Chapter 5: Civil War Part 1: Declaration
A/N: Ok, this one took a while, mostly because I had to read John Milton's Paradise Lost for English class and do an oral presentation about schizophrenia for Swedish class.
Oh, and this chapter contains some clop a bit in, just giving you guys a fair warning. You can of course skip past that part; I'm not going to force you guys to read that, you won't really miss out on much.
Luna was enjoying a quiet late dinner. She had thought of waiting for her brother but eventually, hunger took over. She was just about to take a sip of her wine when Jupiter busted through the wall, strangling Discord. Discord teleported out of Jupiter's grasp. Luna looked on as her brother launched himself at Discord, reminding her of a savage beast hunting the prey that had angered it.
Discord dodged Jupiter's assault and tried to calm him down.
"Now Jupiter, can't we talk about this?" Jupiter summoned his wings and flew at Discord.
"NO!" Jupiter bellowed with such force that it shook the whole castle. He grabbed Discord by the throat and squeezed down as they both crashed through another wall.
Luna got up from her seat in shock. That's when Celestia came up behind her.
"Now do you see why I tried to have father kill him?" Luna jumped and turned around and immediately felt smaller under her sister's glare. "He is an uncontrollable animal, no, below even that, he is an abomination of nature that none can control, not even he himself." Luna turned to look as her brother came back through the hole in the wall, trying to grab hold of Discord.
"Oh fuck this!" Jupiter suddenly screamed. A sword appeared in his hand and he swung at the god of chaos. The tip of the blade made contact with Discord's chest and a huge gash appeared on him. Discord coughed up blood before staring at Jupiter in pure terror.
"No, it can't be. You're the one who killed him?!" Discord said in shock. Luna looked at her sister and saw the look of fear on her face. Jupiter swung the sword a second time. This time, Discord managed to dodge the sword and the wall behind him was completely destroyed. Celestia slowly backed away before turning around and ran like her life depended on it.
Discord stood frozen in fear as Jupiter slowly walked towards him. Luna ran in front of him and put her hoofs on his chest.
"Wait brother! Discord isn't the same anymore! He's changed!" Jupiter turned his glare to Luna and she felt how she almost got crushed under the pressure.
"Monsters like him do not change Luna!" He said in a demonic tone. Luna went wide eyed before putting her hoofs back on the ground and walked away. Jupiter watched her in confusion. "Luna, where are you going?!" Luna turned to look at him and Jupiter felt a pang go through his chest at the sadness in Luna's eyes.
"Monsters do not change, right? So what right do I have to stay here after what I did?" Jupiter stood there, completely paralyzed as Luna left. He dropped his sword and fell to his knees.
"Good gods, what have I've done?" He said before standing up and ran after Luna, Discord completely forgotten from his mind. "Luna, wait!"
Discord fell to his knees and breathed a sigh of relief before looking at the sword on the ground. He carefully reached for it and tried to pick it up. But as soon as he gripped the handle, spikes shot out and pierced his hand.
"Guh! So, it really was you Jupiter. The one who slayed the god of war." Discord looked from his hand to the hallway Jupiter had taken off to. "Just how powerful are you now comparing to back then?"
Jupiter made it to Luna's room in time to see her pack a suitcase. He silently walked to her and embraced her from behind. Luna gasped before looking back and looked right into his sad eyes. Jupiter buried his face in her neck.
"I'm so, so sorry Luna. I never meant to hurt you." Luna closed the suitcase and shook Jupiter off before turning to leave. "Luna, please wait! Let me make it up to you. Anything you want! No matter what, it's yours! Just please don't leave!" Luna stopped by the door and turned to him and lightly glared at him.
"Anything?" She asked. Jupiter franticly nodded his head. Luna looked down on the floor and thought for a while. She looked at him with hard eyes. "Tell Mitta you'll be spending the night here. If not, you'll never see me again." Jupiter nodded his head and left for his room.
When he got there, Mitta was hiding under the blanket. He gently pulled it back and looked at Mitta with sad eyes.
"What's wrong?" She asked with her red eyes filled with concerned.
"Mitta, I'm sorry. I won't be spending the night here." Mitta looked at him with a questioning look. "I'll be spending it with Luna."
