Now and Forever

When night fell again, Evra was out of his tent like a bullet from a gun and he found Mr Crepsley. "What has happened, has she come back?"

"No, she's not back just yet." He told him, and he watched Evra start to pace by the fire.

"What's taking so long, he wouldn't have killed her, would he?" Evra asked, mainly himself, but Rebecca still answered.

"No, Katie is too strong for that." She told him, hugging him in comfort.

"Rebecca's right, you both need to stop worrying." Alexander Ribs told them as he sat on a chair.

"I know I know." Evra sighed, though he didn't stop pacing.

"Why's he pacing?" Katie asked Rebecca as she suddenly appeared beside her.

"He's waiting for you to come back….Katie!" Rebecca hugged her tightly. "Oh my god, you're alive."

"Yes I'm alive." Katie told her as she hugged her back, and when Rebecca finally let go of her, she walked to Crepsley.

"It's…um…good to…um…see you're okay." Crepsley stammered, looking at his daughter.

Katie looked up at her father, before she bowed her head. "Yeah, I guess it is."

"Oh for god's sake Larten, hug your little girl." Madam Trusca told him, pushing him closer to Katie.

Crepsley looked back at her, and he rolled his eyes, before he slid his arms around Katie, pulling her close to him and burying his face in her hair. Katie hugged Crepsley back, hiding her face in his chest, to her this was just like when she was a child and it made her smile.

Eventually, Crepsley let her go and he moved a hand down the right hand side of her face, before he brushed some of her hair to the side. "I'm sorry Katie."

"What are you sorry for?" Katie asked him, sliding her fingers between his.

"For doing what I did, leaving you and not really knowing what to do around you, as well as not acting like the father that a girl like you deserves."

"I forgave you years ago, my resentment came from you not wanting to be around me." She kissed his cheek. "I'll rebuild what we had if you will."

"Of course." Crepsley smiled, and it was a proper smile this time, before he went to Madam Trusca and slid an arm around her, kissing the top of her head. Katie on the other hand walked over to where Evra was stood, though she could tell that he was getting impatient and she walked over, immediately being swept into his arms.

"I thought you were dead, I was so worried about you." Evra whispered to her, holding her close.

"I was worried for you too." She told him, hugging herself to him. "But we have nothing to worry about now, we are all going to be okay."

"All of us?" Rebecca asked as Darren pulled her into him, his arms holding her tight.

"Yes, all of us." Mr Crepsley replied, as he held Madam Trusca close to him, seeing other couples in the cirque do the same with their lovers.

"Always and forever." Katie smiled, looking up at Evra lovingly.

"That's a very long time Katie." Evra told her, looking down at her with the same loving look.

"Then I hope that you don't get bored." She told him teasingly, before she stood on her tip toes and kissed him.

Evra's reply was muffled by the kiss, but he managed to kiss her, before he pulled away ever so slightly. "Let's take this somewhere private, because I don't want you to leave me any time soon."

She smiled. "I'd love that." She bid goodbye to the others, before Evra dragged her towards his tent.

"Well we won't be seeing them for a while." Madam Trusca smiled, before she looked at Rebecca. "Rebecca, how about you come with me and we can get Katie's tent ready for her."

Rebecca nodded. "Okay Madam." She looked up at Darren. "I'll be back soon." She kissed him gently, before she left with Madam Trusca and this time Darren went with Mr Crepsley to go on a hunt.

Meanwhile in Evra's tent, as soon as Evra had shut the tent door, he and Katie were undressing themselves as they shared a heated and fiery kiss. They only just managed to get onto the bed, still ripping at each other's clothes off, before they collapsed, their bodies tangled together in intimate positions as they kissed and their hands wandered. They tried to stay quiet and hide their moans and grunts as Evra managed to find her most sensitive area, and this touches were like magic as he touched her sex and brought moans from her, sometimes too loud.

"Shh, the others will hear us." Evra whispered between his own quiet moans, due to Katie's hand rubbing up and down his penis.

"That was…your…Fault…" She moaned, her hand that wasn't wrapped around his penis gripping the bed sheets.

Evra just smirked, as his lips collided with hers and he let out of a muffled yet loud moan. "Fuck, Katie…I'm…I'm going to…I'm going to cum." He managed to get out as Katie quickened her movements.

"Me too…Cum with me." She whispered before she let out her own moan.

Evra forced himself to hold himself back until she was ready, but with a loud moan, he came onto her hand and body as he felt her vagina tighten around his hands and her juices flow as she had a mind shattering orgasm. Afterwards, Evra lay on the bed with her, his head resting on her chest, as Katie lay against the pillows.

"Oh my god, that was amazing." Katie whispered, her breathing fast and shallow.

"That was only round one, are you ready for round two yet?" Evra asked as he kissed her chest.

"I'm ready." She smiled, and that night they hardly parted, until Katie had to go to her own tent where she found that it had been decorated in her favourite colours, as well as some of her things having been places around the tent near her coffin.

