Hey! IM SO SORRY IVE BEEN GONE SO LONG! I just needed a break and I lost inspiration so I'm sorry. I'm slowly getting back to it. I know this chapter is super short but I wanted to give you something for sticking with me so long.
P. S. If any of you are writers yourself or want to write, let me know and you can co write or take over for a while. Because as of now I'm not sure how often I can update.

Morning came early for Callie and Arizona, exhausted after a long night of celebrating, the two women had fallen asleep on the living room floor, wrapped in each others arms. The sun stretched across the apartment eventually making it's way to the exact spot the women were occupying.
"Ugh" Callie groaned, pulling the covers up over her face to block the sun. In doing so she found that Arizona had the same idea when she was met with big blue eyes staring sleepily up at her. "Hey" she whispered, pressing a soft kiss to the blondes forehead.
"Hey" Arizona smiled, snuggling into Callie, placing her head in the crook between Callie's shoulder and neck. Her favorite place. "Sleep well?" She asked as she lazily kissed her way up the brunette neck.
"Mmmmm yes. I slept very well. You wore me out babe." Callie said, smiling when Arizona finally made her way up to her lips.
"I wore you out? " Arizona asked. " You are th one who had me all over this house" she said, unable to hide the huge grin she had on just from thinking about it.
"Sorry... I won't do it again. " Callie said, putting on her best puppy dog eyes.
"No no. Please do it again. I'm going to need you to do that again." Arizona said, moving so that she was now straddling Callie's hips. Leaning down, she placed a soft kiss to the brunettes lips as Callie's hands roamed all over Arizonans still naked body.
Breaking their make out session to catch a breath, Callie said " I hope you don't need that again right now because after sleeping on this floor I'm not sure I'll be able to do anything worth while." She smiled, licking her lips at the sight of Arizonans perfect, beautifully pale breasts just sitting in front of her. " even though I really really wan to now. Thanks a lot. " Callie said with a smirk.
"Oh sorry. Do you want me to wear more clothes?" Arizona smiled down at the brunette who was still roaming the blondes body with her eyes.
"No. Nope. Do not wear any clothes ever. " Callie said, pulling the blonde hard for a quick passionate kiss.
Spending a little too much time enjoying each other's company this morning almost made both women late for work. Walking in just in time to avoid the chief and a long speech about the importance of being on time, they grabbed their morning coffee and parted ways for the day.
"Robbins. Finally. I thought you'd never get here." Alex Karev said as soon as the peds surgeon stepped off the elevator.
"Uh good morning to you too, karev." She said, flashing her dimpled smile.
"Whatever. Just take these cases will you? I'm going home. " Alex was exhausted. He hated the night shift and on top of that he'd already been at the hospital for two days straight.
"Alright cranky. Get off my floor will all your negativity. This is a happy service with magic and hope." Arizona said, knowing that would irritate him just a little. She loved working with Karev, he had a soft side not many people get to see but he could also be a jerk which is why she loved to tease him, just a little.
On the ortho floor Callie got a much warmer and to her dismay, perkier greeting to start her day. Resident April kepner was on her service this week, something the brunette was not looking forward to. It's not that she disliked the redheaded surgeon, it was just that April took some getting use to.
"Good morning Dr. Torres!"
"Morning kepner." Was all Callie could manage this early in the day. "Rounds in 10." She said, before stepping into her office. This is going to be a long week.
Four hours and two surgeries later Callie finally had a second to herself, or so she thought.
"Dr. Torres?" April questioned as she knocked on the senior surgeons office door.
"What kepner?" Callie asked, through the door, her tone coming off as mildly annoyed.
"N...never mind. Sorry. "
"Kepner. Wait. Come in."
Her office door opened and a nervous looking April, stepped in. " I. I'm sorry I didn't mean to bother you. I know today was kind of crazy, especially that last patient. I mean 14 broken bones!? How do you even do that?"
Callie was just staring up at her. "yeah" was all she said. She had a feeling. April wanted something or something else was going on.
"Sorry I know it's not big deal to you. Bones is your specialty, you see that stuff all the time."
"No it's okay. Today was pretty intense but that's why I love it. " Callie said, the pride she had for what she does was showing through her grin.
"Anyway I just wanted to say thank you for teaching me today. I know it's your job and all but your really good at what you do and you're one of the best surgeons I've worked with. I learned so much from you just today. I know I'm hard to tolerate sometimes so thank you for today I really appreciate and admire what you do."
Callie smiled she was not expecting that at all. Usually when people rotate in her service all she hears is whining and complaining that it's too hard or too boring. So to hear a compliment to not only her but her service, that made Callie's day. "Thank you kepner. It's nice to hear positive feed back about my service. And please don't apologize for being you okay? Look. I'm sorry. I'm not that easy to get along with either and I apologize if I was rude today." Callie said. And she meant it. April was kind of odd, but so was she and she really shouldn't judge people after everything she's gone through anyway... tomorrow is a new day kepner."
"Yes Dr. Torres. Thank you. " April said as she exited the brunettes office.
Ten minutes later Callie had moved to the couch in her office when there was another knock on the door, and the person on the other side didn't wait for a response before letting themselves in.
"Callie..." Arizona said in a whisper. Looking around the brunettes office and finally spotting her on the couch.
"Mmm" Callie groaned. Not moving a muscle.
"Well hi to you too. " the blonde whispered, kneeling next to her girlfriend and placing a soft kiss on her cheek.
"Mmm hi. Sorry." Callie said turning to face the beautiful blonde sitting next to her. "Long, kepner filled morning."
"Aw. I like April. She's fun and smiley."
"You would like her."
"What's that suppose to mean?" Arizona asked, laughing a little.
"She's perky and smiley like you so of course you'd like working with her. "
"Hey!" Arizona shouted, playfully smacking Callie's arm. "Are you saying you don't like working with me then?" She pretended to pout.
"I love working with you babe. I can kiss you to get you to stop talking so it's totally different. " Callie grinned.
"Oh yeah?"
"Yeah." She said, pushing herself up on the couch to get a better angle, Callie leaned in kissing Arizona passionately. "See?"
"Mmhmm"
"Plus your cute and I get to stare at you all day. So yeah I'd much rather. Work with you."
Just as she leaned in to kiss her girlfriend again, the shrill sound of a pager I turreted their moment.
"Boo" Callie said as Arizona checked her pager and headed for the door. "I don't even get a goodbye kiss?" she pouted.
Smiling, Arizona spun around on her heelies and leaned infer the couch. "Oh of course. How could I four get to kiss you goodbye..." She whispered into Callie's ear, her hot breath making the brunettes skin tingle.
"Mmmm" was all Callie could say as the blonde pressed her soft lips onto Hers. "Not fair" she whispered back. Gently biting Arizona's bottom lip before breaking their kiss.
The blonde just smiled as turned and rolled out of the room on her heels.
