"Horatio, I think I've found your missing suspect," Alex Woods spoke through the phone speaker. She stared down at the body on her table covered in multiple contusions and showing all the signs of torture. "I'll be right there Alex," he confirmed before hanging up the phone. "Calleigh, Ryan," he called to the conversing CSIs who immediately made their way over. "Get your kits ready I'll be calling with a location soon," he told the two.

"He was found in the water last night but his chain resembles the one in the photo of Vinnie Baldwin from his home. I've sent out dental for confirmation but I think it's him," Alex explained. "What can you tell me about his injuries," Horatio looked over the partially exposed corpse. From the abdomen up it was obvious this man had received most of his injuries before ever entering the water. "Horatio it's not good," Alex sighed.

"Most of the wounds show signs of healing but I've determined the cause of death to be drowning. He was put in the water alive and from the ligature marks on his ankles I'd say something heavy pulled him down." Horatio looked at the marks on the man's ankles as Alex pulled back the white sheet to point them out. "He has ligature marks on his wrists as well but they were made from something else; possibly handcuffs," she explained.

"He was tortured," Horatio declared. "I'm guessing here but I'd say this man has been held captive for the last two weeks," she agreed. "That was around the time Nikki Love released herself from the hospital," Horatio sighed. "Where was the body found and who found it," he asked before Alex handed over the clipboard holding the report. "Thank you Alex," he said already hitting Calleigh's speed dial on his cell phone.

"Ryan we're going to the beach," she smiled. Ryan looked at her before checking his kit once more to make sure he had all his supplies in order. "What's this about," he finally asked getting into the passenger side of the Hummer. "Horatio thinks our suspect Vinnie Baldwin has got a toe tag in the morgue. He wants us to go out to where the body was found but isn't very hopeful. He said an old woman with a metal detector came on his last night and called it in." Ryan nodded as the two of them headed down the highway toward their destination.

"So he drowned after being tortured for about two weeks; Alex has ruled it as murder," Calleigh said after arriving to the scene and reading her text messages. "What exactly are we looking for," Ryan asked her while staring out over the area surrounded in yellow tape. "Anything; bag it and tag it," she smiled pulling her gloves on. Ryan let out a deep breath and ignored the small but still forming crowd at the edge of the tape. Not even three minutes in he found himself staring at a broken gold chain.

"Didn't you say a woman with a metal detector found the body," he asked Calleigh over the wind. "She apparently comes out here pretty often why; did you find something?" Ryan looked closely at the chain and found nothing foreign sticking out, "I'm not sure. The woman could have dropped this out of her loot from a different area or someone else could have lost it. It could be nothing but I'll get it back to the lab," Wolfe opened his kit ready to pull out an evidence bag. "Wait a second can I see that," Calleigh asked.

Ryan handed it over and watched her study it carefully. "It's small which suggests it belonged to a woman; we should call in the metal detector lady and see if she might have picked up what belonged on it before she found the body. His body washed up on shore though and this is pretty far up here; couldn't have been a wave even at high tide. Still though it's worth looking into; all I've collected so far is cigarette butts, a few bottles and cans, and a dead fish." Ryan laughed as she held up her evidence bag with a fish; he couldn't imagine Calleigh touching it.

"What's going on," Calleigh asked as she and Ryan entered the lab. Everything was chaotic as people hurried around keeping eyes on the elevator. "We're bringing in one ticked off Nikki Love," Eric explained. Ryan and Calleigh made their way over to Horatio's office to get caught up on the case. "Miss Love has more motive than anyone to want Vinnie Baldwin dead and her connections to the other murders can't be ignored any further - evidence or not." Horatio didn't even bother making eye contact with the two apparently already knowing it was them.

"What about her lawyer," Calleigh asked. "That's why we're bringing her in this way; I don't think she'll talk in front of him," he answered. "He is her lawyer he's supposed to keep her from talking and admitting guilt," Calleigh laughed nervously; they weren't going by protocol here. "Calleigh I mean I think her lawyer is as wrapped up in this as she is," Horatio explained and Ryan nodded in agreement. "You both think she's innocent," Calleigh asked disbelieving.

"I don't think she pulled the trigger," Horatio plainly stated. "Ryan she's here I'd like you to join me in questioning her; she seems to like you," Horatio half smiled before heading towards the interrogation room. "I can't believe this," Calleigh frowned at Ryan. He exhaled before following after H; he didn't know what to say to his colleague. It was long before a highly upset Nikki was being pulled down the hall and into the room. "That's enough thank you," Horatio said to the escorting officers after sitting her down and before they attempted to retrain her with cuffs.

Ryan was shocked when Horatio began laying out numerous crime scene photos of bodies in front of Nikki - Vinnie Baldwin included. She took a deep breath scanning each photo with wide remembering eyes. She had witnessed nearly all of these deaths and most of the men pictured weren't someone the world would really miss but Nikki couldn't help but feel how she did. She had feared for life for many years now and all of these men played a part in that. She was oblivious to Horatio threatening prison, the death penalty, or anything else; she was consumed with these foul memories.

Ryan Wolfe watched the blonde's eyes jump from each photo the look of fear multiplying each time. Of course Nikki Love was mixed up in this but in no way did she have anything to actually do with the murders; Ryan couldn't believe it. He looked over to Horatio and saw the same look in his eyes as his colleagues - Horatio wasn't with him on this; he didn't believe she was innocent like Ryan did.

"Miss Love," Horatio said loudly with a voice demanding his full attention. She jumped as though only realizing anyone else was around her for the first time. Her eyes darted to Horatio before looking at Ryan - oh the fear he saw in her eyes. Her face was blank and void of any color or emotion but her eyes - her eyes seemed to scream the whole story.