The next morning, Evra walked out of his tent almost radiating happiness, as he went to get a shower from the usual shower den.

"Well, you look happy." Alexander Ribs told him as he walked out of the shower block, when he saw Evra walking towards the showers.

"Yeah I am." Evra smiled when he sees who had spoken to him.

"I must say, Katie looked pretty happy when she left your tent last night."

Evra smiled widely. "We were both very satisfied last night." Evra told him as they both walked into neighbouring shower cubicles to carry on their conversation.

"I can assume so." Alexander laughed. "You two look really in love."

"We are." Evra told him.

"How long have you two been together now?"

"Almost a year and a half." He told him after he counted the months to make sure that he had it right.

"Well I hope that it lasts forever." Alexander told him with a laugh.

"We did promise each other always and forever." Evra smiled as he got out of his shower and then dried and changed into some fresh clothes. "Anyway, I'd best go and do my chores, I'll see you later Alexander."

"See you later Evra." Alexander called back as he heard the boy leave.

It was well into the evening before Evra was finished with his chores, and by the time night came, Evra was sitting outside of Rebecca's cabin, helping her sort through some costumes, separating them into ones that were new and ones that were old.

"What are you two doing?" Darren asked as he joined them, sitting beside Rebecca.

"Sorting through costumes, what took you two so long?" Rebecca asked him.

"I went to find Katie, then we had to speak to Crepsley." Darren told her, and he kissed her gently, before there was a sudden commotion.

"What's going on?" Rebecca asked as they all stood and walked towards the entrance, stopping as they saw Steve walking into the Cirque.

"What does he want?" Evra asked as Mr Tall joined them.

"Nice to see you too." Steve told him, looking at him. "I'm here to see Katie."

"Not happening." Evra and Rebecca chorused, and she screamed as Steve suddenly grabbed Evra by the neck tightly, cutting off his air supply.

"Steve, let him go!" Rebecca shouted, and before anyone could do anything, Steve suddenly flew through the air and hit his bike with a loud crash, and Katie knelt beside her boyfriend.

"Now I'm going to kill you." She moved so Rebecca could check Evra, and she suddenly punched Steve in the face and the two got into a rather brutal looking fight. Evra watched the fight and eventually, Katie pinned Steve to the floor and punched him in the face in order to knock him out, before she stood up walking to her boyfriend.

"Are you alright?" She asked Evra, her eyes showing nothing but concern and love for him as she checked him over for any bad wounds.

"I'm okay, he didn't do anything that would cause permanent damage." He told her, kissing her gently.

"Good." She sighed, kissing him back just as gently. "What do you want to do tonight?"

"How about we go for a walk through town?" Evra asked. "And we could ask Darren and Rebecca to go too."

"Yeah, that sounds fun." She smiled, looking at their friends. "Darren, Rebecca are you guys up for a trip into town?"

"Yeah, that sounds fun, maybe we could find that late night coffee shop that Corma and Alexander were on about." Rebecca asked.

"That sounds like fun." Katie smiled. "Okay, I'll go and get my bag."

"Me too." Rebecca and Katie went back to their tents, and they each grabbed a jacket and their handbags. Katie was running a brush through her hair and she looked around just in time to see Rebecca join her.

"Hey, are you ready to go?" Rebecca asked her.

"Yeah, just running a quick brush through my hair." Katie smiled and when she had finished brushing her hair, she left her tent with Rebecca, and they both joined the boys.

"Where do you four think that you are going?" Mr Crepsley asked as he joined them.

"We are going to a late night coffee shop in town." Darren told her. "We want to get back to the real world, and have some fun."

"Darren's right dad, we just want to act like teenagers for tonight." Katie told him.

"Alright, but please ensure that you're back before the sun rises." Mr Crepsley told her, smiling softly at her nod, before he watched the children leave.

It didn't take long for them to get to the coffee shop, and they walked inside, sitting at a table, and they watched a waitress come over to them once they had decided what to have.

"Hello, I'm Janine, and I will be your server, do you have any idea what you would like?"

"Four cappuccinos please." Katie told her, though she let her hand find Evra's, and she looked at him sadly since he was the only one wearing his hood up to cover his face and hide his scaled hands with gloves.

"Okay, I'll bring them right over." She smiled and walked away, leaving the group to talk amongst themselves.

"Well, Mr Tiny is done for, and we have Katie back….Are you guys sure that it's all over?" Rebecca asked them.

"Yeah, we're sure." Evra smiled. "And now that we don't have anything to worry about, we are all going to be friends for ever and we are going to be with the ones we love forever." She smiled, watching the waitress bring their drinks and when she had left them again, Darren raised his glass.

"Let's make a promise, to be there for each other, now and forever."

"Now and forever." Evra, Rebecca and Katie chorused, clinking their glasses together and the rest of their night went smoothly, with them all laughing and joking. As they went to bed that night, they all felt as though they had been able to achieve a sense of happiness and importance for themselves as well as each other. Now all they have to do, was keep their promise to be there for each other now and forever. That couldn't be so hard, could it?