"Is this about the commotion from before?" Jupiter nodded his head and Mitta looked down in disappointment. "I suppose I'll have to accept it. But first thing tomorrow, you're getting rid of this curse." Jupiter nodded and kissed Mitta on the lips before leaving and stationing Drake outside the room.
He went back to Luna's room and was relieved to see that she was still there. She was lying in her bed on her stomach. She raised her head when she heard the door close. When she saw Jupiter, she went back to sulking. He gently walked over to her and turned her head towards him. As she was looking into his eyes, a memory from long ago came back to her.
"Listen to me Luna, you have to stay away from Jupiter." A humanoid dragon dressed in royal attire said to a much younger Luna.
"Why?" She asked. The dragon's eyes went hard and looking into them, she saw a darkness that felt like it was trying to devour her.
"If you need a reason, just look into his eyes, the gateway to his soul, and you will know what I mean."
The memory ended as Luna felt Jupiter stroke her mane. She looked deep into his eyes and was meet with an infinite darkness. Whilst the one from her memory sent a chill down her spine, the darkness in Jupiter's eyes truly scared her, and the longer she looked, the more uncertain she became about what she wanted Jupiter to give her, or rather, take from her.
She took a deep breath and lowered her head along Jupiter's body until she reached the bottom of his armor. She used her magic to try and lift it, but she couldn't. Jupiter gently raised her head.
"Luna?" She started nuzzling his neck and gently bit down. Jupiter let out a soft moan before embracing Luna. "You're sure about this?" Luna pulled away and looked him in the eyes and nodded.

Jupiter gently kissed her on the lip. He proceeded to kiss his way down her neck. As he was going downwards, he turned her on her back on the bed. As he got to her stomach, he placed his hands between her wings and gently ran his fingers along her body, making her shudder. He moved back up and kissed her lips and smiled at her. He snapped his fingers and his armor disappeared.
Luna looked at his body and saw it was covered in scars. She leaned close to one that went from his left collar bone to his right ribcage and lightly licked it. Jupiter kissed her and slid down to her slit and started licking it. Luna let out a gasp and her eyes rolled back into her head.
Jupiter kept licking away for a while. He started alternating between licking her labia and thrusting his tongue into her vagina and licking her clit. It didn't take Luna long to started shaking and scream out in pleasure as Jupiter's face was hit by her juices. He licked his lips and moved back up and saw that Luna's eyes were still rolled back and that her tongue was hanging out as she was breathing heavily. Jupiter smiled at her and put their horns together. He sent a small amount of magic into her horn and Luna had another orgasm.
She panted as she looked at Jupiter and licked his cheek before she felt him place his dick at her entrance. She looked deeply into the darkness of his eyes and they kissed before he thruster into her. Luna threw back her head and gasped at the feel of Jupiter's 10 inches pierce into her. They stayed like that for a while, Jupiter letting Luna adjust to him. Then, he slowly pulled about half way out and slowly pushed back into her. Luna let out a moan and embraced Jupiter.
Jupiter kept going in and out, gradually picking up speed. Luna embraced him tightly as his hips became little more than a blur. Then, he hugged Luna and stood up with her still impaled on him and started lifting her up and down. A/N: And ends here. Ok, most of you are most likely wonder why exactly Luna would want to have this kind of relationship with Jupiter. The reason will be explained after the Civil War Arc.
The two of them were breathing heavily and looked at each other. They smiled and kissed one final time before Jupiter pulled out of her. He snapped his fingers and a pair of trousers appeared on him as he laid down next to Luna and embraced her.
Their tender moment was interrupted by a muscular dragon with pitch black scales burst through the door, panting like he had run around the country. Jupiter let go of Luna and slowly sat up and glared at the dragon.
"Rafael" The dragon snapped to attention. "What is the meaning of this interruption?" Rafael coughed into his hand before straightening his back as much as he could.
"Sir, we have a problem. A relatively large army has gathered in the north." Jupiter looked at the dragon with narrow eyes.
"The griffons?"
"No sir. This army consists entirely of equines." Jupiter got out of bed and as he did, his armor materialized on him.
"Who dares try to stand against me?" He asked in a hard tone. Rafael's eyes grew narrow.
