got into the driver seat himself.

"So." Ezra said to break the silence. "That was…"

"Ezra. You don't need to say anything." Aria was still in complete shock.

"Okay." Ezra said with disappointment in his voice. He turned on the car and backed out of the parking spot.

"That's not what I meant. I'm sorry, Ezra, I am just a little shocked."

"I completely understand Aria. You don't need to apologize."

"Sorry."

"What did I say?" All traces of disappointment in the man's voice were gone and replaced with playful banter.

The couple drove farther down the street in silence. Neither of them knew what to say, so it was just better not to say anything.

"Ezra?" Aria said as Ezra turned around to answer her. "I love you."

"Oh."

"Is that a disappointed 'oh' or a 'Oh I love you too!'?"

"I…"

"Never mind."

"Aria, I love you, I seriously do."

"But?"

"But nothing."

"Bullshit."

"Aria… I seriously do. I seriously do! I love you, Aria Montgomery! I love you to the moon and back!"

"Cliché."

"But you love that I'm cliché. Don't you?"

"Don't make me take back what I said."

The couple got back to Ezra's apartment and sat on the couch. "So what do you want to do?" Aria asked him as he flipped mindlessly through a magazine.

"Oh I can think of a few things." Ezra leaned over and kissed the small girl. "Maybe."

"Ezra." Aria said, "I think I'm ready."

"Ready for what?"

"You know."

"No, I don't know." Ezra said with the boyish smile.

"Are you going to make me say it?"

"Yes."

"I want to have sex with you! I WANT TO HAVE SEX WITH YOU, EZRA FITZ!"

"Alright, alright."