"I can think of several whom have been robbed of family by you." This time, Jupiter glared at Rafael. The dragon felt how he was being crushed under the pressure.
"Your son was nothing more than an unruly child. I did what was needed." Jupiter's tone even made Luna nervous. She looked at him with worry as he stared down the dragon. The dragon tried to stare back but felt more and more of the crushing force on him. "Now, who is defying me?!" Rafael felt Jupiter's rage grow.
"The rebels consist of Princess Mi Amore Cadenza, the god of chaos Discord, Princess Celestia and Princess Twilight Sparkles." Jupiter closed his eyes and thought over the information.
"Twilight Sparkles huh?" Rafael nodded his head. "I would have thought she would be smarter than this, waging war against me."
"You did kill her brother." Rafael responded.
"That might be, but defiance will not be tolerated. Get Drake, and send a message to Maximus. The Four Heavenly Kings are being summoned." Rafael saluted and left.
Jupiter was also about to leave when he felt Luna nuzzle him. He turned to her and saw the worry in her eyes.
"What?" He asked.
"Please don't hurt them." Jupiter looked at Luna with surprise. Then he took a deep breath and stroked her mane.
"I can't make any promises. But if you really want me to, I suppose I can try to bring them in alive." He finished by kissing her lightly on the lips and left the room.
As he was walking towards the war room, he noticed that the sun was about to rise. He made a detour to his room where Mitta was still waiting for him.
When he got there, he saw Mitta flicker in and out of her cursed form. When she saw him, she rushed at him and tackled him into a hug. Jupiter embraced her and pulled his wings around her. There was a bright light and when he pulled back his wings, Mitta was in her normal pony form. He stroked her mane and gently kissed her lips.
"It's really gone?" She asked. Jupiter nodded his head and Mitta smiled before nuzzling his neck. Jupiter stroked her back before putting her down. "What's wrong?" She asked. Jupiter responded by petting her head.
"Just something I have to take care of, it's nothing to worry about." He said. Mitta nuzzled his leg before heading back to the bed to rest up.
Jupiter finally entered the war room. He was met with Drake, Rafael and a muscular Minotaur. They sat down around a round table with a map of Equestria and started the meeting.
"Drake, what are we dealing with, exactly?" Jupiter asked. Drake pointed a claw at the area with the Crystal Empire.
"Princess Celestia, princess Cadenza, princess Twilight and Discord, the god of chaos, have all gathered in the Crystal Empire and gathered an army that they call Neo Equestria. Moreover, they declared war against us almost instantly."
"What is the best course of action?" The Minotaur asked.
"It's simple Maximus." Jupiter answered. Every eye in the room went to the ruler who glared at the Crystal Empire on the map.
"So what are we going to do?" Rafael asked. Jupiter directed his sight to the dragon that saw the complete and total rage in his eyes.
"Endzeit." Drake's eyes went wide.
"You can't be serious! The last time we were that aggressive, 18% of our own land became uninhabitable!" Drake exclaimed.
"You think I care!" The volume in Jupiter's voice was enough to shake the whole castle. Jupiter rose from his seat as dark energy was flowing from his body. "These lower life forms dare to go against me! That alone is reason enough to destroy everything they hold dear, their land, their people and their lives!" Jupiter's demonic tone sounded through the room. Drake sighed and looked at the map.
"I guess there is nothing I can say that will change your mind?" He said. Jupiter smiled a dark smile.
"You know me so well." He turned to the other two in the room. "Get the Beta and Gamma forces ready. This is going the set an example for generations to come."
The next day, a massive army had gathered outside the Crystal Empire. Some members of Neo Equestria's army had tried to get around the barricade, only to be slaughtered and have their heads placed on stakes.
Jupiter was looking at the massive army that had gathered in front of him. Next to him were the other members of the Four Heavenly Kings, Drake, Rafael and Maximus.
"It's beautiful, isn't it?" Jupiter said. The others looked at him. "Once, I had to run away from here because of my father's army. Now, he's no longer here, and I control the mightiest army in the world." Drake smiled.
"Not to mention the fact that the four of us are more than enough to take down nations." Jupiter let out a small laugh.
"So, what's the plan?" Rafael asked. Jupiter directed his gaze to the Chrystal Empire and smiled.
"You'll find out soon." He said before starting to chuckle which soon turned into a dark laugh, sending chills down the spines of every soldier.
Meanwhile, Celestia was walking back and forth in her room. Cadence had gone against her advice and declared war on Utopia whilst Celestia had wanted to wait until they were strong enough. Suddenly Discord puffed into her room.
"I take it their here?" She said. Discord nodded his head before walking up to Celestia.
"Yes. They have quite the army to. I doubt we can win." Celestia turned to Discord and smiled.
"I did want us to become stronger before waging war. But as it stands, we have no choice. But I wouldn't worry." Discord raised an eyebrow at how calm Celestia appeared. "Last time, I was rusty, not able to use my full power. But this time, I've warmed up, and I'm ready for anythi-"
Celestia didn't get the chance to finish as powerful explosions could be heard from outside. She rushed to the window and saw barrels fly into the city and as soon as they made contact with something, they exploded.
The soldiers on both sides rushed each other. Celestia watched as they clashed and saw Jupiter stand on a hill in the outskirts of the town. She saw as he, along Drake, Rafael and Maximus entered the city and she turned to Discord.
"Have everyone be ready." Discord nodded his head before teleporting to tell the others what was happening.
In the city, the Four Heavenly Kings had split up. Maximus was walking around, occasionally getting attacked by soldiers and civilians. But the Minotaur simply swung his arms and knocked out most of the ponies that attacked him.
"I have to say, I didn't expect someone from Utopia to not kill anypony." A voice said from atop a roof. Maximus turned his attention to the roof and saw Twilight standing there.
"I find it to be an unnecessary thing to do. Simply kill the commander, and the rest of the army will fall." Maximus said. Twilight flew down and readied herself to fight.
"Let's test that theory then."
Elsewhere in the city, Cadence ran around, looking for Jupiter. She felt a change in the air pressure around her and quickly flew straight up just in time to avoid a powerful explosion. Suddenly she was hit from behind with enough power to send her crashing down.
When she stood up she turned her attention to the air above her and saw Rafael flying above.
"Another one of Jupiter's lackeys I take it?" She said. Rafael landed and glared at her. "What?"
"You, you're part of the reason my son is dead, you fucking horse." He said through clenched teeth.
"What do you mean?"
"Don't act like you don't know!" Rafael screamed in a demonic tone, causing Cadence to flinch. "Once I'm done with you, I'll avenge my son!"
Further into the city, Celestia was also looking for Jupiter. After turning the corner of a building, she saw Drake slathering the soldiers on her side. Drake turned around and faced Celestia with a small grin on his beak.
"Well, well, what do we have here? Is it a former ruler of a now dead nation?" Celestia felt her blood boil at the griffon's arrogance. Drake simply chuckled at her. "Now don't go getting all mad now, it doesn't really suite you." Celestia got ready to fight, making Drake let out a full blown laugh. "Well, if you really want to, I suppose I can use some entertainment. Just try not to bore me, ok?" He said as he also got ready to fight.
Elsewhere in the city, Discord puffed in. Unlike the others, he was trying not to run into Jupiter.
"Now this, I didn't expect." A voice said from behind him. Discord froze and slowly turned his head to see Jupiter looking at him. "I honestly expected you to run for your pathetic life."
"Now who's to say I'm not?" Discord said. Jupiter responded by materializing the sword from before in his hand and spreading his wings.
"And who's saying I'll let you?" Jupiter said as he raised his sword and pointed it directly at Discord's chest. The sword started glowing in a dark light. Discord observed Jupiter when suddenly he raised the sword and swung it down. A crescent blade of darkness flew toward Discord that he narrowly escaped. The wave kept moving until it hit the palace and completely destroyed it.
Discord looked on in fear as Jupiter slowly advanced towards him and tried to poof out but before he could, Jupiter hit him with a bolt of light, causing him to fall down.
"Don't think you can escape that easily. You see, this is my revenge against you." Jupiter said as he stepped on Discord's eagle hand. He squatted down and grabbed the back of Discord's head and placed the blade against his throat. "Now, let's have some fun."
